    @RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK Your website says, Android 7.0 and above is supported for mobile banking app. But with some tweaks/hacks, I'm able to open HSBC UK mobile app in Android 6.0 phone. I did this after you made me wait for more than 30 minutes and finally I got frustrated and dropped call

    @HSBC_UK I needed urgent support yesterday and after waiting for six hours I got help. Then this morning it turned out what I was told wasn't true. Now I have been waiting four more hours for support and your system has now put my ability to live at risk.

    @HSBC_UK trying to open an account for our 11 year old daughter, submitted app in Feb & still it’s not open. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone, branch said we need to call helpline but can’t get through to a human. Not good enough! Going elsewhere unless you can fix 😡
