@HSBC_UK Not that I'm aware. The only time I directly pay by card is with Apple (itunes) which is where the problem is occurring. Otherwise I usually pay for everything through paypal (there's an annoying code problem with that every few weeks) but that's at least less of a hassle.

@HSBC_UK The dreadful level of service you are giving us shows how little you care about social enterprises that support underrepresented groups. Please let us know if adequate support from HSBC is reserved only for wealthy corporations so we can end this frustrating experience.

@HSBC_UK are you having issues with your chat function online and on the app. All i want to do is to close my loan account as i have paid it all off ;-) I have been first name terms with your bot MOBA, then i "spoke" with another real person called Marina, now on with Deonne!
