So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

@HSBC_UK I’ve been having issues for over a week as the transaction security codes generated by the app are being rejected by the CIIOM website as ‘incorrect’ when paying a new payee. If I try to make payment via the app it just keeps saying ‘something went wrong’ - this needs fixing!

@HSBC_UK You’re having to bribe new current account customers with £170 to join your bank. We already have laws protecting people’s immutable characteristics, especially at work. Perhaps you should focus on service delivery and grow your customer base that way? Just a thought.

@HSBC_UK I have already left an official complaint via telephone banking. You guys are WAY behind your competition. I'm a premier customer and Im thinking of switching banks just because of this. I need to be able to have different buckets of savings with nicknames! Every other bank does!
