@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

What is the point of @HSBC_UK digital branches? I have to travel just to access MY money. A city the size of Sunderland should have a proper facilities. Looks like I will be moving on.

For example, if HSBC was to support the beta and the beta had a security vulnerability that allowed a malicious actor to take control of your account, you’d be happy with that? No you’d blame HSBC. Accept the risk that not all software is supported or use RTMs only 2/2

@HSBC_UK Thanks for clarifying why it was impossible to login this time. To be honest it's always a trauma. And I resolved the issue by making a payment from an entirely different account.
