@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

So @HSBC_UK sent me a letter about an account I believed was closed; Can't sort via Online Help as the bot is useless Can't do over the phone as I don't have the number the automated voice needs Can't do in branch* as both Chorley and Leyland are closed *nearest is Preston

@PhilGiddingz @HSBC_UK Oh wow, you pointed out a spelling error to a dyslexic. If only they gave out prizes for that. If that law passes then it will preclude lots of people not just the homeless. So, the point is, they forgot nothing.

@HSBC_UK I have been trying to help 2 homeless friends set up bank accounts for a while. Please can you tell me if I go into branch with them next week, how quickly can I get this sorted please, and what do I need to bring / they need to bring with them?

@HSBC_UK Hi, I usually receive a credit card statement on the first of the month or whatever the first working day of the month is. This hasn’t happened this month, thought possible delay with the BH on Monday but still nothing. Do I need to make enquiries with my bank? Thanks.
