@RugbyBenCohen @HSBC_UK It must be frustrating, I know with HSBC I've never had a positive response with the actual customer service. I look for more transparency than actual "branding".

@HSBC_UK Our cards and accounts were frozen last Saturday. We can’t access, move any of our own money - can’t pay bills. After nearly a week of calls to you, we are still none the wiser. If this doesn’t deserve a tweet highlighting extremely poor service, I don’t know what does.

@HSBC_UK terrible customer service, on telephone banking trying to make a a complaint and people kept passing me to the next department! I was on the phone for 51 mins without anyone telling me what they were going to do.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I am really sad to mention that your Fraud Investigation Team is absolutely terrible. I reported fraud on 2nd Oct, transferred from one consultant to another or disconnected for over 10 days now. Noone helped me since.

@HSBC_UK shockingly bad customer service. Spent 2 days on hold to get cut off multiple times, finally speak with a team member, told to go to Branch, wait for another hour and not be provided with the International payment info I need. Told to call again IN BRANCH! Unbelievable

@HSBC_UK do not bank with HSBC, worse customer service. Opened online bank account, not received card, customer service untrained helpless. Every call is a waist of time and life. Today over an hour worth of calls 3 different agents and they put you on hold and disconnected.

@HSBC_UK I am existing customer and applied for a personal loan, expecting an instant decision. It wasn't. I called customer services who refused to put me through to someone who knew what was happening and was told to wait. It now been 3 days and still nothing.
