@HSBC_AUS @HSBC_UK i am in a stalemate with a KYC (Know your customer) issue , and HSBC UK (who can identify me) dont seem to want / be able to talk to HSBC AUS to help resolve. Any chance you can help ?

@HSBC_UK Hello, my son would like to open student account but no photo ID (no driving license or passport) . Only a birth certificate. Already has jnr bank acc with another bank. Local HSBC branch couldn't help. How does he open acc with you?

I can't stand financial institutions but on Saturday I lost my wallet😭. I reported it immediately. My bank cards were replaced today within 1 working day. That's the kind of service i like. Thank you @HSBC_UK I can't see @DVLAgovuk doing the same with my driving licence!

@HSBC_UK I'm yet another new customer that has fallen foul of HSBC's poor service. 9 days after account is supposedly open & I'm still waiting for my Telephone Security Number to allow me access to my account. Cannot get through by phone, so it looks like I'm stuffed.
