Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK Hi, I need a new card reader pin number and haven’t been able to get through on the number for the past week! Any chance you could help please?

Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

@ermitjustis @HSBC_UK @firstdirect You’re kidding! All my cards (including HSBC ones) have now changed to this new style. Does that mean I can’t pay in ANY cash? Counter service seems to be a thing of the past.

Gill Howells (@gilliehowells) reported from Trethomas, Wales
Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

@HSBC_UK @ChangePlease I'm ashamed to bank with you. I will be taking my money and my bank account elsewhere. You go on about how much you care yet you invest in arms to help with the illegal occupation of Palestine. You're awful. #FreePalestine

Seriously done with @HSBC_UK and their complete inability to manage Premier accounts or credit cards properly. Absolutely useless so called "premier" service.

@HSBC_UK Tried using the chat service. It's down of course. WE CAN'T WORK LIKE THIS. I complained about the awful interactions on the anti money laundering scheme where you threatened to shut our account down but had to chase and chase for months. THE COMPLAINT WAS NEVER DEALT WITH

The worst customer experience from a company and they have the audacity to ask you to attend their digital transformation summit! Useless @HSBC_UK can't even open an account and my company suffers due to it. But who cares HSBC don't!
