Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@HSBC_UK If you're sticking a JWT expiry constant in front of people and asking people to quote that in a reply to a support desk after making them go through your "enter the last four digits of the sort code and the amount including pence to get an OTP" dance you need better UXers.

@HSBC_UK To be fair Steve this is an open forum. This morning all I needed to do is speak with one of your customer services team about a transaction. Now I have to go through a series of pointless options before I can speak with a human. Yours a mr disgruntled

@HSBC_UK Am I able to go into a branch to dispute a payment in person? I’m struggling immensely to do this via the customer service line and I’m getting nowhere. They also told methey couldn’t dispute until 120 AFTER the payment, which is not correct? Thanks

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

@HSBC_UK I couldn`t cash out cheque as it says `A/C Payee Only` on it, but agent wasn`t helpful at all and told me to simply call company who issued a cheque. The company which issued a cheque assured there`s no issues from their side and I have to reach out the bank again ...

@HSBC_UK why is it that I can’t transfer funds from my own account , online banking can’t help , asks to go to branch and can’t make appointment, turn up at branch , could be one to two hours wait or come later . Surely this can be made a lot less time consuming and frustrating
