@firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

@ContentConga Not been into a physical bank in years. I use the @HSBC_UK app a lot which has just had a super fresh update to how it works and gives the customer even less reason to go to a physical branch!

@HSBC_UK My call was answered after 45 mins and the helpful agent sorted out my issue in the short term. The problem is that the company strategy is to do everything in their power to get rid of charity accounts. It’s such a shame 😢

@HSBC_UK @andrews_jon I have just spoken with the team. They are unable to fix the issue. There is a known problem with ios15, at some point there will be an update in the App Store. For now you can make payments through telephone banking.

@HSBC System outage ? @HSBC_UK For the last 2 days, all the payments made online on Business Banking account have not been processed, despite having a written confirmation that the payments have been executed. Very unhappy clients and 4 hours trying to reach someone - no result !

.@HSBC_UK called an hour ago and told to press 1 for a call back, avg response time being 20 mins. Nothing. Poor service in regard to business banking and acc. close. #Covid is no excuse for inefficiency and no professionalism. Working from home should still be working.

@HSBC_UK I applied for an account and sent in my identification documents on October 12. Now, a month later, I still do not have an account and can't get paid, and your team is unable to give me any updates. Worst customer service ever! All students should avoid HSBC at all costs
