    @HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

    Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

    @brixtonkate Our club accounts have had loads of problems with @HSBC_UK asking loads of intrusive and irrelevant questions. They have not being been in the least bit helpful and at one joint just closing down our deposit account on a whim. So if definitely avoid them

    Been on hold to @HSBC_UK Business for over 3 hours! (Still on hold) Rang for 2 hours yesterday and gave up. We pay for a business account and cannot access commercial card statements older than 6months without calling them. Absolutely ridiculous. Considering moving bank...

    @HSBC_UK saga latest "DM us for help 8am-8pm" Almost 6 & 1/2 hours and no response to my help request. Email info request received in response to public posting & responded to. 5 & 1/2 hours later not even an acknowledgement. Disappointed is an understatement. #Shameful
