    @firstdirect why donโ€™t @HSBC_UK branches let you pay in cash over the counter? Just went to branch to be told deposit machine is down so to use the post office. Not great service!

    @HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

    @HSBC_UK 22:20 & the app still isn't working!!.. How are you fixing it??.. By mail order part works??

    Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. ๐Ÿค”

    @HSBC_UK Hi, Iโ€™ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but canโ€™t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? Iโ€™m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but Iโ€™m not sure.

    @Rantsofus1 @HSBC_UK @PostOffice I tried Nationwide and they offered to swap or deposit into an account for me, just a bit confused as to why HSBC or the Post Office couldnโ€™t also provide this service?

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. ๐Ÿงต1/n
