    @firstdirect why donโ€™t @HSBC_UK branches let you pay in cash over the counter? Just went to branch to be told deposit machine is down so to use the post office. Not great service!

    Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. ๐Ÿค”

    @HSBC_UK 22:20 & the app still isn't working!!.. How are you fixing it??.. By mail order part works??

    @HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

    And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a ยฃ1m pension fund to them?? Not if they canโ€™t get the basics right!

    @HSBC_UK You've made it impossible to apply via mobile for a loyalty cash ISA:- "A new way to log in" requests:- "Open your mobile banking app"... HINT: The app is already open 'cos I'm trying to apply for a loyalty cash ISA!! Gave up after 3 attempts. "A new way to log in" isn't perchance preparatory to government's scorned DIgitalID...?

    @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it

    I know it doesnโ€™t work this way but I have been a customer of @HSBC_UK for over 40 years (when it was simply Midland Bank) and have had, at times, three current accounts and a mortgage with them so why donโ€™t I ever get invited to @QueensTennis as a guest?

    @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

    @HSBC_UK I can't use private messaging on this website, I don't use the X app. The HSBC app clearly says "Sorry, there was a problem on our end" The problem is not with me, it's on your end. It's still there.

    Iโ€™m pretty sure none they have dealt with has ever set up a business themselves or put their neck on the line. The service and communication is appalling, everyone hiding behind online communication, @HSBC_UK it is very poor
