    @HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

    @HSBC_UK Hello. Been waiting for over a week for a postal activation code…so obviously haven’t had access to my online banking for 7 days. There must be an easier way these days to access my account rather than waiting for a letter to arrive? Thanks.

    @HSBC_UK have you employed a new batch of staff?? I have had nothing but **** customer service the past couple of weeks. But apparently some of your employees have said that I should be grateful for them. I fail to see why

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN Just on phone for last 30 minutes again trying to resolve this. HSBC UK says HSBC India has not released the money back!! This is extortion. Feel nervous about sending money via HSBC now!! Please can you help urgently.

    @HSBC_UK trying to make payment to a new payee on both website and app today. Tells me I’m entering the wrong code woth error -10004. I am not entering the wrong code and trying to get help through your chat function is pointless. Please provide support on this.

    @HSBC_UK Hi-Am Sahiti Chintapalli- HSBC UK customer for 2 years. Account#- 34161009. Am expecting UK tax refund and incidentally today the bank has decided to close the account without even contacting me since it has not been used for long. Request you to revive my account

    @HSBC_UK Customer service doesn't have a list of coin deposit machines!!? Perhaps you need to produce a list for your customers and put it online as you want us to do all banking that way. Have found that nearest coin machine for me is 45 minutes drive, each way. No use to me
