That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?

Itโs been good using your bank, unfortunately , lately itโs increasing difficult solving basic customer care problems. The HSBC app as well is horrible to navigate. Quite appalling

TS (@PZR311067) reported@HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a joke๏ฟผ, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.
