Andy Lee (@metalpirate77) reported from Ferndale, Wales@HSBC_UK When will the app be up & running? I'm disabled & I need access to my account 24/7. I don't want to be told go to your nearest branch. That's 15 miles away & with limited mobility I can't do a 30 mile round trip by bus. Ever thought of actually reopening rural branches?
