    @firstdirect why don’t @HSBC_UK branches let you pay in cash over the counter? Just went to branch to be told deposit machine is down so to use the post office. Not great service!

    The last time I called to check on the progress @HSBC_UK had made they hadn’t followed up since august 5th and I made the call at the end of august. The lack of care to return customer money during a cost of living crisis is disappointing

    @HSBC_UK I have tried to call your customer services about 4 times over the past week.. and given up due to being on hold. I’m not on 25 minutes on hold.. I tried your chat function and kept being cut off by the robot.. this customer service is poor!

    @HSBC_UK The end of the UK High St bank? You get rid of all the staff and replace them with self service machines, then you even restrict access to those at 4 in the afternoon. AN ABSOLUTE BLOODY DISGRACE
