@firstdirect why don’t @HSBC_UK branches let you pay in cash over the counter? Just went to branch to be told deposit machine is down so to use the post office. Not great service!

@Morrisons @AmazonUK @HSBC_UK never mind the papers saying Morrisons wipe you out £100 at fuel pumps pre authorised. Amazon are happy to charge you then if cancel part, re charge you again, #hsbc won’t help. feel like killing myself. Oh I’m sorry u feel that way. #disgusting

@HSBC_UK are you still having problems with the cheque scan function on the app? I hover my phone over the cheque to scan and nothing happens. Don't particularly want to drive and park just to go the nearest branch if it should be doable on the app

@HSBC_UK ok. 3 calls disconnected…yes, they were all in India. Just sayin. Lovely people when you got them but every transfer disconnected😩credit card dispute team..gave up after 27minutes on hold. Oh, yeah. I’m a Premier Banking customer

@HSBC_UK Over 26 hours no online banking app failure!!! Already spoken with your customer service representatives at complaints team. Next up your company CEO department and ask them what they intend to do so it doesn't keep happening!
