@firstdirect why don’t @HSBC_UK branches let you pay in cash over the counter? Just went to branch to be told deposit machine is down so to use the post office. Not great service!

@HSBC_UK …..the major worldwide bank with no bank accounts for under 7 year olds. Awful, considering all the ‘encouragement’ for children to realise the value of money, save, etc etc.

@thebiggj @HSBC_UK Did you find out what the problem was? I'm getting the same code setting up online banking for LPA account. I'm now assuming you cannot setup online banking with a third party account but knowone at HSBC knows this!!

@HSBC_UK Your team wanted to go through security with my 11 year old. Wouldn't budge. Asked to be transferred to Premier team so put me through to the payments team who aren't trained in this and can't help. 4 calls so far in 5 days and zero progress.

Dear @PostOffice it seems silly to order a cash depositing service at your branches and then decline to take all the money as it’s too much (£690)…. Also no @HSBC_UK easily accessible either. ****** system.
