    @firstdirecthelp moving to debit m/Card is a bad idea until you can offer the full service to pay cash in. You ever tried paying in cash at @HSBC_UK counter? You literally have to argue with staff who try and force you to pay in via the deposit machine as it is.

    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

    @ermitjustis @HSBC_UK @firstdirect You’re kidding! All my cards (including HSBC ones) have now changed to this new style. Does that mean I can’t pay in ANY cash? Counter service seems to be a thing of the past.

    Y'know what @HSBC_UK, sending out automated letters, vaguely threatening to take away peoples access to overdrafts in this time of unprecedented cost of living crisis, is just the sort of thing that pushes people over the edge. People die because of this. Stop it.

    @HSBC_UK @kg_beta Seems to be happening again for iOS 16 public beta. I presume this is just a simple version whitelist issue as every other app (including banking apps) work without a problem, only HSBC. Any word on a fix or beta we can test?

    @CiaranJC95 @HSBC_UK I have to agree, it does seem silly that the issue is resolved within the beta version, as this seems to be an ongoing issue with every beta update.

    @LucyHartley15 @HSBC_UK same here. Today I got cut off several times and had to go and listen to that, by now very annoying, holding tune for half an hour each time, getting through to someone on a very bad line and impossible to hear what they were saying. All agents are still busy.... Total rubbish.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I am unable to access my internet banking — The app has kicked me out, I’ve tried to reset my password (which it never asks for) and now it’s not allowing me to open it at all. Do you have a number I can call to verify my password change and figure out my app issues?

    @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs Hi, the same thing happened back with iOS15 as well and took several months before we could get into our a/c again. I'm overseas and don't have access to a physical key so this is a significant problem. I've logged a complaint but need to see HSBC do more.

    @HSBC_UK you get fob off. When you on the phone, no help at all as they can’t do anything. When you visit another branch, handed in all of your documents, got told they are fine. Nothing else is needed and then on Monday I get a text to say the documents are unacceptable.
