  Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

  @HSBC_UK trying to set up an online saver account, but website keeps telling me I can’t as I’m not a UK tax resident, which is not true. Can’t get chat to stop going around in circles to even get close to asking the right question!
