Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

Gary C (@HamstringTownFC) reported@HSBC_UK why have I lost the ability of OTP and have to authorise every payment know the app. Its impossible as everytime i return to the site after authorising on the hsbc app the payment page has gone back to the homepage. Give me back the OTP option
