    Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to set up another account all day , talking to a robot on live chat rang the customer service line only to be hung up on after 2 hours of waiting !

    @newlandfarm @HSBC_UK I hoping I can go back to a cash system. When I did get a ring back from them after many many hours one of the twins put the phone down on them.

    @HSBC_UK I did that and still not working. On top of that i could previously generate a key code and log in via my laptop. Now that ive deleted and reinstalled, i’ve lost that option now too! Great!

    @HSBC_UK your banking app is so user UNfriendly it's not even funny. My old phone's screen is cracked. I try android scan QR code to transfer account to new phone and it's IMPOSSIBLE.

    @HSBC_UK I know the first time we've used the branch and tbh it's a downgrade for a city the size of Wakefield not to have counter service!

    @HSBC_UK YOUR operators on the Philippines are really bad at their job. Yesterday I was on the phone for phone one hour and my issue was still not resolved I called again today, same thing was a phillapines operator and she could not find me on the system! Complete nightmare

    Dear @HSBC_UK is it normal that 1 month ago I ordered a secure key and still nothing received (I live abroad)? Spent 1 hr last month to sort it; on hold again, I gave up. Cannot access account in meantime. This is too painful. if only you understood the word 'customer service'.

    @HSBC_UK my banking app has updated and since then I am unable to log in. It’s stating that it has an ‘incomplete switch on a new device’. I don’t have a new device, and refuse to phone up to be on the phone for hours.
