No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! Anna (@annacjone5) reported@HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!

Gary C (@HamstringTownFC) reported@HSBC_UK why have I lost the ability of OTP and have to authorise every payment know the app. Its impossible as everytime i return to the site after authorising on the hsbc app the payment page has gone back to the homepage. Give me back the OTP option
