    @HSBC_UK hi, needed some help with setting up digital online bank last week. After an hour on call with customer services I no longer have any sort of online banking - they disabled everything and then left me stranded - actually said he could not help anymore.

    @HSBC_UK @YoungMoneyEdu There was an amount £600 which bank claimed to be fraud transaction as advised by sender. I submitted all the evidences supporting the case but I was told that the amount was paid back to the senders. Please HELP!

    @HSBC_UK Absolutely awesome service from your Travel claims department. Reported claim this morning, received a call back at 9:20 and claim agreed and paid. Wish other providers were this easy to deal with!

    @HSBC_UK for God sick, we are in 2021. Please fix the app issue with Nokia phones, specially Nokia 5.4 How are we supposed to access our accounts? Why no other bank has those problems with their applications.

    @HSBC_UK So it seems, despite the wait and the apparent "sorting" of my problems, I am back to square one. I was supposed to be getting a letter sent out to allow me to fix this issue but no letter has arrived 😔.
