Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.
