@HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

@HSBC_UK I have been a customer for over 20yrs. Attempted to open a new account today & was told I was unable to online & initially told no one could help on the phone...then told maybe, but would have to wait on hold for over an hour. I will be closing all my accounts. Shocking.

@HSBC_UK That’s exactly the problem, customer services only being available until 8pm. In a 24/7 world, HSBC have gone backwards. It’s too late to resolve my problem, after waiting too long on your so-called live chat, I had to use a different credit card

@HSBC_UK I applied for an HSBC Kinetic account last week. The phone ppl said go away and apply online. It's still 'in review' on an app like an endless loop. Your chat is unresponsive. Can someone help, or shall I just move all my accounts (I have two with you) to @Barclays
