@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Was a Barclays customer for many years had similar bad service went to Lloyds-bank never looked back great service, an app that works and a human at the end of the phone cannot recommend enough @mouthwaite

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Cust service surveys always show its the new banks that do best. Older banks are have complex stoneage IT which is creaking at the seams. New 'challenger' banks have far more efficient client focused IT . Oil tanker versus a rowing boat if that makes sense.

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I left Nat West when I couldn’t speak to a human and went to @firstdirect even though this is telephone banking their customer service is excellent and have now been with them for 22 years
