  @HSBC_UK Frustrated after 18-yrs of CTF investment. Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! Pls help @bArNeY131104

  @HSBC_UK Still ignoring phone calls, letters, emails so I have had to resort to the Financial Ombudsman. Any time now the automated response will tell me to email again. Truly shameful service.

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  .@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.

  Worst experience with HSBC Bank. @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Extremely unprofessional handling of customer concerns. Instead of resolving the issue, the team seems to be relying on delaying tactics and providing no meaningful response. Very disappointing. #HSBC #CustomerService
