@HSBC_UK Frustrated after 18-yrs of CTF investment. Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! Pls help @bArNeY131104

@HSBC_UK I’ve tried all that. Completely useless. The problem seems to be the security key you insist on using for mobile banking. I’ve already had to have it posted to me 3 times (since your sms service doesn’t work) and none of them work. I’d be quicker closing the account.

@HSBC_UK hoping you can help locate £200 that left my current account via standing order to my ISA on 21st but never made it there. Both online chat and telephone banking mind-numbingly incompetent. Finally told it would be in my account my close today and still has not appeared.

50 minutes on hold, @HSBC_UK but your website says phone banking operating normally. So this is the new normal service we should expect then?
