    @HSBC_UK Chris there is nothing you can do via social media. A complete overhaul of HSBC's customer service is the only hope but knowing the bank's penchant for cutting corners this is unlikely

    Almost £400 fraudulently taken from my @HSBC_UK account the week before Xmas. I’ve been advised that “in the current climate it can take up to 90 days to review the case and a further 60 to resolve it” Some customer service that.

    @HSBC_UK Hi so HSBC always impresses me with just how bad their service can be for the most basic of functions. The bar quite literally could not be lower in any regard. Here’s some recent relevant examples
