@HSBC_UK Frustrated after 18-yrs of CTF investment. Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! Pls help @bArNeY131104

Sister down toLondon to visit + x2 kids in tow. Phone, bank cards & ID pickpocketed on tube (zipped pocket).All train tickets on iCloud .. cant get new bank card, no cash, no phone, no ID. Lucky staying with Fam .. what if she was on own ? @O2 @HSBC_UK @nationalrailenq

@HSBC_UK Completed a credit card application over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. You have completed a hard search on my credit file, I have also spent many hours on hold to your customer service department, to no avail. Shocking customer service.

@HSBC_UK The issue is not getting an answer , the issue is getting a resolution. And now I just learnt that the issue wasn’t the issue but another issue. I am appalled by the customer service of your teams behind their phones. Thankfully still some client focused members in your branches
