@HSBC_UK Frustrated after 18-yrs of CTF investment. Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! Pls help @bArNeY131104

@HSBC_UK Thank you for your quick reply! I have just got off the phone to one off your customer service reps, did not help me one bit, what a waste off 2 hours and 30min, and to think this is regarding an international transfer, anyway going in branch tomorrow again!

@HSBC_UK business telephone banking. Passed from pillar to post. 5 different departments, 4.5 hrs on calls/waiting to try to resolve an issue with an international payment. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Your fat cats should be held to account. #hsbcbusinessbanking

@HSBC_UK So I just spent another 45 minutes in hsbc. The procedure says that I have to produce an amended birth certificate for my son. I have his original birth cert & a name change deed from a solicitor. I cannot get a new birth cert. So cannot change his name apparently? Can you help?
