Hi @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for almost 1.5 hours trying to get through to customer services and been cut off every single time whilst being transferred. This is so frustrating when counter services are being closed and online/telephone banking remain the only options

Being homless at a young age is possibly more to do with life choices but whatever the reason I think most veterans are homeless due to the trauma experienced by service to our country, but s/be Shelter for All

@HSBC_UK @FreddieEagle3 Clearly got no idea what you’re talking about HSBC. iOS15 is a public beta right now. You guys need to fix the app as it’s the only banking app that won’t work.

Public beta of iOS 15 is out and it’s still the only app that does not launch. All my other banking apps work correctly with no issues. This happens every year. @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK The process for upgrading from your crazy small SecureKey to the larger one would be painless if you held them in branch. Customer brings old one. Staff provide large format one and register it for customer. Customer leaves happy, no interruption to account access. 2/2

I won’t ever put money to @HSBC_UK , they suspend my acct for no reason and leave me hanging there. Their customer service did not answer my phone, branch in town was closed down, online chat not working. Doesn’t it feel like a scam!?
