@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Hello, We have problem with payment from Kazakhstan to Switzerland company which has account in HSBC UK. Payment was sent 20 days ago ad still beneficiary didnt get it. All requests from our bank and from beneficiary was ignored by HSBC uk. We have sent request by swift channel

@HSBC_UK Did that - spoke to one of your customer support officers. Their manager says it’s not an issue for Hsbc (i need to raise with credit ref agency). Refused to raise a complaint. This is wrong! Help!

@HSBC_UK Business banking. 1hr37 on the phone to get an answer. I know we are operating in a pandemic but this is no longer new and companies should have resilience in place to deal with this by now. You are a service company and customers are your lifeblood, treat us accordingly!
