@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I DM'd you just under an hour ago, & a few times after, no reply, no response, nothing. IS there anyone in? "The official account for HSBC UK. DM us for help 8am-8pm or chat with us 24/7 in mobile or online banking." I am not getting help, I am not getting a response!

@ashortsentence1 @HSBC_UK I’m disgusted at their actions Karl. People with MH issues or established MI need advocacy within the banking sector not unilaterally shutting people down. @HSBC_UK you need to urgently review your customer services in light of this.
