@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I'm locked out of my Accounts on my Banking App and just been to two local ATMs. I can withdraw cash but can't access my balances. WHY???????????? I've used Chat on the App but says I have to wait 1.5hrs for a reply. Local Branch closed to Monday. WHY!!! @MartinSLewis

@HSBC_UK Nice to see @firstdirecthelp at least responding to customers. More than can be said about @HSBC_UK I cant contact them in any form whatsoever... Terrible service 😡
