The hsbc worker here in the Colchester branch is an absolute gentleman and he also is wildly frustrated, unbelievable that he can’t help me without outside help due to @HSBC_UK & how they operate

Public beta of iOS 15 is out and it’s still the only app that does not launch. All my other banking apps work correctly with no issues. This happens every year. @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK The process for upgrading from your crazy small SecureKey to the larger one would be painless if you held them in branch. Customer brings old one. Staff provide large format one and register it for customer. Customer leaves happy, no interruption to account access. 2/2

I won’t ever put money to @HSBC_UK , they suspend my acct for no reason and leave me hanging there. Their customer service did not answer my phone, branch in town was closed down, online chat not working. Doesn’t it feel like a scam!?
