Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK Very good, shame you can’t get a cheque to my husband which was promised to him 8 weeks ago !!! Money you owe him as overpayment on credit card !!! Call centre - no help branch promised cheque in post - still not here !!!
