@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@hhn_88_888 @ZodiacChris @HSBC_UK I went in yesterday to my local HSBC branch to pick up an ID device to use instead. I had a problem with my Debit Card and the staff there told me I had to call a helpline... I can't be bothered putting up with a 1980's bank anymore, I have started my move to Starling Bank

@HSBC_UK You are not allowed by law to give more than 6 years of bank statements but you breached the rules and gave 10 years of statements and when the customer complains you rely on your six year rule to refuse to deal with the complaint. I see this as bullying the customer.
