Been trying to make an in person branch appointment online for last 24 hours @HSBC_UK. Nothing available at all for any day. Online help just tells me to do what I've been doing. #PTSD now kicking in.

@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBCUKBusiness @HSBC_UK I know we are only a small company and probably not important. I had lodged a complaint over 10 weeks ago and asked someone to call me to discuss why money has been deducted and an account closed without instructions from us. Appalling service!
