@HSBC_UK Your bank is absolutely pathetic. Your broken machines swallow my new card and then you have the audacity of telling me I can’t get it back because it’s not an HSBC bank. I have no bank card or access to it for a week now, how will I pay my bills/ keep credit score.

@HSBC_UK closing a branch for the foreseeable future without notice or explanation and making it difficult to access information by phone is very bad practise. Now looking to bank elsewhere, we’ll no choice really if you need a physical branch.

@HSBC_UK I’ve been locked out of my digital banking services due to too many failed log in attempts. Gone to reset online - got to the part where it wants to generate a security code via the app…but I don’t have that option as un/reinstalled the app other day when it was bugging

@HSBC_UK the app still isn’t working for me, I’ve tried turning the power saver off and clearing all the apps off so only hsbc is open, still doesn’t work. I have an IPhone 6SE and my phone is up to date.

@AndyBurnhamGM Could really do with your help. @HSBC_UK have a fantastic scheme for rough sleepers called "survivors account" it just needs my @Coffee4Craig ID to open accounts. I am talking to other banks trying to get them to take on this scheme & could do with your influence.
