@HSBC_UK I am weary of dealing with u I’d rather go but u shud escalate anyway, the process is broken. We are both a/c holders so you have done KYC yet to make one of our a/c joint you want us to go to a branch with ID. U hv closed all my local branches! It’s just usual poor HSBC service

@HSBC_UK shockingly poor customer service. When fraud attempts happen it’s you who should be helping us, protecting your customers. We’ve banked with you for 30yrs, but it’s a no brainier, we change banks.

Do not join @HSBC_UK if you use an iPhone. They make it impossible to use the app if there is an iOS update. You can’t access your online banking without a code, generated by opening the app which doesn’t work with iOS updates. Every other bank has managed to do it.
