@GBNEWS @thecoastguy Yep I'm now in dispute with @HSBC_UK as they obviously think they can tell you exactly what you can and can't spend your money on and block your use of online banking until you explain yourself to them 🤬🤬🤬

@HSBC_UK why do you hand out credit cards like candy? Over 20 people in my block of 66 flats have been victims of credit card fraud since Aug and nearly every single one has been with you guys... WHY are you not getting the police involved? They won't investigate our reports!

After speaking to a member of staff they have said I will be unable to use online banking in any way for over a week. This is unacceptable. It should not be impossible to log onto online banking if you do not have the app! @HSBC_UK

@Carolin25958078 @HSBC_UK I feel your pain as I've had the same experience over the past few days and usually end up speaking to someone based in the Philippines 🙄 Completely fed up with this appalling customer service and hopefully won't be needing to use this bank for much longer!
