@stylo_design @HSBC I am facing the same problem. Every time I log into their website I get the same message: “As we get closer to the date your current deal ends, we’ll be in touch”. Is there anything @HSBC_UK can do?

@HSBC_UK I asked HSBC for help during MY last cost of living crisis and they were so helpful they reduced my credit limit (despite me showing them an offer letter for a new job paying more money). I'm gradually withdrawing my business as a result.

@HSBC_UK Interesting to see how @HSBC_UK approach this when their client owes money to them and other banks who all want their share of the individual’s disposable income. Genuine question Do you advice the individual to pay all creditors fairly and/or signpost for debt charity help?

@HSBC_UK Why is it impossible to speak to a human being. I am a new customer having just taken a mortgage out with you and I want to set up online banking but your systems won't let me. How do I do this?

In the midst of this #CostOfLivingCrisis I’ve been deprived of around £7,500 by @HSBC_UK they seized my money without warning and refuse to talk to me or give any reason. Rendering me incapable of resolving any issue (if any) to get my money back, it’s been 45 days and counting.
