    @HSBC_UK all I need to do is set up a telephone code in order to access online banking. After 40 minutes finally getting through agent kept repeat asking multiple qs the line went dead. Can someone please call me.

    @HSBC_UK @BBCCiN Could someone from the Covent Garden Branch please respond to the requests sent in my DM to you please. Crucial that it is today, impossible to talk to someone there despite letter with them for over 24hours and helpline people filing urgent requests with them.

    @HSBC_UK My daughter lives in Australia has opened an account , she moves back to UK next month ,has secured a job but needs help trying to get a sort code that works ....fir her new employer ...she's been on hold for 3 hrs on the telephone awaiting a customer service rep....please help

    @HSBC_UK When I sign in to on-line banking, I cannot access my "Standing orders and future payments", the response is " Unable to load your domestic accounts ". Everything else seems to work fine.

    @HSBC_UK 40 minutes too long after the hours the other day we couldn’t access our accounts. There’s clearly an issue here.

    @HSBC_UK A short disruption!!! I am waiting since 6 months now for you to resolve the issue with my cards not working, I cannot access my money. Countless/useless hours spent on the phone to your call centres. Days I will never get back, time I am not paid for!! Get in contact!!

    @XMisseastend @MoneySavingExp @HSBC_UK did you get a reply to this? I also need to know. HSBC site says you need 1750 pounds a month pay in, MSE says no min pay in.
