@HSBC_UK setting up a standing order for online banking is just horrible! According to your site, under date is an option to select "Standing order". That doesn't exist on my profile. I've spent 30 minutes trying to set this up so far! 😡

@HSBC_UK 2 hours 30 mins on hold & counting AFTER being put through by someone who couldn't resolve the issue relating to company credit card security despite being on the number I was told to contact. This is NOT customer service but a BROKEN BUSINESS!

@HSBC_UK trying to resolve an issue while abroad. Apparently only a phone call will do. Held in a queue - this costs me money. I’m told my card’s blocked. No reason why that should be.

@HSBC_UK your mortgage calculator loops! I just wanted to understand my repayments but I went down a fun rabbit hole on your site, link after link after link after link. You might want to look at that while I go compare elsewhere.
