@HSBC_UK all I need to do is set up a telephone code in order to access online banking. After 40 minutes finally getting through agent kept repeat asking multiple qs the line went dead. Can someone please call me.

@HSBC_UK Not that I'm aware. The only time I directly pay by card is with Apple (itunes) which is where the problem is occurring. Otherwise I usually pay for everything through paypal (there's an annoying code problem with that every few weeks) but that's at least less of a hassle.

@HSBC_UK why are you so rubbish at customer service nowadays? It’s almost impossible to speak to you on the phone and our local branch is closed due to staff shortages. Seriously? Small businesses are continuing to run normally but with all your power, you can’t?

@HSBC_UK RLS application stated that you will be in touch ‘No later than 10 working days’ after application. Now been 2 months! Hours wasted calling, emailing, tweeting and still no contact. A week later from emailing the address you’ll want to reply with, still nothing. Why?

@HSBC_UK are there any known issues with the Android app (version 3.18.2) ? It crashes whenever I try and "Generate security code". This means I can't log onto the website and so can only do the thing the app has the functionality to provide - and not the things I need!
