@HSBC_UK all I need to do is set up a telephone code in order to access online banking. After 40 minutes finally getting through agent kept repeat asking multiple qs the line went dead. Can someone please call me.

@HSBC_UK Just been informed no bank statements can be automatically produced on my account as there have been only credits and no debits during the last five months. It would have been good customer service to let me know when this commenced - but this isn’t you!

@HSBC_UK Hi. I have dm’d you details of an issue with a credit card address being wrong and despite being corrected 6m ago you have not updated experian and as a result unless corrected in next few days a mortgage offer will not be made and house purchase will fail. Pls help!!
