Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK This new app is DREADFUL. Absolutely dreadful. It looks and feels terrible to use, and has several bugs as well. Just atrocious. Previous app was actually really good and easy to use. What a huge mistake this update has been. #HSBC
