    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @HSBC_UK all I need to do is set up a telephone code in order to access online banking. After 40 minutes finally getting through agent kept repeat asking multiple qs the line went dead. Can someone please call me.

    @HSBC_UK how on Earth have you managed to change the name on all my parents accounts to a third party with same surname !! And then keep them holding on phone for 49 min. Totally unbelievable. This will go to FOS. Appalling service.

    Really helpful that @HSBC_UK's banking app has broken leaving me unable to view any bank statements the weekend that tax returns are due 👍

    I should be able to use online banking just using one device not having to use multiple devices to log in on my laptop. A bit like going to a bank and being told you have sent me a magic word in the post I will have to say to get in the bank @NatWest_Help @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Yet again I have been directed to the 2021 version not 2022 and the Aviva site is just to request proof of cover. Neither of which I am requesting!
