Looks like after 26 years I’ll be leaving @Barclays as I’ve been trying to sort out an issue with them for 6 months and they either don’t care or are incompetent. @HSBC_UK here I come

At the end of my tether with @HSBC_UK it would easier to talk to talk to aliens that get hold of an actual person. I appreciate banks too are having call centre staff issues. However, Phoned @Barclays dealt with swiftly and without issue.

So here I am, waiting for ANOTHER call back. And meanwhile I’ve tried to connect to the online chat bot, who can’t help me so has promised to connect me to an agent “within 5 hours”. Do you really think this is acceptable for your business clients @HSBC_UK ?

Classy from @HSBC @HSBC_UK . Put me on hold. When operator came back line was awful. Asked if she could call back. Said no and just hung up. Business banking at its finest

I can honestly say that @HSBC_UK is the worst bank service I have ever dealt with-even trying to close the account is a nightmare-they are still sitting on my money 4 weeks later, no idea when I will get MY money!
