    @HSBC_UK I find your stance and attitude to the public beta of iOS 16 worrying and flippant. You are the only banking app not to work with the betas. Think you need to rethink your policy as it’s regressive and leaves the customer experience somewhat lacking!

    @HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu @usopen It would be nice if you sorted out your online share dealing/finance app instead of wasting money on this, I’m unable to access my account at least 50% of the time. How about paying some interest instead of paying your execs excessive amounts, customers are bottom of the heap.

    @HSBC_UK Hi. I have a mortgage with you but no account. Your 03457662255 is useless as I can't contact you about changing the direct debit details and can't sign in to the mortgage app as I don't have an account with you. How can we fix this? Good start to a 5 year commitment 👍

    @HSBC_UK Ummm no it is not the beta. It is it the latest software update. And it was working on the 9th.
