@HSBC_UK I was told to contact complaint special Rhiannon today if issue has not been resolved. It hasn’t but I cannot get hold of her or anyone in that team. In fact when I called I was told that you do not have a complaints team. Please help.

A whole week of the worst customer service support from @HSBC_UK (apart from the staff in the bank who want to help but can't). Locked out of my business account. My signature and verification from staff this morning in the bank still not enough to unlock it. Want to scream.

The decline of @HSBC_UK as a bank is a prime example of bank losing its customer focus. Opened couple of bank accounts in August for my two daughters at the @HSBC Reading branch in August. Still have nothing to show for. There are many other. #wakeupHSBC #worstexperience @TheFCA

30 mins on hold with @HSBC_UK they not alone does anyone in this country offer even half decent access to customer service. No lie, everything is just so hard to get done. No int directing me your banking app when banking app says call you!!!!!
