@HSBC_UK , Can you please reply to my previous message. Today it has been imposible for me to make contact with any of your Customer Help Centres. I have spent over 6 hours trying to get in touch. I know that the lines closed at 8pm. Also I have not received promissed call backs.

@jasonlikesbikes @HSBC_UK well that s the agile project management of things release and adapt… loose may be one or two customers but over the mass it has little effect… answer the unsatisfied customer and trod on. However one day the little impact on itself will lead to reputation loss and poor image

@HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

@HSBC_UK mobile app stopped working so uninstalled and now trying to reinstall. It says I've already activated digital secure key on another device (NO it's the SAME device). The set up instructions say to open app and 'generate a log on security code'. I can't access anything
