    @HSBC_UK Yes after being on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes. I am a new customer; is this the standard wait time which I have to endure to get to an agent?

    2 hrs 15 mins now..... I can't beleive anybody is actually answering the phones @HSBC_UK.... This is diabolical service to customers and don't even think about blaming covid... Thats just an excuse for bad service now 😡😡😡😡

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying in vain for a week to get though to your business banking team to activate a digital secure device, I have requested call backs but hear nothing, I now cannot access my account and your branch can’t help me, this is not good enough!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I am trying to deposit a cheque through the mobile app but everytime I go take a photo of the front of the cheque it gives a message saying there is a bug and to clear the cache and try again. I did this but it is still not letting me take a photo. Is there an issue?
