@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@HSBC_UK is there a service issue? I can't see my accounts ok the app. Error message: api_103. Also I when making an online payment by Mastercard I received this error: "As your contact details are currently not up to date, we have been unable to deliver your One-Time Passcode"
