@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

It’s happening again @HSBC_UK zero queue managment to help speed things up. Just a sign that says 5 people in branch - so 1 person who needs an advisor brings 4 people in with them and people that can just pop in to use a machine are left waiting ages

Just saw an advert from HSBC about giving accounts to people who don't have an address. Such a good idea, people who are homeless can't get work if no address and bank account. Let's help people who want help. Well done @HSBC_UK @Shelter #hsbc #helphomeless
