@HSBC_UK Is the iOS 12 problem fixed yet. If not, when ? I’m really finding this so inconvenient. We are persuaded to do online and mobile banking and then we are stuck when it doesn’t work. My nearest branch is 20 miles away and I have mobility issues.

@HSBC_UK I’ve raised a complaint and told to call to activate my telephone banking to activate my bank card. I can’t! That’s my complaint! So from tomorrow I have no access to any funds and school uniforms to buy and I need to feed my children.

@HSBC_UK I’m trying to set up a student bank account with you however I got an email saying my credit score is not high enough - I’ve never had a bank account before and don’t have a credit score, surely this is an error?
