    @bankwithsmile @HSBC_UK @bankwithsmile It took over a week for your team to agree to send a 2nd replacement card after I first let them know 1st hadn't arrived. They sent me two follow up messages asking if the 1st had arrived, each of which took another 2-3 working days for a response from you.

    @HSBC_UK "Sorry we're unable to load your messages" is what I get when opening private messaging in my mobile app, and messaging your bot takes me around in circles!!!!! Looks like I'm going to have to wait on the phone like everybody else! -5* for customer support!

    @HSBC_UK absolutely insane support pages and contact number. Account opened, money transferred, card received BUT NO TELEPHONE SECURITY NUMBER and no way to contact HSBC to get it. Not impressed and unless sorted within next two days will close the account

    @HSBC_UK almost impossible to open a children's bank account. Won't accept id online and when i go in branch they need the children who are at school and the branch only opens 9.30-2.30 Monday to Friday. How do i open a childrens account with you or do i go Halifax who are open 1

    Love how @chase_uk don’t charge for withdrawing cash via a @Chase ATM in the US - they treat you like you are a customer of the same bank! Shame @HSBC_UK can’t do the same (and offer better FX rates!)
