@HSBC_UK couldn't open account online for 14yr old problem with passport photo. Bury branch advice just bring his passport photo in, don't need child with you. Newmarket branch today, yes you need child with you. Newmarket open school hours only, so 1hr trip back to Bury!!

Really @HSBC_UK, been waiting over a month to get a 6 digit code sent to my mobile, so order a post activation code and your website doesn't even bloody load up past the damn username section... And don't tell me to phone help line as all them did was tell me to sit and wait!
