Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

Not the most important thing going on in the world right now but.. @HSBC_UK The new app is absolutely DREADFUL. It looks and feels terrible to use, and has several bugs as well. Previous app was actually really good and easy to use. What a huge mistake this update has been #HSBC

@HSBC_UK Hi Steve, yes thanks. The updated app would not generate a login code, just a grey box. The agent had me uninstall/reinstall the app and reset all the security information and it now generates the codes. The app upgrade is still horrible but at least it works!😕

@HSBC_UK why are your online banking, app & phone support so difficult to use? I need to reset, and it is asking me for information I don’t have: if I had it; the reset may not be necessary/ please, have a care for your customers, or you will find they will vote with their feet.
