    @HSBC_UK my 80+yr parents are fed up with not being able to talk to anyone at the bank. Every number goes to a non UK call centre, they don’t know security numbers, they just want to be able to speak to a person. What happened to customer service? My mum was in tears.

    Currently thousands of customers able to use their @HSBC_UK cards to pay for anything or access their online banking. Disgraceful

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

    @HSBC_UK For waiting over 1hr 10min I gave up. Tried several more times and now I am now waiting for a call back. I must say that the customer service is extremely poor, not enough branches and not enough staff!!

    Gosh @HSBC_UK your phone "helpline" is truely appalling. I've been on hold now for 2hrs & counting in the last 24 hours. You've cut me off twice & having got thru to an actual person you've just put me on hold again... Still I've only been a customer for 25+yrs. Why bother caring
