    @HSBC_UK what on earth is going on with the app?! Just had 20-odd attempts at taking a pic of the back of a cheque, finally got one (that was the same as all the others 🤔) and then apparently there's a problem with depositing and I've got to try again later? So frustrating!

    @HSBC_UK oh my god getting a current account with you guys is like pulling teeth! Pathetic really asking for ID and proof of address when I’m already a mortgage customer! Any reason why you can’t do the simple jobs?

    @HSBC_UK I’ve tried to call the fraud team, then put through to the dispute team, then back to the business banking, then cut off, then start again. Awful set up. Just want to report fraud. Impossible!

    @HSBC_UK oh dear, been some time that I have needed to use a branch for banking. City branch on Queen Victoria Street like an empty museum. Trying to pay in a cheque, tried 4 machines, all rejected, no queuing at the counter service - painful and time-consuming 😩

    @HSBC_UK my credit card has disappeared from online and mobile banking? Phone banking is apparently closed, and live chat has over an hour waiting times! What is going on? Incredibly distressing that this kind of technical glitch can happen in 2022 with a major bank.

    @HSBC_UK Ok. I’ll give it a try although it’s worth stressing that 03457 662255 is the number I have been ringing and getting nowhere. So unless you can reassure me that the problems have been resolved on that number it’s not really worth the time, effort and expense to use that again.

    Dear @HSBC_UK - every time I mention the app notification issue, I’m asked if my notifications are turned on. I’ve been asked this several times now and the answer each and every time is ‘Yes, they are always on.’ If they weren’t, I’d understand why they’re not coming through.
