    @HSBC_UK how on Earth have you managed to change the name on all my parents accounts to a third party with same surname !! And then keep them holding on phone for 49 min. Totally unbelievable. This will go to FOS. Appalling service.

    @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to reset my password because your system locked me out. I called your support desk, but it wastes ￡10 without solving anything. I'm living in Japan and cost for calling is expensive. What do you recommend?
