    Currently thousands of customers able to use their @HSBC_UK cards to pay for anything or access their online banking. Disgraceful

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

    @HSBC_UK my 80+yr parents are fed up with not being able to talk to anyone at the bank. Every number goes to a non UK call centre, they don’t know security numbers, they just want to be able to speak to a person. What happened to customer service? My mum was in tears.

    @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: β€œDue to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.

    @HSBC_UK new customer and trying to activate my card but having a nightmare, wont accept photo i.d, only 2 hsbc banks near one is 4.5ml other is 12 miles away, and both are Temporarily closed

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.

    @HSBC_UK I am having problems registering with on line banking for my credit card it just keeps saying sorry we can't continue with your application. When I then try and sign up it won't send an activation code to my phone

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Applied for couple of positions through careers section on website. Got mail after 2 long months stating application declined that too without providing any reason. Can we call it unprofessionalism of highest standards ? #hsbc #Careers

    @HSBC_UK I have been locked out of my account,on my iPad with your mobile banking app. I have been on the phone trying to speak to someone,in a different country,to rectify this problem. Unfortunately the people who you employ,have not been able to help me one bit 1/2

    @AmazonHelp @HSBC_UK cannot make any purchases now on amazon with hsbc card. HSBC say its vendor issue. Amazon say its bank issue. What a joke. Never had this problem into now. Guess I gotta join for another bank.

    And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a Β£1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!
