    Have had the worst experience with @HSBC_UK mortgages. Completion delayed twice now because of their slow response and conflicting advice. The whole chain is now seriously at risk due to their delays. Terrible service! 😡😡😡

    @HSBC_UK I can go to the gym, have a haircut, go to the library, go to the shops etc. But I can't make an appointment with HSBC because it isn't safe apparently. But I can walk in off the street and staff might be able to help me! Please explain. Santander are ok to book.

    @HSBC_UK Hi again! I am afraid it's still not working. I use my finger to open the account and it says the fingerprint is recognized but then nothing. Same with digital secure key password. I enter the psw then nothing. Same with fast balance etc... Thanks! Melina

    @HSBC_UK my banking app said my fingerprints have changed (which they havent) and wanted a passcode. But it wouldn't except the passcode. And when I try to change it it says system error. I've also tried to log in online but no luck as I have to use the app for that too

    @HSBC_UK Hiya, I have done both but I am afraid its still not working. I get "fingerprint recognised", a "please wait" that lasts 1/2 a second and then nothing . Maybe going to my local branch to have a look ? Thanks! M.

    @DrTonyKainth @HSBC_UK @HSBC You can forward the text to 7726. Your mobile provider will reply immediately asking you to send them the number from which the text came. They can then take action to block it.
