    @HSBC_UK seriously!? Impossible to call Windsor branch as no numbers listed. General enquiry line person tried to call Windsor manager- no answer so messaged but no response! All I want to know is if the check pay in machine is fixed so i I can pay a cheque in! No counter service

    @HSBC_UK can somebody in business banking get in touch & return all of my money so my standing orders get paid please? Just spent yet another hour on livechat passed around ppl that can't help. Resolution I was given was to check back later! This has been going on for 28 days now

    I was very disappointed today with @HSBC_UK for keeping me on the phone for 4 hours and continually asking me same security question which I had already answered. I regret opening a business account @HSBC_UK . Today was a horrible experience. 4 hours of my working time wasted!!!

    @HSBC_UK is there an issue with the mobile app at the moment? I can’t get into the log in… when I try to open the app it just crashes and closes down

    @HSBC_UK I cant log in to the account without the device. I cant wait on the phone another hour. A callback option is mentioned but there is no way to access this.

    @HSBC_UK Hello HSBC - HOW does our business get your attention so we can access our account ? We wait an hour for someone who never answers our call , we email , we message , you even closed our local branch , but absolutely ZERO response! PLEASE advise urgently!
