    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

    @HSBC_UK Yes after being on hold for 1 hour 4 minutes. I am a new customer; is this the standard wait time which I have to endure to get to an agent?

    @TurkishAirlines I’ve got a gift card from their website. Their interface is not working. They charged me the fee but not delivered the card via email. they’re asking me to get a dispute claim from my bank for a refund which @HSBC_UK says they don’t provide such a doc. REFUND

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I'm still having problems and now the app won't perform authentication. Tried restarting my phone and resenting my password but no luck. Any advice will be appreciated.

    @HSBC_UK Nothing to do with sessions. I'm referring to the fact that you have your app redirect from the app to your website (outside the app) i.e. you cannot complete the action in the app while session not even expired. I know how this should work. Your app isn't.

    @HSBC_UK There is a persistent long standing problem with pop-ups on the internet banking which dates from an Apple Mac OS upgrade three or four generations ago. With everything set to “go”, pop-ups allowed etc etc, Safari is unable to load My Portfolio. For the n-th time - PLEASE sort it

    @HSBC_UK At the end of the day this is not intentional and no company wants to let anyone down however internet banking is a free of charge service and customers do have the option to bank elsewhere: they do need to remember however that no company is except from IT faults…

    @repa28782727 @HSBC_UK did that to me too - but would not give me any answers as to why. customer service team openly lie as do complaints team. Was told i had filled in a form but could not provide me with the form. Good luck but don't hold your breath -

    @HSBC_UK Sadly, no they are not! cannot get into the app at all (says 'service unavailable') and cannot log into online banking. Not being able to get online for 24 hours is indicative of more than intermittent to me.
