@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

My previous account received no correspondence at all, just a cheque for the balance in the post. In the middle of a pandemic when banks were closed. Small biz accounts don't make enough cash for @HSBC_UK so they close them down.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I've been trying to set up my elderly parents with online banking, they have been sent a physical security key, inside it says log in on your site and follow instructions, we do that but then it says to use a digital key, how do we use the physical key?

Offered £50 compensation by @HSBC_UK for being on hold to customer services for over an hour. In order to receive it you have to call customer services and go on hold. You couldn’t make this up 🤡🤡🤡🤡

@HSBC_UK @futurerust_ Hi, this just happened to me now with your ATM on the Kings Road at 20:20 pm tonight. Can I please have a customer service agent give me the authorisation code which will allow my bank to revert the transaction manually, otherwise I’ll have to wait for up to 7 days!

@HSBC_UK shockingly bad customer service. Spent 2 days on hold to get cut off multiple times, finally speak with a team member, told to go to Branch, wait for another hour and not be provided with the International payment info I need. Told to call again IN BRANCH! Unbelievable

@HSBC_UK why my has the est. interest on my credit card gone from £23 to £40 and now up to £60. I make more than the min payment each month, haven’t spent anything on the card & the balance has been going down. At this rate, the estimated interest will be more than my min payment
