    So @HSBC_UK why are you shutting counter services down? Visited your Bristol Filton branch to deposit cash into our @CAFBank account and was referred to another branch over 10 miles away!

    @HSBC_UK Please refer to ALL previous tweets 👀 you should see that this is resolved; a missed DD and a 60+ minute wait is not a great start for a new customer is it?
