@HSBC_UK I wonder how much HSBC does really ‘care’ bearing in mind I emailed a couple of weeks ago and haven’t heard a word from anyone. I had some awesome customer experiences in the UK recently-HSBC is a standout for all the wrong reasons! Why can’t we speak to a human who can help us?

@HSBC_UK issues paying in a cheque using your android app. Tells me that the deposit amount can't be zero... I've entered an amount, it matches the image taken. Is it the blank rear of the cheque that's a problem?

@HSBC_UK shockingly poor customer service. When fraud attempts happen it’s you who should be helping us, protecting your customers. We’ve banked with you for 30yrs, but it’s a no brainier, we change banks.
