Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

Nice to know that @HSBC_UK believe telling a customer a "20 minute wait is expected" and then leaving them on the line for 30 minutes (before they give up) is acceptable. Poor show for an international bank. @HSBC

@MarkEWest @HSBC_UK @HSBC How long have companies been using the 'high call volumes' excuse for? Covid has given them a free pass to let poor customer service drop even lower than before. Clearly HSBC have more important customers to deal with, like corporate endeavours.
