    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying to open an international student account, and after an issue with my address in the online form, I visited a branch to resubmit my documents. Today, I’ve received a message stating the documents can’t be accepted. Ref No. 1466234172

    Never been so frustrated by a helpline! @HSBC_UK your helplines are rubbish. Been on hold for 20 minutes and no response. Tried online help and that didn’t send code and the your chat told me to ring! All I want is an activation code to set up banking app on my new phone!

    @HSBC_UK very worrying you are either incompetent, too lazy, or don't care to protect a business customer with a scam direct debit. A month ago you claim to have blocked and refunded a payment, the next month another scam payment is made instead!? Thanks for that! #muppets

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK no I did not. Still on hold. I implore you guys to please stop with the automated bot responses. You are providing a service so why should I have to do the work (scrolls through 27 unrelated FAQs) when I (and you) know what I’m hear for?

    @HSBC_UK I’m moving to Hong Kong in 2 weeks and did this back in august to ensure it was done before I move. But it seems to be impossible to open an account!
