Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu Maybe spend less money of celebs and employ a few more call centre staff. Over 30 minute wait and then had to phone department as could not be transfered. Appalling customer service and has been getting worse.

@HSBC_UK DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS BANK . Took all of my money and I can’t access my account . Have to wait seven days to access money they have taken and left me with nothing . Awful awful service .

@HSBC_UK No, not even close. It literally doesn't work. I capture the image perfectly and then the app complains the cheque doesn't perfectly fit the frame. It won't fit the frame, it's a different aspect ratio. It's impossible to use this feature unless the cheque is a specific size.

@PatsyRo17443076 @MForstater @HSBC_UK I do actually. It's useful for following the Ukraine news and getting it before outlets do. And Nig has it elsewhere but he holds it there as a way for everyone to access easily. No need for the quotations. You refuse to look to see so I'm afraid you have no opinion.
