    Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

    @HSBC_UK Well, no, I can't set it up now. That's the whole point. I get the error I mentioned and can't proceed. The payee bank is YOU and I have never had a problem making the transfer regardless what time of day or night I've done so. You have an error on your end.

    @HSBC_UK i know there is an issue with IOS 14, but there is zero excuse for you to have not deployed a fix since this was reported back in August. Especially as fixes have already been deployed for 15 and 16.

    @liza_beale @HSBC_UK I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.

    @EckCharlie @HSBC_UK I downloaded it 5 days ago and it hasn’t worked since. I have had to order a Digital Secure Key to access my account on a laptop. I have to wait between 5-10 days.

    @HSBC_UK Your service is an absolute joke, been trying to get through on the phone for 3hours after being told to do so via online chat. 20min wait time apparently, ridiculous service. 😡

    @HSBC_UK Thanks. We can all deal with short term glitches but this is dragging out. The problem is exacerbated by the fact you need the app to access online banking. Your services shouldn’t be reliant on one another because it causes multiple failure when on goes down.

    @HSBC_UK @drulum I cannot get access to my account as it doesn’t allow me to press generate code on the app and has been glitching me out of the app for over a day now.

    @liza_beale @HSBC_UK Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on who got it fixed in a few hours
