Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

Really frustrated with the service I’ve had from @HSBC_UK today. A total of nearly 4 hours of calls to sort out their error, cut off after being on a call for 1 hour 21m. Their issue, not resolved in the time given. Really feel let down

@HSBC_UK @bat1150gs How about doing something now instead of waiting until September! You let customers lose access to their accounts and then say we can’t be bothered to do anything to make the app compatible, like all other banks have done #hsbc #fail

@HSBC_UK YOU NEED TO GET YOUR TELEPHONE BANKING SERVICE FIXED!!! I HAVE CALLED TWICE TODAY TOTALLING OVER HALF AN HOUR WAITING TIME ONLY TO BE ANSWERED AND HAVE THE OPERATOR UNABLE TO HEAR ME SO THEN END THE CALL!!! I NEED TO DISCUSS AN URGENT MATTER BUT CLEARLY I AM UNABLE TO!
