Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

Why is @HSBC_UK closed on a Saturday?! I'm now without a bank card & access to my own money until TUESDAY as thought I could fetch it in branch this morning. What a great start to the bank holiday weekend.

So @HSBC_UK are just as much a seeming pile of crap as I was told they where. Can't access online banking. Can't complain about that, because my online banking hasn't been set-up yet. I wish I was kidding. Avoid at all costs unless you like banking from the 80s.

Congratulations to @HSBC_UK for having the worst mobile app in the business. After 1 hr of installing, reinstalling, 7 security codes and 2 hours listening in vain to automated voices telling me how great the service is while fruitlessly waiting for a human voice, I’ve given up.

The irritating thing about @boltapp is that if you cancel a ride, the refund takes DAYS to come through. It’s ridiculous that they take the money from your account before the car is confirmed. Waste of time and @HSBC_UK are no help whatsoever. #taxi #taxidriver
