@HSBC_UK @HSBC Disgusting you are closing the Wakefield branch of hsbc and saying you can get the same service at the post office!! I will now look at swapping to a bank that DOES have a branch in Wakefield. 😡

@HSBC_UK My card is getting randomly declined. Called customer service at least 5 times already. They keep me transferring from one department to another. The latest is an extra payment I never authorised. Called them again but they couldn’t even identify me…. WTH is going on?

@HSBC_UK App not working properly for weeks so no access to banking other than via telephone. 40 mins on hold today to be told system is down and no services available. No access at all to any banking facility. Time to find a new bank.

@HSBC_UK Also Telephone banking - your whole system is down so your call centre employees can't even access any details. Can't access banking with HSBC in any format today. Obviously kept me on hold for 40 minutes to let me know that though.

@amyebenjamin @HSBC_UK I get exactly the same error. Both on the app and on the web interface. But the HSBC availability page says everything is working, but any attempt to move money ends with a general error. @HSBC_UK Can someone please tell IT so they restart the servers?

@HSBC_UK Just had issue with transfering from monzo to HSBC and they said issues with transfers to HSBC is the issue.
