Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

@mushoj8 @HSBC_UK Exactly the same has happened to me too. I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. Please help me HSBC, you’re not responding to my DMs

@HSBC_UK Cannot do it in branch why can I do it anywhere else this is not just disgusting service for such a Bank (laughing) how can I resolve it with anyone who cannot get in touch with the branch and tell them get it done wanted £1889-00 for new car refused so that's why I am leaving
