Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

The email also has grammar errors and despite providing details to match me to my account 100% they say they can't.
