I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. 🆁 (@CapitalR) reportedLast night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳
