My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.
