    @HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

    @HSBC_UK worst bank ever? Account goes into review and stop all my direct debits from coming out. Had you not been the money launderer go to bank.. maybe not you wouldn’t need to come down so heavy handed on people for no reason.

    @HSBC_UK Yes, eventually. Started the chat at 19:09, ended at 21:38. Information given has turned out incorrect too. I was told my card had no issues, only to has one of your team just call to say my card had been used fraudulently! Poor show all round.

    @HSBC_UK The number on the website (eventually) goes through to personal banking. They then put me through to business banking, where I'm left on hold - for over an hour. This has now happened three times today. Attempts to resolve the issue yesterday were equally useless.
