    @HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

    @mushoj8 @HSBC_UK Exactly the same has happened to me too. I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. Please help me HSBC, you’re not responding to my DMs

    Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

    @HSBC_UK you services are crap, opened an account and still waiting for telephone security number, been told to go to branch but branch said cant help, you customer representative are incompetent and didn’t record my security answers and said i have to now wait to verify. #crap
