    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Disgusting you are closing the Wakefield branch of hsbc and saying you can get the same service at the post office!! I will now look at swapping to a bank that DOES have a branch in Wakefield. 😡

    Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

    Having a frustrating experience @HSBC_UK adding a signatory to a church account when existing sig. is 86 and not internet savvy. Been told branch no longer offers meetings to sort things out and he must use website. Going in circles & having to consider moving banks. Any advice?

    @Liberation2005 @iPoof @HSBC_UK Are you telling me that the bank and developers of THEIR APP aren’t responsables? Who I need to ask to update or fix HSBC UK App? They have a responsibility to provide a good service and a fully working app with or without beta.

    @HSBC_UK #HSBC_UK Hello, We have problem with payment from Kazakhstan to Switzerland company which has account in HSBC UK. Payment was sent 20 days ago ad still beneficiary didnt get it. All requests from our bank and from beneficiary was ignored by HSBC uk. Who can assist us ?

    @HSBC_UK My secure keypad has run out of battery & it appears there's no way to replace it. I tried to contac help on #HSBC website - but nothing for this. I rang HSBC - held on for 9 mins, finally got ring tone but the line went dead. I need a replacement secure keypad asap!

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC so disappointed, angry and fuming. Bath Southgate have lost my cheque, paid in at the counter over 9 days ago! Chat via app couldn't help, told to call, 40 mins later, told to ring again and speak to someone else or go into Branch... I JUST WANT TO CALL THE BRANCH.

    @HSBC_UK hi is there a problem with your system that sends verification text messages? I’ve been trying to log in on the app and have requested for a text to be sent about 6 times but have not received anything. The mobile number is correct. Thanks

    @HSBC_UK 5 months trying to transfer my cash ISA. @Vanguard_UK can't get through to them and neither can I! Currently on the phone with Anna in customer services trying to get through to a manager, 1 hour 32 minutes and still waiting. Incorrect advice & withholding funds. AWFUL!

    First time customer of @HSBC_UK - I am not impressed - ‘something went wrong’ is a phrase I am seeing way to often when trying to carry out simple tasks. Not a happy customer.
