@HSBC_UK @HSBC Disgusting you are closing the Wakefield branch of hsbc and saying you can get the same service at the post office!! I will now look at swapping to a bank that DOES have a branch in Wakefield. 😡

Having a frustrating experience @HSBC_UK adding a signatory to a church account when existing sig. is 86 and not internet savvy. Been told branch no longer offers meetings to sort things out and he must use website. Going in circles & having to consider moving banks. Any advice?

@HSBC_UK Hi there. The app begins to open, showing the HSBC logo, but then crashes out to the iPhone menu before going to the log in page. I did manage to get on once, but when I clicked my account it crashed again.

I've tried to email ... again no response .. filled in a online form 5 days possible wait

@HSBC_UK Seriously considering closing my HSBC current accounts, after 35 years. Not only do I have to travel to the next town since my branch was shut down, but they are not open at all on a Saturday. I work M-F so I now have zero ability to pay in cash or any cheque over £500.

Been on the phone for 4 hours to @HSBC_UK only to be told I have to go in branch with ID to sort my issue. I did that 2 weeks ago and was told it could only be sorted online. #Jokeofabank I’m going to be switching everything to #monzo

@HSBC_UK I’ve recently opened a joint current account with you. Is it going to be an issue when switching from my previous joint account that the name on my old account was in my maiden name and the new account with HSBC is in my married name? The 2nd applicant name is the same.
