@HSBC_UK @HSBC Disgusting you are closing the Wakefield branch of hsbc and saying you can get the same service at the post office!! I will now look at swapping to a bank that DOES have a branch in Wakefield. 😡

Having a frustrating experience @HSBC_UK adding a signatory to a church account when existing sig. is 86 and not internet savvy. Been told branch no longer offers meetings to sort things out and he must use website. Going in circles & having to consider moving banks. Any advice?

@TheRavingRich @TNLUK @HSBC_UK This problem was reported about a month ago now, I believe the National Lottery have no intention of resolving it for HSBC customers. The answer I have been given on the phone is, we are investigating it. If this issue affected all banks it would probably get resolved fast.

@HSBC_UK contd as card blocked. I explain this to your staff member who continues to interrupt then she hangs up the call on me after saying wait some more time. TOTALLY BAD SERVICE. GOOD JOB THERE ISNT ANY FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT.

@HSBC_UK any comments on why it's impossible to pay money in at your newcastle under lyme branch. Closed twice thr week before Christmas when I visited Today finally caught the branch open. And you can't manually accept cash deposits

Not me always checking my HSBC account @HSBC_UK to see if the money there has reduced every two to three working days 😭. Nigerian banks have dealt me ***** with their ridiculous bank charges. I’m scarred!

@HSBC_UK please help. my son has lost his mobile phone with bank card in it. he can't log in to online banking as it requires a digital secure key password generated by the phone he doesn't have. i tried calling but that requires details of the card we don't have. what next?

@HSBC_UK trying to set up hsbc app on new phone, stupidly deleted old phone from account before had set up new one. Now going round in circles as have no qr code and can't log in as can't generate security code. Can't find a way to reset doesn't give option anywhere?
