    Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

    @HSBC_UK hi. Is your fraud team all working from home? Loads of background noise, kids shouting and screaming, 3 different calls all cut off at random points. Makes me feel very nervous about giving bank details. Used official 100135 and 031832 numbers from website.

    @HSBC_UK waited nearly 2 hours for a call back from biz banking (last couple of times call back never happened at all) ..and online chat cannot help either after 30 mins wait. All continues to be unwell at HSBC clearly.

    @empiresend @HSBC_UK You may find that branch staff numbers have reduced but under regulation they should log customer complaints and give you a complaint reference number so if you need to escalate to the ombudsman you have a link. Complete add into have to be dealt with in a strict timescale.
