Terrible service from @HSBC_UK unable to resolve an issue and calls cut off after being on hold. No response from online chat. Someone pleas recommend a new bank that actually looks after its customers please!!

Having a frustrating experience @HSBC_UK adding a signatory to a church account when existing sig. is 86 and not internet savvy. Been told branch no longer offers meetings to sort things out and he must use website. Going in circles & having to consider moving banks. Any advice?

@HSBC_UK Tried to replace my business secure key today, 1h 25m and still no resolution, would you use a service that makes money out of you but makes you wait 1h 25m if you could go elsewhere ? banking system is not fit for purpose

@financialombuds Good morning! A cursory glance at the @HSBC_UK timeline will show that all is not well at the bank - no one can get through. Are there any SLAs around banks resolving queries? (I’ve not had access to my company account for over 2 weeks thanks to their omission).

Sod's law: I waited 75 minutes for a call back after opting for one rather than wait on hold for an @HSBC_UK customer agent earlier. The minute I nipped to the loo, the phone rang. Of course it did. Luckily, literally by the seat of my pants, I managed to answer it....

@HSBC_UK I can send all that and lodge a complaint but I’m more interested in getting my problems resolved !!!!!!!!!! Why have an investigation that is diluting resources further? Stop passing people from pillar to post and put people on front line capable of dealing with matters fully.

@HSBC_UK I emailed 2 days ago, tweeted yesterday. No reply, no acknowledgement. No access to company account 2+ weeks, can’t get through on the phone. All I want is for someone to do what should have been done in the first place: deactivate an old, dead security token.

@HSBC_UK been on the phone from 3pm. Over 4 hours and you have cut me of 3 times. "busier then usual times" such poor service. Time to move to a more reliable provider. Standards have dropped. 😔 As a business account you clearly don't value.
