    @HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

    Having a frustrating experience @HSBC_UK adding a signatory to a church account when existing sig. is 86 and not internet savvy. Been told branch no longer offers meetings to sort things out and he must use website. Going in circles & having to consider moving banks. Any advice?

    @HSBC_UK struggling to believe that you haven't offered an option to upload ID via an online portal or similar, now stuck and no one willing to help! Come on @HSBC thought you were better than this, who can help me????

    Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

    Terrible service from @HSBC_UK unable to resolve an issue and calls cut off after being on hold. No response from online chat. Someone pleas recommend a new bank that actually looks after its customers please!!

    @Liberation2005 @iPoof @HSBC_UK Are you telling me that the bank and developers of THEIR APP aren’t responsables? Who I need to ask to update or fix HSBC UK App? They have a responsibility to provide a good service and a fully working app with or without beta.

    @HSBC_UK worst bank ever? Account goes into review and stop all my direct debits from coming out. Had you not been the money launderer go to bank.. maybe not you wouldn’t need to come down so heavy handed on people for no reason.

    @HSBC_UK It's just back and forth over and over and over with your underwriters. Problems credit checking, asking for documents that don't exist. Then when documents are provided, you then want more (instead of just asking for everything in one go). S.E Sole Traders people get shafted!

    @HSBC_UK please help my neighbour. She has just told us she was scammed today by somebody claiming to be from microsoft. She was full time carer for her ex husband who had dementia, they have taken her savings which she was surviving on as she lost her job 💔

    @HSBC_UK your dispute team should be helpful to ur customers at this difficult time - travel company has not refunded us the money and we are not getting helpful support from HSBC dispute team. Very disappointing as the money is critical for us and we raised disputes in Aug 20
