  Terrible service from @HSBC_UK unable to resolve an issue and calls cut off after being on hold. No response from online chat. Someone pleas recommend a new bank that actually looks after its customers please!!

  @HSBC_UK trying to login to the banking app, get past Face ID so can see my accounts, I go to click on an account and it boots me out saying session expired! Everytime. Happening on Wi-fi and 4G connection

  @HSBC_UK Having problems with the App. Logs on fine, I can see my balances but it logs me out when I tap on an account for transactions. Please fix!

  @HSBC_UK seems like HSbc mobile banking is having issues, I sign into the app, see all my account but the second i tap on any account it comes up saying “your mobile@banking session has expired, please login again.” When though I just logged in...

  @HSBC_UK are there currently issues with mobile banking? I can log on but when I try to view an account it says my session has expired and I must log on again. I can see other similar tweets this morning. #HSBC
