@HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

@HSBC_UK worst bank ever? Account goes into review and stop all my direct debits from coming out. Had you not been the money launderer go to bank.. maybe not you wouldn’t need to come down so heavy handed on people for no reason.

Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

@giridharan78 @HSBC_UK Today, 14 Sept, at 21.40, I managed to access my accounts on the iPhone app. HSBC haven't advised me that the problems have been solved(?) or apologised for the MASSIVE inconvenience or even bothered to advise that I might like to try the app again. Not good.
