@mushoj8 @HSBC_UK Exactly the same has happened to me too. I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. Please help me HSBC, you’re not responding to my DMs

Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

@HSBC_UK Hi. New phone. Logged into new phone using old phone. Worked fine. Deleted app off old phone. Being asked to do it again but can't because I deleted old app. Now locked out of app. Website requires the app to unlock the app! What am I missing here???
