@Liberation2005 @iPoof @HSBC_UK Are you telling me that the bank and developers of THEIR APP aren’t responsables? Who I need to ask to update or fix HSBC UK App? They have a responsibility to provide a good service and a fully working app with or without beta.

Got my new card today, been told FOUR times by the automated line my card is activated and yet it is still not working. Any suggestions @HSBC_UK? As frankly, I think this is poor service from yourselves.

@HSBC_UK worst bank ever? Account goes into review and stop all my direct debits from coming out. Had you not been the money launderer go to bank.. maybe not you wouldn’t need to come down so heavy handed on people for no reason.

Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

@HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

@HSBC_UK your App is down , the site is down. Your phone service shuts at 8pm. I have a VAT return to pay - deadline by midnight … and if I can’t physically pay it they will fine me 10% of the total return. Please contact me to tell me how I can get this done ASAP

@HSBC_UK UNACCEPTABLE. You're supposed to be a professional bank. The fact that customers are prevented from accessing their own money twice in 4 days is diabolical. Where's our compensation? Disgusting service. Many will be switching.
