    Took my 9 year old daughter to the bank to withdraw some of HER savings to be told it’s not possible as the counter has closed down and you can’t transfer out of it! Madness @HSBC_UK she can’t access her own money without travelling to a town!

    @HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

    @Liberation2005 @iPoof @HSBC_UK Are you telling me that the bank and developers of THEIR APP aren’t responsables? Who I need to ask to update or fix HSBC UK App? They have a responsibility to provide a good service and a fully working app with or without beta.

    @HSBC_UK struggling to believe that you haven't offered an option to upload ID via an online portal or similar, now stuck and no one willing to help! Come on @HSBC thought you were better than this, who can help me????

    @HSBC_UK so you make it straightforward to get a new credit card. But working out the details of how to repay one's balance was a thoroughly squalid experience, misleading documentation, misleading & poor instructions from support (via your godawful mobile app) Not fit for 2021.

    @GlobalBritain21 As a @HSBC_UK Premier Account Customer I’d like an explanation as to Why the bank contributed £2m yet are unable to staff my local branch to the extent that Banking is done through an array of multifunctional ATMs. So you won’t pay to staff a bank branch but you’ll pay to BLM…..

    Hi @HSBC_UK, a few months ago I incorrectly entered a one-time password whilst doing an online transaction, and now my card is blocked from online payments. It works in every other regard. I've spoken to tech support 3 times about this but it's not been fixed. Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK Morning! FYI your mobile app doesn’t appear to work on iOS15. This is something your app team should be looking into and feeding back to Apple if there are issues if that’s not already happening. Sadly I have to use iOS15 for work, so am currently stuck :(
