    @Liberation2005 @iPoof @HSBC_UK Are you telling me that the bank and developers of THEIR APP aren’t responsables? Who I need to ask to update or fix HSBC UK App? They have a responsibility to provide a good service and a fully working app with or without beta.

    @Liberation2005 @iPoof @HSBC_UK I think we still can complain if the app is not working (the only banking app which is not working actually) so I don’t see your point at all. Beta or not beta

    In November I contacted @HSBC_UK to get control of my deceased Fathers bank account. Last week I emailed for progress and they emailed back Monday saying we have no record of an account! 16k missing! I gave them the details again and Still Nothing. Truly awful bereavement service

    @The_JamesJordan Don’t go with @HSBC_UK they have shut majority of their f2f banks. They have **** my nearest 3. Yorkshire Building society do, we opened an account for our 2yr old with them. So far we have no complaints.

    @HSBC_UK It’s fine @HSBC_UK. I don’t wish to open an account with your bank. I have opened it with another bank. I can imagine the customer service you have if you take 4 months to open an account!

    @HSBC_UK Logging it as a formal complaint won’t change any outcome or resolve this I feel,so I will just cut the card in half and cancel it before I’ve even used it. Honestly a frustrating unhelpful service. Would never recommend HSBC to anyone after this evening.but thanks for your reply

    @astralsnow @HSBC_UK I couldn’t access my account it showed missing credentials for a week then I contacted @michaelcodin_s who was able to give me back my account with all my memories intact and friends still there

    I Just had a thought for @HSBC_UK customers, if they have the mobile app- could there be a way for them to use their funds via the app to make purchases while a new card is on its way- i mean it would help if there was a way.

    @HSBC_UK are an actual joke. 😡 customer service agents fail to complete simple tasks and then lie about it. Now causing a hold up on me being able to complete my house purchase "with no suggested time frame available"
