    @HSBC_UK how many likes do I need to get on this tweet, so that you will add iOS 16 to the whitelist and stop the app crashing on launch! Your apps never works ‘out of the box’ for any iOS Public Beta ‘BECAUSE’ you block them. It’s a stupid policy and annoys your customers!! 😡

    Hey @HSBC_UK, howsabout you don't send me from pillar to post - tell me to use the app, then tell me to use online banking, then tell me to call customer service, all automated messages - when I'm trying to resolve something. Make your bloody minds up.

    @HSBC_UK completely regretting switching over to you-was assured last week after calling u my telephone banking no was in the post.Still not arrived so just called again- told the only way to get it now is to go to a branch today or wait another 7 days no access to my money 👎

    @HSBC_UK Thank you for your help, we have reinstalled the app and got it working. Would love to visit a branch, but there’s only one in the whole of MK and it shuts at 4.30… Had to go to a PO to pay in a cheque last week!

    @HSBC_UK I now finally have access to BTB but not BIB because according to Mohamed ID 45243692 I have never used BIB. Despite the fact I’ve been using it for the last 20 years since my account was opened up until 2 months ago when I got new phone.

    @HSBC_UK Thank you. I did, nothing works. It seems the HSBC apps aren’t compatible with the public release of iOS16 just yet. I’d like this to be flagged to management please. Not being able to access personal AND business apps is unacceptable. It’s a public release.

    @HSBC_UK i used a faulty @HSBC_UK cash machine sunday (didnt dispense cash,still reduced the balance, & was broken all last week). without leaving my house because i have just had 2 ingrowing toenails fixed (literally 4 hours ago) how would i go about this as a non @HSBC_UK cust

    @HSBC_UK Because of this he couldn’t do anything to help me access my account. I know have to wait another 10 days without access to my account while he sends a new “welcome Pack”. Absurd level of banking failure from HSBC.
