Hi @Barclays - I have personal and sole trader accts with you; needed to open a business acct, you made it virtually impossible - no appts at branch for at least 4 weeks! Went to @HSBC_UK and opened bus acct online in 30mins. Now moving ALL accts to HSBC. Good-bye Barclays!

I would have needed to look at her account to check this - which I couldn't because I was locked out! Call centre won't help and I need to pay care home fees and other essential bills. Please help @HSBC_UK and design procedures for people with dementia and their carers

@HSBC_UK Seriously this is the second time in just a week where online banking has been broken. Still cant transfer money. Get it together HSBC, this is not acceptable given how large this company is.

@HSBC_UK To continue, using Google Chrome on Linux (No, I don't do Windows), latest version updated today. Everything else is working fine, can log in to all Google accounts, YouTube etc etc. Tried again a few minutes ago with same problem.

@redditchrachel @HSBC_UK I was so terrified when I had problem with my account, i talked to their customer care and support but all to no avail, i was told to text @wondrfeul on Twitter, he helped me all thanks to him, if you have any account related issues kindly text him. He’s reliable and legit✅
