@HSBC_UK No you didn’t. You copied redundant information from the website. I am using telephone banking for more than a week now while waiting for my code (to activate the secure key). I am going to switch out.

A tale of failing brands: @BritishGas send me a cheque (it's 1980). @firstdirect won't accept over £500. So off to @HSBC_UK branch... where the only cheque pay-in machine is... broken. Only 40ppl in queue for the two humans working there though #fail

@Liamwilliams70 @mitchellsx @HSBC_UK The login screen works I’m told, I rolled back to iOS 15 and can’t update again to 16 until HSBC UK and HSBC Kinetics is updated and I’ve had someone try them and confirm it loads login screen.

Going to change banks from @HSBC_UK had enough now. They are not interested in personal accounts. Counter service is 9.30-16.30 Mon-Fri so to go you have to take time off work to go. Only to get there and find the counter is closed all day. Nothing on their website to say this

@HSBC_UK i’ve just received a new card. It says my “secure key has been locked and will need to be reset” as I had made a typo on the call when entering my date of birth. The telephone security number used to login to the account doesn’t even work i get the error “BERR_20023”.

@owens_lee @HSBC_UK Yes: I'm told that there are "problems with the latest version of our HSBC UK Mobile Banking App on some versions of iOS" - though, from my own experience and that of plenty of others, this is a regular occurrence for HSBC, whenever there is a new iOS. Other banks seem to cope...
