@HSBC_UK The new version app needs an update to return the automatic decimal point when pay or transfer is used. This will almost certainly cause problems to many people down the line I’m sure.

@HSBC_UK Hi Alison, thanks for getting back to me. I have spoken to two agents both left me on hold!!! I do have online banking with you and have happily used it for years. But I’m stuck and have even been told I can’t make payments via telephone banking! 🏳 please help! 🆘

@HSBC_UK really poor customer service from you guys today, Open Banking continually failing and having to do multiple security checks on the phone. 40 minutes later I did it a different way. Eurgh

How bad can @HSBC_UK get? Trying to contact them today about charges they want to make in December to a business account that was supposed to be closed in October, I have been “on hold” to customer service for 3.5 hours. Too busy money laundering! #sad
