    @HSBC_UK trying to open an account for our 11 year old daughter, submitted app in Feb & still it’s not open. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone, branch said we need to call helpline but can’t get through to a human. Not good enough! Going elsewhere unless you can fix 😡

    @HSBC_UK i need do make an urgent transfer (international and the rate is only valid for 2 hours) my app isn’t working and I need a code from the app to log onto online banking. What on earth can I do? Im on hold with help but I’m concerned about the wait. Can you please help?

    Come on @HSBC_UK when, if at all are you planning to finally support Garmin Pay??? Seriously contemplating moving to Santander as I really want to benefit from the feature on my watch! So if you are not then do the good thing and just tell us so we don't have to wait around!

    @HSBC_UK I dint think so u can help anywhere! Call service wasn't available do chaf ws di option i had, answree3 after 8 hours. And even today is da same process get tickets repeated. 90 min to wait been told its already 120 min gone. #patheticservice

    @HSBC_UK It’s utterly appalling customer service to make me ring you when you flag what your useless systems think is fraud when it manifestly is not. You should ring me. Ironically if it were fraud I’d not be able to stop it because you won’t answer the phone.

    @HSBC_UK When I attempt to pay off my credit card I receive: "An error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again H80" Please resolve issue ASAP, as I don't want to incur charges from the HSBC app not allowing me to settle debt. Can't call HSBC, overseas.

    All good things come to an end. I’ve been a @HSBC_US and @HSBC_UK customer for a decade (or more). The customer support and offerings have… well… pufffff (gone). The experience is making me think they are chasing customers away.
