@kevmg @HSBC_UK They have frozen my friends account after they sold a small house before buying a new one, now they're penniless & homeless having had their life savings stolen by their own bank. Which is what will happen to their executives soon if they don't sort their **** out

@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@kevmg @HSBC_UK Too much reliance on electronic devices/apps for vetting mortgages, recruitment etc. A1 is meant to support humans not take over from them. Laziness and money saving is at the heart

Is @HSBC_UK the worst bank in the known universe? After 10 months of trying to get access to my elderly mothers account so I can act for her, they still haven’t sorted it out. @HSBC why is your customer service non existent?!
