it is 5 years that I get @HSBC_UK mails to my home address, which are not for me it is 5 years, I put back in the post with writing: unknown. Yet, you keep writing. I tried to call you using the non-customer phone number, but it keeps asking me my account number! What can I do?

@mistress_lu @HSBC_UK You're not alone - I can't open the app either since the update. I'd only just switched from a physical secure key to a digital secure key as well, and now no way to access my account.
