@andyt_247 @HSBC_UK Maidenhead is not unmanned. It just doesn't have a cash counter service, but you don't need that for a change if name anyway. Also Slough is open on Saturdays.

@Azirius @HSBC_UK Lloyds dont make me wait 2.5 hours on hold and still no answer. 1.2 hours yesterday no answer.. Closed on weekends for business. My secure key is broken and I can't do anything for 4 days. This is disappointing beyond belief.

Its been pretty much a year since I left @HSBC_UK after years of ludicrous fees, stonewalling, indifferent customer service and complete inflexibility and its the best financial decision I’ve ever made. Absolute crooks.

@missradders @HSBC_UK I had a similar problem with First Direct when my old phone died. They did sort it after I rang them and waited on hold because they were ‘exceptionally busy’!

@HSBC_UK as confirmed by your support team you currently have credit card repayment issues. Almost the 3rd working day and still my repayment doesn't appear and credit balance not updated. 3 working days HSBC, quite worrying. #hsbc
