@HSBC_UK I've opened your updated app & it wants me to register. It wants a phone security number to verify my ID. I avoid phones & have always used the app & website, so I have no idea what this is. I can't even log into the website as the app is my secure key. How do I get in?!

Hello @HSBC_UK In one of your branches, I’ve just been told that it will take up to 4 working days to set up a new payee & make a transfer, if done in the branch. When I asked why & pointed out that it would be immediate if done online, the response was a shrug. Is this correct?

@HSBC_UK I’ve been more than 2 hours on the phone with the HSBC customer service this morning trying to understand why I could not pay and I was told it’s not our fault , it’s the merchant’s or apple’s pay faults !!! Deplorable and pitiful
