@HSBC_UK because trying to talk to someone on the phone at HSBC is impossible, I am trying to set up mobile banking - guess what? I need a telephone security number - I rang HSBC - 35 minutes on hold and I am STILL WAITING. ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!

@HSBC_UK I'm guessing that hsbc really isn't bothered about issues like this that seems to be affecting a lot of people looking at other online forums, guess if hsbc isn't bothered then maybe it's time to switch to a bank that actually cares about its customers
