    .@HSBC_UK have a team for customers with long term #disability who said before “deal only with us on this issue” who have been amazing in the past. Now they are impossible to reach as all numbers go to the offshore call centre who cannot connect #vulnerable customers to the team.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC My father elected for annual interest from his fixed rate cash ISA to be paid into his HSBC current account. The provider have correctly recorded a/c no and sort code but have added the account number of his cash ISA as a roll number. Is this going to be a problem?

    @HSBC_UK Instead of asking me to delete comment , can you tell me the reason when customer asks for regional branch manager name, she was reluctant and she decided herself , no need of manager here ? Who is she to decide ? CEO? Owner of hsbc?
