@FavColBlk @HSBC_UK @HSBC Too complex for a tweet but their fraud team called me for unusual activity only for me to soon learn that this was in fact a fraud and they zero interest in helping me. And here we are at 23.00 and no resolution whilst strangers have access to my account (and not me)

@FumbledFilm @HSBC_UK HSBC can’t answer the phone. Help desk is not in the UK and the staff don’t understand your needs ( if you are prepared to wait 40 minutes for an answer). Try the Metro bank!

@HSBC_UK I'm still locked out on my online banking. I can't seem to get anywhere with the online "help" app saying to scan QR code on old device, which I don't have. On-line guide showing screens that do not appear on my app! 🤯
