@HSBC_UK Your systems are rediculously bad. Just needed to change to a new deal after a previous deal ends. Been trying for 3 months and I'm sick of it. Would also help if you hadn't mixed by data up with another customer's! I'm taking my business elewhere!!

@HSBC_UK Why is it impossible to reset my online banking password and get back into my account without going to a branch? Have jumped through every hoop repeatedly and it fails at every turn. It's going to be quicker and easier to move banks than resolve this, apparently.

@HSBC_UK Have also done that, I don’t want to message via the app as every one I have had a reply from hasn’t helped and disconnects after one message. This has happened about 4 times. I would like help from someone on here

In November my @HSBC_UK online business banking key ran out of juice. Between the phone line, the internet and in branch, I still can’t access my business account online or the app. It is so painful. HSBC, sort me out will you, PLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEAAASE?!?!

@HSBC_UK My local branch is closing and the odd time that I must pay in a cheque at the post office I need a paying in slip. I can't order them online, I can't print one off and the only way to get one is to get in the queue for the chat line but, wait, the chat line is broken.
