    @HSBC_UK your app messaging support hasn’t been working for me for a couple of weeks now with the error code 1001. I’m trying to find out why I’m getting warning messages via text from yourselves that aren’t right.

    @HSBC_UK It's just back and forth over and over and over with your underwriters. Problems credit checking, asking for documents that don't exist. Then when documents are provided, you then want more (instead of just asking for everything in one go). S.E Sole Traders people get shafted!

    @HSBC_UK hi, I've been locked out of my online banking for about a month or so now and I called the support team to resolve but it was unsuccessful. What happens next? Do I have to visit a branch? What documents will I need etc? Thanks.

    Since I've had my phone stolen, I've had faultless help and service from everyone - except @HSBC_UK. Totally and utterly dreadful - I should have switched months ago and there's no doubt in my mind I will now. Avoid at all costs
