    @HSBC_UK It's crazy. There used to be 24 hour telephone support, now it's 8am - 8pm so we're all left here hanging hoping that our money is still in our accounts. This is unacceptable

    @HSBC_UK Had to use my credit card to pay for fuel as mobile banking down. Now gone over my credit limit. Will you be paying the fee I'm going to be charged for this?

    @HSBC_UK Getting error code API_103, waiting half an hour for a reply on being unable to load my accounts, now I can’t even load the log in page! HSBC App checker says there’s no problems with online banking?? No access to info, accounts, funds, card payments or information. Poor.
