    @HSBC_UK Hi I’ve seen a number of people reporting the same issue here, the website still doesn’t advise of any issue, also some people are being advised “there is no known issue”. When I called yesterday I was advised that there is a problem with Ios5 and the app

    @HSBC_UK Having real issues trying to get a simple issue resolved regarding a business account. Is it common that your agents when not knowing what to do just disconnect (3 now) after going round in circles for 3 hours? Can someone please help.

    @ellybellybaloo @HSBC_UK There Is a known issue. You really need to update your website. IOS15 is not compatible with the app. There is no fix atm. You have to do your banking by telephone or in branch until there is an app update available.

    @HSBC System outage ? @HSBC_UK For the last 2 days, all the payments made online on Business Banking account have not been processed, despite having a written confirmation that the payments have been executed. Very unhappy clients and 4 hours trying to reach someone - no result !

    @perfectcryptoo @HSBC_UK There is no fix atm. You have to call them and do banking by telephone until they have a new update for the app. Or go into a branch if you can.
