@HSBC_UK you block a payment I’ve made to myself despite allowing 2 previous payments to go through. Claim you called me, you lied. You ask me to contact you, I can’t due to the wait time, you cancel my IB access. I can’t get through to unblock, what’s your solution?

@HSBC_UK So in the end I had to physically drive into one of the only remaining #hsbc branches in the area, to resolve a simple account issue. When I mentioned the awful telephone support your staff were 100% not surprised 🧐

@HSBC_UK He is now £6k in total down after some one has gone on a spending spree across London & Charlton. Your security should be of the highest importance but your staff refuse to believe it wasn’t him?! He can barely walk it’s insulting I will DM you and we need to escalate ASAP

@HSBC_UK after many hours of trying to speak to someone with compassion and the desire to help, I’ve finally spoken to a lady called Fiona who was amazing. Your call centre operators are awful but she is an absolute shining light.

Hi @HSBC_UK I am 34, an adult! I an perfectly capable of managing my own money and choices . Please stop trying to block payments because you are ‘trying to help me’. You have cost me £500, you are not helping me. I will be looking to move on. Insurances held will be ended today.
