    @HSBC_UK I already have a formal complaint already open, so it won’t help. I’ve just see you have update the app (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access. I hope you haven’t broken any other compatibility and you can keep in this way. Thanks

    Hey @HSBC_UK when in branch asking why you need to see a copy of my recently deceased brother’s will you may want to tell your staff that referring me to an answer that another advisor had just given to the couple sitting in the booth next to me is not great customer service.

    @HSBC_UK over ONE HOUR waiting for an agent. Every single time I call, it’s “Due to exceptional demand, we are very busy”. Just get more staff please!! Shocking customer service 😡

    @HSBC_UK Annoyingly I was on hold for an hour and a half, had a beer, had a little nap then had a nice chat to a man that couldn't help me! Ha. All good. The tune was still good an hour and a half in! 🪄

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @originalblez @HSBC_UK Same. HSBC App keeps crashing for me on iOS 15.0 and I can’t go online because their website asks me to open the app to get a secure key! Hurry up HSBC!

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK Guys there has been an update on the HSBC app can someone let me know if it’s fixed the issue with iOS 15 as I don’t want to revert back again to iOS 14 if it’s not working! I’ve run it on a tester unit on iOS 15 but not all the way to bank login
