    @HSBC_UK I am writing this out of desperation, my father who is 86 is trying to move to Rwanda with us (I am his son). To do this he need to send us money so that we can purchase a house which is suitable for his needs. He's no help on this and this is with over 60 yrs with Bank

    @MorganBroadcast I would recommend @HSBC_UK. I got my cards cloned last week, thanks to the app notifications I spotted it immediately, got the cards frozen and new ones sent out in under 10mins. Can’t fault them for 24/7 emergency support.

    @HSBC_UK when are you going to fix the problem with internal transfers on the BIB , im losing money on exchange with every minute you have not fixed it. reported at 8am today its 12.13 and still not working, will you be giving compensation to those of us who will suffer?

    @HSBC_UK HSBC IS JUST A LAUGHING TOPIC NO BODY CAN DO THERE JOB THAT'S IF YOU CAN FIND A CUSTOMER SERVICE MEMBER NO MANAGER WORKING CHAPS TRANSFER MADE 1ST AUGUST HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE DISGUSTING IS TO TAME FOR THE BANK THAT COST YOU MONEY BECAUSE THEY CANNOT DO A SIMPLE TRANSACTION

    @HSBC_UK your business website takes about five minutes to load each page, on whichever browser. This has been like this for weeks. What is going on? It’s seriously affecting our business now, if it carries on we’ll have to move

    @HSBC_UK You keep cancelling a payment I am trying to make saying it might be fraudulent. IT ISNT. I have now spent 2 unnecessary hours on phone w’ your fraud team, thought resolved and now you have cancelled my payment again?!!! Call centre no help. I am stuck in a painful loop!

    @HSBC_UK I think you must go down as having the worst customer service of any product provider I have ever dealt with in all my existence. It takes more than an hour for your call centre to answer calls and then when they do, no one is ever even capable of solving the problem.
