@HSBC_UK I've left you, after about 25 years, since your app doesn't work properly on Android 12 - will not run on Pixel 6. Others report the same issue and it's *really* easy to switch banks these days...

@HSBC_UK, 2 hours 48 minutes total call time and still no resolution. No SLA for response from back office team either. I'm now left with no access to online banking for 'I don't know how long' and a complaint that can take 8 weeks to respond to. #fedup #HSBC
