@HSBC_UK your online banking portal absolutely sucks. Reset all my details with someone over the phone, kept my details & now it won’t log me on. Cannot express my fury at having to reset my details EVERYTIME I want to use the website.

@HSBC_UK I am trying to log on to the website, to complete a mortgage application (as per the instructions on the letter I was sent) This happens every single time I try to log on, and then I have to go through the reset & speak to someone to fix it. Surely there’s a simpler way???

@HSBC_UK made me update my app... and now im locked out, my code generator is broken so can't log onto online banking. So other than be on hold forever and wait for one to be posted in the mean time be late on my rent, the other option is what?

@HSBC_UK I’ve taken to here as I’m so frustrated. Executor of a will, got an executor account but you keep refusing the payments. I’ve been on this for a month. Can’t speak to anyone in branch. Disgraceful customer service at worst time of our lives. Will you help PLEASE?

@HSBC_UK I am literally unable to access my online banking. HSBC app keeps crashing in iOS15. I can’t downgrade to iOS14 because I don’t have a backup so until you update your app, we’re without online banking 😩

@HSBC_UK is it possible to request an activation code I am locked out of my online account and cannot generate one I am disabled and find it hard to speak on the phone any help would be great
