  @HSBC_UK the first time in 15 years I’ve received awful service from your chat agent, rude unhelpful - I’m abroad and having to go online and buy mobile data to contact you as moneys taken from my account. Was on hold over an hour and cut off. I need this sorting

  Banks like @HSBC_UK are complete ****! They hold on to your money even after it has been canceled from the end recipient and won’t give that money back to you for days and just keep them in pending compared to banks like @monzo or @RevolutApp who would return the money very quick
