    @HSBC @HSBC_UK on hold for 42 minutes trying to get hold of customer service. Only to have someone answer, stay silent and then hang up on me... 😤 Safe to say I hope that person smashes their toe on a table tonight. Will be well deserved. HSBC #CustomerService is non-existent.

    @HSBC_UK Absolute shocking NON EXISTENT customer service! I’ve been trying to talk to someone because of a glitch in the online banking guess what? 3 WHOLE DAYS no o w is replying on the phone after hours and hours and no one replies on a chat EVER! 3 WHOLE fkg DAYS

    @HSBC_UK mobile app stopped working so uninstalled and now trying to reinstall. It says I've already activated digital secure key on another device (NO it's the SAME device). The set up instructions say to open app and 'generate a log on security code'. I can't access anything

    @HSBC_UK Hey, I'm trying to send money via Amazon but the gift card isn't sending through. Customer support told me the transaction is pending, how long should this take to clear? I did the same thing yesterday and it went through immediately??? #HSBC #MobileBankingApp

    @HSBC_UK I've waited for 1.45 hours this evening, but still could not get any agent support me to get my profile unlocked, which was due to the recent mobile banking upgrade. Poor customer experience and can't believe that a major upgrade was rolled out without thorough testing.

    @HSBC_UK Do I have to ring up to register for phone, online and digital banking? My account is open but it's not clear from what I've had in the post if I'm supposed to get my security numbers/login details etc by post or if I need to get it all done over the phone.

    @HSBC_UK #HSBC #MobileBankingApp You have messed up your mobile banking app with an update no customer wanted. Fast balance is gone. Why? Why is there now no Fast Balance? Reducing features is not improvement.
