    @DungeonsJoypads @HSBC_UK an overseas call center will basically be a triage these days, the staff will have basic info on your account and can do nothing but log the issue. they will be locked down due to fear of data leaks by rouge staff etc....

    @HSBC_UK my father had an account with your bank in London, he passed away. I tried multiple times to file bereavement. Couldn't get in touch with an employee with no help from your side.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?     Noting there is no "counter service" in the bank at all on a Saturday so nothing complex can be undertaken. Not an issue for me as my local @HSBC_UK shut years ago.
