    @HSBC_UK Your banking app is not working on IPhone currently as it keeps on coming up with an error message. Message says Can’t connect to HSBC network and check your device settings. Have you got an issue with the app this morning?

    @HSBC_UK another one here who can’t get access to mobile banking this morning. Disappointing, since I transferred my account to you after >20 years at @bankwithsmile because they couldn’t deliver a consistent service either. Exasperated.

    @HSBC_UK The banking app is down and I need to move money before going overdrawn. I can’t access the web page either as it needs the code from the app. Bit of a design flaw there. Are you putting any comms out?
