@SODASam_ @HSBC_UK @UKSAYSNOMORE Yes they do, and they can also control them after you leave by dragging you to (family) court for every little thing, or not paying child support, or making it hard for you to work, like through intimidation and lack of childcare.

@HSBC_UK my husband is on to an Indian call centre and being asked ridiculous questions to reinstate the account. It is taking far too long! Sane questions over and over again. 40 minutes and still no help!!!!

@KarenAdamMSP Set up, to fail, just like no address, no bank, no income, which thankfully @HSBC_UK are now working to resolve, but this should have been addressed a long time ago.

Seems to be a complete collapse of online customer service at @HSBC_UK Used to be able to get answers in the chat within minutes. Now it takes 6-8-10 hours (!!) for a person to respond. 👎👎

@HSBC_UK Hi, do you allow customers to temporarily block debit cards? I "lost my cards this morning but have now got them back. In the meantime I phoned in to cancel the cards and order new ones. Being able to block a card for 24 hours would be good & allow me time to find them

@HSBC_UK As developers, we fully understand the issues with beta releases being unstable. We expect intermittent issues. What we do not expect is that year after year the same app failing in exactly the same way and then magically working again as soon as the stable release is out.
