    @avtsuk @HSBC_UK You're not alone there in your HSBC experience Captain! Outsourcing of call centres is the death knell in the overall, consistently crappy service "offered" to customers by EVERY commercial bank ! (Except of course when they 1. want your money and 2. want to use your money)

    @nikhil_woodruff @bouldie @HSBC_UK Banking is and always has been a private service which customers choose to use. The fact that we all do it is no different from, for example, our use of food shops. The govt doesn’t run them for us.

    @simonnread @HSBC_UK Makes you wonder why those clever clogs at Monza, Starling etc don't start opening branches doesn't it? Or should the FCA require it as part of their customer service?
