@HSBC_UK not even a customer yet and appalling service! Apparently nobody in the whole of HSBC is able to advise on how big your application backlog is. If you’re this difficult to do business with before I’m even with you, I really don’t know what to think!

@HSBC_UK been a customer under a week. Worst banking experience I’ve had. Not possible for me to get to a branch so I can’t use my card/activate it. Due to a fraud block being put on it already!! Never again #dontevenbother @HSBC @MartinSLewis #martinlewis

Hi @HSBC_UK, the mobile banking app on my phone has stopped working. I cleared cache & data, uninstalled, restarted phone and reinstalled, re-activated it on my device, but when I log in it gets to the welcome screen then goes straight back to log in before I can do anything...
