    @HSBC_UK your customer services are pretty much non existent. 2 hours wait on the phone to be cut off. Money has not be transferred for 34 days - total disgrace

    Hi @HSBC_UK your customer help line is beyond useless. 40 minutes now on the phone and they can't find any record of letter and a cheque you sent me despite all the reference numbers. So many other issues with procedure I don't know how anyone navigates this or gets any help.

    My unanswered call has now been “important" to @HSBC_UK for 1h24. Gosh, how sh*t must the service be for unimportant calls?

    @HSBC_UK just spent 90 mins on the phone being told my call was important. It was because I was trying fix a mistake HSBC made. Could employ more people?

    @HSBC_UK Your customer service is unhelpful. I found a wallet last night with #HSBC card inside. I called to ask if the staff can reach the person (without giving me the person's phone no but to give mine ) so they can get their wallet back. Staff said no. Silly bank 👎
