    @Rossall123 @HSBC_UK Hi Ross, @HSBC_UK has an issue with their app and pixel6/android 12. Customers cannot access their accounts because of this.

    Any tips on good Community Bank Accounts for a micro charity/club/society? Must have exceptional online services, be able to change mandates easily and have user friendly customer services. @HSBC_UK have been worse than terrible, so anyone but them…

    @mr_james_c @HSBC_UK However, there are customers who downloaded the app shortly after release of the phone, prior to its removal and it *appears* to be working. While some have an app that works with the Pixel 6, there’s been no word what’s wrong and so it could be unsecure for all we know!
