@HSBC_UK I have a cheque to pay in but can't do it on the app ad it exceeds £500, so off I go to a branch, as there is no counter service i have to use a machine. But the machine can't read large size cheques, so a member of staff has to process it manually. Such progress

@HSBC_UK A samsung galaxy A6. Yes that's correct and I get an error message saying - we've been unable to verify you. We will lock your access to online banking if you continue to enter your details incorrectly.

Come on @HSBC_UK when, if at all are you planning to finally support Garmin Pay??? Seriously contemplating moving to Santander as I really want to benefit from the feature on my watch! So if you are not then do the good thing and just tell us so we don't have to wait around!

@HSBC_UK FINALLY! Today, 30th May, I have my #HSBC #InternetBanking back - since a failure of #HSBCBank disabled my physical Secure Key Card on 29th March, and no one in IT fixed the problem. I never wanted to make a complaint, just a fix, but its gone to the Ombudsman now.

@HSBC_UK This is to do with a criminal who has set up an HSBC bank account at my address. THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES on the phone this morning going around in circles via your call centre agents. I cannot get through to ANYONE who can help me. @Grosvenor_B

@HSBC_UK the switch over incentive is a trap to make be on hold to chase up money that was promised. People go elsewhere that are offering similar incentive without the hassle or terrible customer service. @AskNationwide @LloydsBank

@HSBC_UK I dint think so u can help anywhere! Call service wasn't available do chaf ws di option i had, answree3 after 8 hours. And even today is da same process get tickets repeated. 90 min to wait been told its already 120 min gone. #patheticservice
