    @HSBC_UK so any online purchase gets blocked, I have to have a 30 minute argument with a HSBC tech guy that it is blocked, he finds the issue and then 20 minutes later I'm blocked again. Good way to earn some money with your 0345 number?

    @HSBC_UK I cant enter my account - my profile on the app was locked because I incorrectly entered my password too many times, but I cant reset my details online because it requests a digital secure key which I cant generate because Ive been locked out. Help?
