@HSBC_UK - why are your app push notifications so slow / delayed? Notifications from @StarlingBank business app are almost instant. I've just had to wait close to 45 minutes for one to appear in your app 🧐

@HSBC_UK just tried to call you to say my card has decided to stop working. On hold for 30mins with no sign of talking to anyone. Had to hang up in the end as I work and can’t stay on the phone all day waiting for you to pick up. I have no working card due to chip - fuming!

@robertjackson @HSBC_UK I pressed send on that last message, and almost instantly a lovely woman called Courtenay answered and was able to sort my issue. Coincidence? ;-) [ Second time in 2 months that iPhone App has required a reset. Zeroth world problem, obviously. Quit whining Dycey ;-) ]

Another hopeful for the worst customer service in the world goes to @PayPal . I have been owed £59.99 for over 2 months now, I phone regularly and am getting nowhere. They told me to contact my bank @HSBC_UK to give them a code, the bank said code is meaningless!!! #epicfail

@HSBC_UK update your god damn machines in your branches!!! 🤬😡 and bring back your counter service. Your business is a joke. Wanted to pay in cash to find the machine is broken to then be told to go to the post office to put money into my account!

@HSBC_UK I wasn’t aware the that my local branch has been closed down (Merry Hill) where am I supposed to pay money into my account where the nearest branches all close at 4.30pm and closed on Saturday. What an absolute joke for people who work.

@HSBC_UK im outside the uk for 6months. My online banking has been suspended. I have no capacity for international calls. HSBC India says they won't help. I need to acsess my money urgently. What do i do..
