Every time I have need to contact @HSBC_UK I'm reminded what a backward and customer-unfriendly organisation it is. Their IVR system + endless holds/delays in getting simple transactions completed is a truly worst-class #customerexperience.

@JimBrowning11 @Visa @HSBC_UK Hey Jim, working in fraud here for a bank in the UK (not HSBC), almost all staff are trained to speak to customers only really, I'd say majority of my colleagues would react the same, overall flaw of how we are trained, your best bet is to ask to speak to a supervisor/manager 1/2
