@HSBC_UK Thank you. I have found the update and installed it. I was very excited that it might be fixed, but it is requiring a digital secure code that I can only access from the app! How do I get my digital secure code to open the app? Arggggh!

@HSBC_UK The mobile banking app is crashing again with the latest version, 2.39.3 on iOS 15 beta 7. It was working with v 2.39.1 Can you please release an update to fix this.

Rubbish service from @HSBC_UK trying to open a bank account for my son. Called number on letter - no security number so not possible to speak to anyone. Very disappointing as we made a trip into branch. How difficult is it to open a bank account for a 13 old? Very it seems.

@HSBC_UK @gravelwalks Desi there have been problems for over a week with mobile banking! You keep repeating the same old statement, we’re aware there is a situation & we’re working on a fix! Some of us want to know when it will be fixed! Maybe the head of the service should come on Twitter to explain!
