We have to go in person, but it is impossible to make a booking on the @HSBC_UK system. Initially, we sent the cheques to my mom, signed over to her, for her to cash. But the Canadian branch suspected fraud. Wouldn't you?

@HSBC_UK @cfield80 This is an issue that needs to be escalated. One should not have to launch a live chat just to get an interest statement. The Inland Revenue require is to provide these statements on our tax return. You should provide us with an annual interest statement, annually
