So @HSBC_UK have locked my account, because some mail to me got sent back to them. My address is my current address and I never leave the house (Lockdown remember). And they wont reactivate it till tomorrow. Why don't they have a 24hour service for unlocking accounts?

Oh joy — new business debit card so have to go through the @HSBC_UK bullshit again of not being able to add it to Apple Pay despite the last business debit card being added without a problem. Waiting for the “Business cards don’t work with Apple Pay” response.

@HSBC_UK To continue, paying £3 per minute to call you defeats the object of chosing an account with a superior interest rate. Please come up with a solution to get me into my account so that I can access my savings. Every other bank that I use offers an alternative. Thank you

.@HSBC_UK you locked me out of my account months ago and still refuse to give me access to my own money that I need to buy a house! Your only solution is to go to Reading, UK to show my ID when borders are closed. The phone number you gave me didn’t help. Please find a solution
