    Awful experience with @HSBC_UK Who obviously have no idea how to treat their customers with respect and continue to blame the pandemic for awful customer service. After making a complaint over a month ago, I get a pathetic email response from ABDUL KUDDUS Blaming the pandemic.

    @HSBC_UK why do I have to hunt for ATMs that support HSBC cards. Some ATMs spit the card out

    @HSBC_UK Am getting GSA error when trying to set up internet banking. Have been trying for three days. Customer service on phone didn’t even know what it was. When will this issue be resolved?

    @HSBC_UK so you make it straightforward to get a new credit card. But working out the details of how to repay one's balance was a thoroughly squalid experience, misleading documentation, misleading & poor instructions from support (via your godawful mobile app) Not fit for 2021.
