@HSBC @HSBC_UK absolutely disgraceful. Complaint made after failing to make foreign payment. Dealt with the complaint before speaking to the customer using incorrect facts, then closed the case before speaking with the us. Cannot speak with the agent who dealt with the complaint

@HSBC_UK I have tried to speak to a human at HSBC business banking for the last two days. In total I have been kept on hold for more than 6 hours and have failed to speak to anyone. Sorry - I know there are problems with staffing due to COVID, but your service is disgraceful
