    @HSBC_UK Discovered yesterday that the HSBC app provides a way to find user's pin. This seems like a *massive* security issue (shouldn't that info only be hashed and salted in HSBC systems, not sitting on a phone?). If phone is compromised, so is pin! Eek!

    We don't praise lenders enough, especially under these testing times. A huge thanks to Purav Abbi of @HSBC_UK for his help with a Mortgage Application. When everyone else said "sorry computer says no", he took a common sense approach and got it sorted.

    But no, apparently @HSBC_UK overseas call centre staff have to ring me and go through a tedious and time consuming verification process. Its gets worse, many of these staff cannot speak clear English, I have to repeat answers, repeat questions not good customer service IMO 2/3

    @HSBC_UK I'm getting frustrated now. Hsbc is one of the worst bank. If you Dont get my issue sorted today, I will write the CEO and escalate this to the ombudsman. I have had enough.

    @HSBC_UK been trying too pay my credit card since yesterday and have no incurred a late fee cos the apps not working!

    @sheepydreamings @HSBC_UK I am using revolut and wise. Those morons block my card every time when I try to pay bigger sum into it.

    @HSBC_UK absolutely shocking service in regards to being able to contact someone. Desperately needing to talk to someone asap and have no way of context anyone as the number just cuts off.
