@HSBC_UK Maybe arrange a call back sooner than 3 days! Hardly suggests my complaint is being taken seriously, I was even advised the call wasn’t worthwhile and I may as well go straight to the FOS! Top class service from a complaints team!

@HSBC_UK and I called today, it turned out that they put down a note in the system to say those fraudulent transactions are genuine. Unbelievable! And on top of that my calls always get cut off. This is financial crime we are talking about! Do you take it seriously

@HSBC_UK Credit Card Fraud - fraudulent transaction occurred last week, called Fraud 3 times, they never revert the transactions. When I called today, they actually put down note on my account to say those are genuine transactions. And my call for cut off 3 times. unacceptable!

@HSBC_UK just gone to pay a cheque in on the banking app and it's saying it's too much and I have to visit a branch. Only issue is you have closed all the local branches! Any suggestions!

@soie_c @HSBC_UK I’ve had the same issue for the last couple of days. Customer service are ridiculously bad. Still no activation codes coming through sms. Issue my end apparently on a new phone 🙃.

Which doesn't work. This fancy electronic pdf form literally doesn't work. There's no Submit button. And there's no one to help with it. Does anyone at @HSBC_UK care that their electronic forms don't work?

@HSBC_UK fantastic service today, NOT! Make a complaint over the phone, basically get ignored so ask to speak to a manager. Get told they are in a meeting, they’ll call me Friday!!!

Daughter closed @HSBC_UK ISA last week in person in Bradford . House purchase iminent. Still not transferred and still not sorted. A further issue amongst many in recent years. Attrocious customer service.
