    Oh my god. @HSBC_UK you are the worst, we've been trying to get the funds from a cic account for 2 years now, we've filled in forms, went to the branch filled in more forms, mandates, trying to call today and been transferred to 3 different people then hold for 15 mins. Help!!!!

    I’m all for phone insurance, but when @HSBC_UK use a new provider and they send out randomly “refurbished” iPhones and I say that loosely. It’s pretty ****. This replacement has more damage that the stolen one ever had. Not even refurbed by apple. Think this policy will be closed

    @CatchTheseWords @HSBC_UK Have you also tried it through the website on your computer? They may be able to do it for you if you direct message them your account details depending on whether they can access customer accounts from social media.

    So annoying that I can’t pay in cash at @HSBC_UK for my @firstdirect account at my local branch as there is no counter service. @Barclays will soon be getting a new customer

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is terrible. Your complaints procedure is shameful. I wanted to set a zero overdraft on a current account and was told this cannot be done!!

    @HSBC_UK what is the issue with your android app? It crashes as soon as I open it. It's the latest version, I've force stopped it and restarted my phone to no avail. I see others on twitter are having similar issues. What is your suggestion? Thanks
