    Another day back in @HSBC_UK trying to get this sorted. Another 30min wait so far. You guys really need to support your branch colleagues more. Instead of being appalled at the crap customer service (not their fault). I actually feel sorry for the front line staff

    It’s happened again @HSBC_UK 3 people queuing inside to see the same person while several wait outside can’t even get in to use the machines. A bit of queue managment could solve a lot of problems here and wait times

    So... I'm outside @HSBC_UK again. 10 minutes so far, and only 1 person has been allowed in to use the counter service. It's raining.

    @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Hong-Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation. Most oppressed part of the world probably working with the CCP. Do you promote this in China too? Is this just to influence the west or are you pushing this in the east too?

    @bueti Yet banks like @HSBC_UK @HSBC continue to support censorship imposed by the CCP. Surely HSBC it is time to get out. Don’t go down the Nike route of favouring the CCP over western democracies that nurtured your company

    @HSBC_UK If call gets disconnected, you dont even call to your customers which is unprofessional. Please check my call history with HSBC. I was informed that the account is already opened and I will get access to it very soon. Now you are telling me that you need additional documents?

    @scoobydotaxi @HSBC_UK @Barclays It's very frustrating. I believe it's a mix of lack of tellers and floor staff in banks, everyone stressing them out and trying to cope with questions. Online and calling it's an automated voice that maybe doesn't help with your query, then on hold ages. It's pressure everywhere
