    @HSBC_UK We run a small business & 1 client still pays by cheque. As you have shut the 3 nearest branches, we tried to deposit using the banking app but you don't accept cheques over £500. We now have to drive to 16 miles to a branch. What kind of service is this?!

    To allow me access to the app! As back as @HSBC_UK were with your last card this new provider, new day and like a bunch of clowns with zero ability yo deliver a functional service and only a desire to cut up the card and stop buying from JLP or waitrose. Bl**dy useless!

    @HSBC_UK spend over £500+ on flowers and gifts on the run up to valentines day no issues! Try spend £14.99 in a restaurant on valentine's day and card declined 3 times for fraudulent activity! Good going making me look like a prick! Sort your **** out!

    @HSBC_UK I have been asked to call regarding a credit card application I made… tried numerous times but can never get through. Really long wait times, was promised a call back from customer services within 24hrs… that was 2 weeks ago, plz advise.
