    @HSBC_UK That hasn’t worked in the past. I got told I had to go to a branch. Went to a branch and surprise, surprise, they said they couldn’t help either. Told me to phone in. No one answered. I really regret going with HSBC. I’d advise anyone else to steer clear. Customer service awful.

    @HSBC_UK I don’t care ur service still I was wait 1.37 minutes still I’m on call. This is your best service. wow call Barclays minimum of five minutes taking to answer the call.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC no one answering your phones regarding my child’s matured CTF. It’s all a bit messy. This matured in June when she was 18. Why are you not allowing her access or transfer? #HSBC #HSBCCTF #CTF

    @HSBC_UK Chance would be a fine thing with you guys. Have been requesting contact for weeks, given phone numbers that no longer exist, passed around to people who can’t help, very frustrating.

    Dear @HSBC_UK I’ve been told I cannot make a joint bank account individual again, or close it without popping into a branch? How can this be the case in this day and age. Already spent an hour on the phone to you?! Can you please help?

    @118t8 @VoortMartijn @HSBC_UK I used to get charged fees every month for going overdrawn, so much so That the amount in fees was more than the actual overdraft over the years accumulated.. hsbc would not help, just froze the interest for 3 months. Bank of family was the only way out for me!
