    @hilltopkatie @HSBC_UK I’ve had the same experience when we moved house 2 years ago and then it started all over again in March with my company credit card. Have been through complains procedure twice and it makes no difference and yet they still charge for this ‘service’

    Over the last month, at the busiest time of the business year, I have spent an entire day on the phone trying to sort ongoing issues @HSBC_UK caused with my business account dating back to March. If you would like me to hum their hold muzak for you I can as I hear it in my sleep

    @HSBC_UK I have raised a formal complaint via my business banking manager, we have had a number of issues with #HSBC over recent years, #COVID isn’t an excuse!
