@HSBC_UK Yes still an issue. I've kept trying as advised but apparently tried too many times as have reached maximum allowable attempts. I'm on an android phone.

@HSBC_UK the problem when you use non English call centres.. "I can completely understand, I can imagine how frustrating that must be at times however that's how the HSBC banking is designed." I told them they had succeeded , they didn't get it !

And breathe…. Internet keeps dropping out and then I lock myself out of my internet banking… @HSBC_UK are always so patient, helpful and calm when I phone them having broken the internet again
