    @HSBC_UK Not when I was trying and failing to get my online banking restored and I've now given up hope of ever getting it back working 🤬🤬🤬 Why tell everyone to use online banking when you just block people from using it? 🤬🤬🤬

    @HSBC_UK Is a full services branch necessary for a name change or would a digital only service branch be enough and will the people there know how to do it?

    @GBNEWS @thecoastguy Yep I'm now in dispute with @HSBC_UK as they obviously think they can tell you exactly what you can and can't spend your money on and block your use of online banking until you explain yourself to them 🤬🤬🤬

    @HSBC_UK have you issued an app update that forces users to reset username / password etc? I have successfully done so but slight concern as to why this had to be done when it was all set and working on my phone, and received no notification I'd need to re-enter all details.
