    @HSBC_UK honestly the worst bank. I need to change my phone number. I've been into my local branch who can't do it. I'm not registered for online or telephone banking. I tried to use the virtual assistant who won't help unless I log into my online account. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK very disappointing , even after visiting the branch two weeks bank my basic account has not been converted to Advance, being your loyal customer and still unable to open my savings account because of this and eventually loosing on my interest #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK I did not wish to contact HSBC but simply (try reading the post) was highlighting that the new John Lewis card provider was worse than when HSBC managed it and that’s no compliment to HSBC, you were awful as you are with yr premier card and the M&S card you also manage Both awful

    @HSBC_UK is your payee confirmation not working at the moment? Trying to send some money but getting a ref 503 when adding companys details. I need this sorted asap or ill be getting charged extra for something thats your fault

    @HSBC_UK just wondering I’ve had a Euro currency account for almost a year and been able to deposit Euro notes into it with no issues what so ever, however when I went to put in some coin euros (1,2€ coins) I was turned away because “HSBC branches don’t accept coins”

    25 minutes on the online chat so far with @HSBC_UK and I still haven’t been asked what I need ! Is this meant to be customer service @HSBC_UK ?
