    @Male_Karen69 @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin There are all sorts of possible reasons, but I'd assert that basic banking is a useful support rope that every homeless person should have equal access to. Do you disagree with that?

    @MoneySavingExp any advice? Applied and was accepted for @HSBC_UK balance transfer CC. Told could do when card arrived. It now has & agent has told me no BT offer on my card. Customer for over 23 years. Should I close CC account?
