    @HSBC_UK trying to report a fraud on behalf on elderly victim of a fraud, 30 minutes bounced through 5 departments all you can’t help now going to number 6 - your customer is at financial risk and you are being as difficult as possible

    Been trying for over a week to get in touch with @HSBC_UK to access my savings account but completely ignored. No reply on contact forms or email and the “chat” function is a robot. Phones lines are impossible to get through on. Useless. #hsbc It’s MY money yet I can’t get it.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I emailed you on the 20th of Oct as you suggested and nobody has replied yet. I've spent 1 hr 26 min on hold. Online chat box says phone. Phone banking says to use the website. Does anyone work there anymore?
