@HSBC_UK why is your live chat service so slow and also why am I being told I cannot get an email of proof to show a charge back has been cancelled? I'm pretty sure as a customer I am entitled to that if I ask for it.

@paullewismoney @HSBC_UK I have stood in a queue in most banks for work reasons this last year, and watched staff whose sole purpose is to tell customers they can't help, other than point them to a phone or go through the hideous process of rebooting their tablet. And make themselves unemployed.

@HSBC_UK worst service EVER when trying to open a new account in the Sunderland branch today. The girl was aggressive, refused to serve me, offered no alternative appointment & the branch was open for another 2 and a half hours.

@HSBC_UK Been listening to your lovely hold music on and off since 10:30. Now almost 3:30. Been cut off 4 times, pushed around multiple departments for an issue you confirmed to me had been resolved on 21st June. Worst service ever.

@HSBC_UK is today not a normal working day? Daughter told to go into branch to open student account. Gets to bank and told nobody in branch knows how to open a new account. Come back next week! Total insanity!!
