    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Tbf to HSBC other clearers have similar approach. NatWest is currently taking seven weeks to change an address. Their stated timeframe to action change, not mine. Unfortunately so much scamming going on they have to validate every customer request.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK The @HSBC_UK ‘bereavement team’ still not released my late husband’s funds - I waited a year before I could deal with this, now they have had all documentation for 3 weeks - said too busy, all working from home!

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK First Direct have fantastic customer service and really straight forward online banking. Which is ironic considering HSBC is their parent company.

    @HSBC_UK @treehorse1971 So this basically means that anyone that wishes to be a part of a beta programme, is shafted? I can't even access the bank via a web browser as your 2FA methods require me to generate a code via an app that doesn't work...
