    @HSBC_UK Applied for a credit card on Friday. As I submitted the application the website crashed. Ever since I’ve been chasing my application. Constantly told I’ve been accepted but to wait 48 hours. 48 hours later and still no correspondence! Absolutely appalling

    @HSBC_UK It is personal not business. One of your colleagues sent me email of final decision with unfair terms of the thirdparty you subcontracted which i haven't seen before. You just lost me as customer.

    @HSBC_UK What if any, are you doing to repair the app? It's basically more than useless!! It's pot luck if you can log on because you can't connect to a server. Obviously love a 5* review but you'll struggle to find one anywhere. Sort it & fast!!
