    @HSBC_UK Thanks but this is affecting many of your customers so doesn’t seem necessary to go via DM and I don’t want to use other banking option.We just want to know when the app will be updated to work with IOS 15.1. All of the other major banking apps are working without any problem.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for finally responding - after ignoring my previous 10 tweets Good that your team are working on a fix - just a shame they didn't thoroughly test the version that doesn't work on iOS12 I thought the keycards no longer work, and you forced us to use the app ?

    @HSBC_UK Wish I could access my own money, appealing service all I want is to get and activate a secure key but it’s impossible. 4 phone calls and a trip to branch and still not sorted.

    @ZodiacChris @HSBC_UK Had to go into a branch today to get physical device because the HSBC app is still not working on latest version of Android on my Google Pixel phone Problem with the debit card. I have to phone up to get it fixed I've already opened Starling business account and I am delighted
