  @alanbullion2 @Barclays @HSBC_UK Maybe not even the town hall (I'd rather see start ups given space at just over cost to help them). Plenty of current banks which could be used. However, I'd rather see this in villages rather than big towns. It's the villages which are suffering now from closures.

  @HSBC_UK Appalled at HSBC's lack of concern to customers experiencing the fraudulent use of their home address for credit card abuse. Issue raised on 04/04 but still unallocated, told today they have up to 30/05 to respond. This is the escalation process. HSBC approved this CCard

  So.... @HSBC_UK, the sign on the doors say you are open today... But you're not... Which, after turning off this #disabled customer's card B4 the new one arrived, gives me no end of major problems ... #HappyEaster everyone

  Industry standard is 15 days not more than 3 months and no update till date ..shoddy customer service , @HSBC_UK we were told your isa department doesn’t even exist and that’s why they can’t directly contact us to resolve the issue.hsbcuk bank full of lies @financialombuds

  Last night someone in Turkey attempted to fraudulently use my credit card. I only used it for the hotel and flights for the Fenerbahçe away game. I didn’t use it in Istanbul at all 🤔 Unbelievably @HSBC_UK didn’t want me to cancel my credit card - i had to demand it. WTF? 😳

  peak anxiety is not being able to access your overseas bank accounts 😢 @HSBC_UK I forgot my password n tried to reset but now I'm completely logged out and the helpline told me I need to wait "A FEW DAYS" for a code to be sent to me before I can log back in... WHYYYY
