@HSBC_UK I have a new joint account with my wife. She has been with you for years so can login to online banking. I still haven’t received my mobile banking security number. Can someone sort this without me having to ring as I don’t have time to sit on hold for ages

@chiwawamaster8 @HSBC_UK Ah well, you'd think, but opening an additional account if you are an existing customer using online banking isnt an option, thats why I went in to the branch!

@RhiannonJudithW @robpowellnews Thank you, that explains why I can't get on to my online banking. Ot seems like no one has told @HSBC_UK twitter team as they are asking their customers to DM them with info when they report issues with apps and online banking.
