    @HSBC_UK 31m into another call and no progress. Do you want to help ppl open accounts? I just don’t get this. Lack of customer care is hugely disappointing- forcing me to repeatedly call and follow the same steps with no results :-( #poorcustomerservice #hsbcuk

    @HSBC_UK just lost 20 minutes of my life on the chat feature trying to get a mortgage payment increase. Result: ended chat, called instead. Utterly crap service since the demise of the secure messaging. Why should we be surprised?! #Banking
