    Blimey @HSBC_UK you don't make it easy ! As a @firstdirecthelp customer I wanted basic info from you that can't be found online. Rang both non-HSBC & existing HSBC numbers..pls enter sort code (how do you have a sort code if you're not a customer?). I'm about to go elsewhere..

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?     @HSBC_UK circle of doom means HSBC app will not open. Same is true of HSBC business app. Meanwhile 2 rival banking apps working perfectly this morning..

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n
