    @HSBC_UK Really unhappy with your customer service and I know other banks are similar…you all need to sort this out…all I wanted to do was speak to a local branch about the pros and cons of opening an account there for my daughter… I thought I’d call as opening hours aren’t convenient

    As if @HSBC_UK service is not bad enough I have to wait in a branch for 20 minutes for service but one of the staff has time to be putting up and decorating the Christmas tree on November ELEVEN. Another reason to switch banks.

    @HSBC_UK you really have terrible service, your chat bot won't transfer me to a real person, tells me don't call as it's busy, tried anyway for half an hour. So perhaps move money elsewhere as your service clearly sucks.

    @HSBC_UK 24 hours later and only after tweeting I find a number to call that doesn’t assume I’m already a customer…. Half an hour on hold later I am speaking to someone in a distant call centre who knows nothing about my area and is just reading from a script…

    @PennAllenwrites @HSBC_UK Did manage to talk to a person but although she tried to help wasn’t that successful uploaded all over again yesterday, today another b.demand to do it again,but of course there is never ever any indication as to what is wrong.They are only option as no other banks taking on new.
