    @HSBC_UK When having to log in to the business banking portal often, as one does when administering the business, is it really necessary for a Chat Assistant to pop up over the displayed data asking if I need help every time? The answer is no. It's an unnecessary UI distraction.

    Excellent service from @HSBC_UK as ever. Call in response to their message, wait 15 minutes, get passed to second person who apparently is wrong person then to third who cuts me off. How do the banks get away with such awful customer service?

    @Buffy77 @HSBC_UK @Google It's double annoying as the app is used as verification to login into online banking on a laptop so can't get into my accounts that way either. There must be a huge crossover of HSBC customers who have bought this new phone and are affected

    @DavidButler34 @HSBC_UK I had same problem for our dahlia society with Virgin money . So I took the coins to my local 🍺 and swapped for notes with landlord as he gets charged for taking coins out of bank .🤔

    @HSBC_UK Hi, the mobile app won't work with pixel 6. I can see this is affecting most (possibly all) pixel 6/6 pro users. Any ETA on the fix? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK Yes - spoken on the phone with your “customer service“ four times. Gone into the branch and completed documents and identity check. We were told there was a waiting period. 😡😡
