    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK If your looking for a bank that doesn’t block cards etc then Santander. I’m moving from Halifax to them as Halifax’s fraud system is far to sensitive and trying to resolve it takes 4 hours.

    @HSBC_UK hi, can’t log in to my mobile banking, tried to get help on internet banking from laptop, which won’t help me until I log on to my mobile banking. Nonsensical. Can somebody help me please?

    Do NOT ever get a credit card with @HSBC_UK. Making a payment is impossible!!!!! Can't do it on the app, can't do it on the phone, can't do it online. Have to ring my bank to make a payment?!?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK @British_Airways the same I have a travel voucher I can’t use online the web chat people tell me to call and book flights but I tell them it’s cuts me off as not taking calls so it’s literally impossible to use voucher. Requested refund but not eligible

    Really disappointed in the service of sending an international transfer via @HSBC_UK - same amount was sent via @Barclays and the funds were available in the recipients account a few days later, its been a week and HSBC have still not completed the transaction!!!

    @HSBC_UK I used a switching service to a new HSBC Advance account which goes live today. Can’t access my account, so don’t know if my salary/mortgage is going through correctly. Call center are useless. Please help!

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK What’s worse is healthcare supply companies (and other companies) no longer providing telephone numbers for the public only online admission forms stating they will reply in 1 working day but 3 weeks later still no reply @OmronHealthEU being one
