@Mistywoman1 @HSBC_UK Sounds to me like @HSBC_UK need to get their banking App up to date. Plenty of non-standard size cheques around. If banks (all of them) are going close all their branches for miles around, they should at least have the decency to get their online stuff working seamlessly.

@Harshbutfairy @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Where did it say they were housing anyone? They’re giving people an opportunity to open a bank account even if they don’t have a fixed address, how can you possibly manage to find a problem with that???

@Harshbutfairy @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin This is a targeted advert where Stonewall are helping raise awareness for people that rely on them for advice. In the same way that Shelter are doing it to help other homeless people - what is your problem???

@HSBC_UK not sure what’s going on with your telephone banking but I can’t access any support, I don’t have access to online banking and live in a small village with no branch to visit. I need to pay bills over the phone but none of the calls will connect. Help!

@HSBC_UK look after you small customers as well as the big ones. 1 hour and 45 mins to sort a debit card? Sons vulnerable and they ignored his plea for them to talk to me. Had to put the phone down in the end. Still not sorted!

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin 24% vs 76%! Help the majority, unless you consider the minority to be "more deserving" for some reason!

@HSBC_UK I'm a Business Banking customer and I've now been in call queues totalling over ten hours this week to get an issue resolved with a payment. Can a manager get back to me as this is unacceptable?

@rickological @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin This is clearly a targeted ad for one group of people. Nowhere does it say that you can’t get this help if you’re straight, it’s a partnership with Stonewall to help that subsection of the community. Other charities are doing the same like Shelter for other people that need it

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Yet the British government housed all homeless ppl in the first planned lockdown?? Why not use the rothchilds money they found over 500T in gold bullion so enough to sort this problem out sharpish!!

@HSBC_UK Your call centre staff are extremely frustrating. Trying to reset my password, and they keep asking for information which is only available to me if I have access to my accounts! 'can you tell me this?', 'no, its on my statement, which i cant access'. Madness.
