@HSBC_UK agent picked up after 52 minutes and now directed me to another person. On hold again😡. Been on hold for 1:02 minutes. Great customer service

@HSBC_UK Help! I can't log on to my account because my secure key has run out of battery. The new one took two weeks to arrive and I still have no activation code for it. I can't contact anyone. This bank is really hopeless for customer service... it's never been this bad before.

@HSBC_UK - hi, i’ve been a hsbc customer for over 30 years. Tried to open an online bonus saver account online recently. Told i wasn’t eligible as i’m not a UK tax paying resident, which i am and have been for over 20 years. Tried calling. Keep getting cut off. Please help!

@HSBC_UK I have deposited a cheque on Thursday 27th at around 1000am at a post office. and this is still not been credited. Your banking app is rubbish and you don't habe any local branches. The guide says the cheque will clear by 2359 thr next working day.

I upgrade to the new Google Pixel every other year. It's consistently a month+ before most of my banks support the fingerprint reader. Why can't they just get ahead of this stuff like any decent software company 😫 Looking at you in 2022: @HSBC_UK @IBKR @BancoSabadell
