@HSBC_UK Interesting, as since I'm using the app, the PSK no longer works on website. Website only allows a DSK generated on the app.

@HSBC_UK Managed to get cash out. Card payment terminals here seem to consider it as a credit card rather than debit card, which is (seemingly) why it wasn’t working for contactless.

@HSBC_UK I've been locked out of my bank account cause I couldn't remember my password, made a new one and had to verify it using my security number, I don't ever remember setting up a security number so now been locked out of that too Help please, I need access to my account!

@HSBC_UK Are there any known issues with internet banking? Unable to access anything (accounts, payments etc) as keeps saying unable to connect to servers. No issues with household internet....
