    @HSBC_UK Well I think you should get it updated and resend it with the correct rate if you know there’s an issue now

    @firstdirect now limit cash payments into an account to £3,000 at a post office, or £20,000 a year. If you want to pay in more cash than this you have to find a Full/Cash service branch of @HSBC_UK. Well, GOOD LUCK with that, they have made most branches cashless. #PoorService

    Grr @HSBC_UK trying to make dad go to online banking - but it doesn’t appear his mobile is registered. Tried calling but stupid say this say that telephone system is frustrating. Can anyone help!?
