    @HSBC_UK hi, my iPhone app has suddenly stopped working? It’s crashing as soon as I try to open it. This is a real issue as I only use mobile banking so need it to access my account. Please help. Thanks.

    @HSBC_UK, is there a way to change my secure key password WITHOUT phoning the customer service number? I tried logging in with CORRECT details but the app wasn't working so it's locked me out for too many attempts. I have anxiety and would really appreciate not having to phone.

    @HSBC_UK Patience is wearing out as I now have to leave for an all-day meeting having been on hold, across 2 calls, for >45 minutes. To blame this appalling service on the pandemic, as you still do, is disingenuous

    @DawnELambert @HSBC_UK I'm here in December and I can report that nothing has really changed. Same long call queues. Same poor excuses. HSBC Business internet banking service has reached an all time low.
