@HSBC @HSBC_UK HSBC in Colombo is missleading customers by excercising unethical banking practices. The Bank has used my online application and decided to issue a credit card under my name at its own descretion without my consent. Is this a Bank or a group of rogues?

Tried to change my name at @HSBC_UK. Website says just bring in your marriage certificate! I get there and they need photo ID too. Bank card won’t do. WASTE OF MY TIME. Surely the website should state that clearly. #HSBC #misinformation

@HSBC_UK She spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday to them and was eventually told that she was entering the code too slowly, which I’m sure is not the case. I feel that she and others with card reader issues are being patronised and let down

I'm really not a fan of the four clicks needed to obtain a security code in the latest app @HSBC_UK. Better UX would be to fingerprint in and provide a login security code on the first page alongside account details (just shrink it down on there for power users, right?)
