    Question @HSBC_UK If a customer of yours doesn’t have a smart phone, or any sort of mobile phone… and therefore no banking app or online banking… Does that mean they have no access to additional verification?

    @HSBC_UK you are embarrassing the worst customer service ever. Sitting here now for 30 minutes awaiting a manager when told would be with me in 10 minutes your Mile x lane branch is an embarrassment. The lady with the long blond hair is as rude a person as I’ve ever met

    @JoeCMerriman @HSBC_UK @Shelter HSBC are a joke. My daughter who turned 18 years old back in 2020 has only just been able to access her child trust fund because that crappy bank withheld her money even though she had a fixed address.

    .@HSBC_UK Please sort out your app. Half the time, when I select "Log in with biometrics" and press my thumb on the sensor, the bar greys out and the app freezes. Have to force stop and restart. Android 11, Samsung S10.

    @HSBC_UK 15 days & counting that this facility has been unavailable on your website. It isn't an option on your app & the information doesn't appear on statements. Absolute joke!
