    @Jeniacess_RPR @HSBC_UK It never happened under Midland Bank. I think it was a **** thing to do without a reminder. £12 is close to a week’s food for me. If you can’t help, don’t make it worse.

    @HSBC_UK Would a bank actually offer real help, would you take less interest or agree to a prolonged pause whilst someone gets back on their feet. Or by help do you mean pretending to be nice to get someone to hand you everything peacefully like an accepting condemned man to the gallows.
