    Looking at the @Cashplus Twitter feed, it appears that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

    traveling , @HSBC_UK decide to lock me out of my online account . I lost my bank card so I can not "block" it and can not clear customer service ( I can not remember how I spent £107 on the 4th of April ) My account may be empty for all I know and I can not do any about it

    @HSBC_UK It's impossible to do online payments for a week now. Called you and the customer rep said they couldn't see any issues. There are funds in the account. No fraud alert. What's going on?

    @Donnabrazier @HSBC_UK Happened to me twice now you make a few deposits then block you from anymore. PayPal bypasses this but it’s a pain in the ***. After a week or so got to deposit again blocked again today this is why I’m scrolling Twitter to see if this is happening to anybody else

    @HSBC_UK trying to do a mortgage application, but your site doesn't acknowledge that people have more than one word in their surname. Is it a major thing to fix in your software?

    @HSBC_UK Have been trying to access my account for years. I do not know my logins details in anyway. The international call phone call number will not work. What can I do? I am getting emails but can’t access anything.

    Appalling service from @HSBC_UK @HSBC Trying to report a lost card. Spent 20 minutes on the phone, redirected to 4 different agents all who assured me I was now being transferred to business lost card dept. Then got cut off!! #hsbcbusinessbanking

    @adreena_winters @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank They do not discriminate when it comes to charges and taxes though. That’s when the way we earn money is not a problem 🤔
