    @ldcvia @HSBC_UK Hi If its regarding a formal complaint, banks have 35 days or 8 weeks depending on what the issue is. However, for just general queries, each bank has its own SLAs.

    Your business banking service @HSBC_UK is a joke. 2 hours on hold still no answer. You've sent me a letter saying you're going to shut down an account and to call, but I can't get hold of anyone by any channel. We will not be opening more accounts you. Long live challenger banks.

    @HSBC_UK hi there. I have a new phone and have installed the app, but most times i try to log on it wants a secure code generated from my old phone. If I delete it from my defunct phone (which it’s on its last legs) will this stop, or will I lose all access?! How can I fix this?

    @HSBC_UK what is going on with ur mobile banking app. Not working on Samsung s20 for over a week now. No help on ur website and phone lines have long waiting times and then cut off when u finally get through.

    @HSBC_UK I emailed 2 days ago, tweeted yesterday. No reply, no acknowledgement. No access to company account 2+ weeks, can’t get through on the phone. All I want is for someone to do what should have been done in the first place: deactivate an old, dead security token.

    @HSBC_UK My colleague has now been on the phone a total of 2.5 hrs today alone. She is currently speaking to the tenth operator today. I have emailed as suggested. I certainly hope this is more effective than calling. Multiple explanations of the same issue getting us nowhere
