@HSBC_UK I'm unable to download my statements, tried different browsers on my desktop (chrome and explorer), also tried mobile app and still no joy. My husband is having the same issue. Tried to chat online but getting the GSA error. Please help!

@marshyleeds @HSBC_UK Then the atomic option becomes the only way forward. Cancel all accounts with them and cut ties completely. It’s the only way to companies with such bad customer service learn. It’s just a matter of if you have alternative options

@Liberation2005 @HSBC_UK HSBC app had been working fine though and with the full iOS 15 release probably only just over a week away HSBC need to get their act together! Many jumped on the beta wagon because it worked! Now an update their end has broken things!

@HSBC_UK iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 15 Beta, I am also using an iPhone 12 Mini on iOS 14.7. All apps have been updated. I cannot sign in using FaceID because it crashes before I get a chance. I am losing money each day because the app isn’t working and is my only viable option. Please fix.
