@HSBC_UK Shameful service .I had current account banking with hsbc bank 16years. With good credit reports. Apply for credit card, waiting for answer more than month now. Horrible customer service. Spend hours on the phone. No one know wat they doing

An hour and a half later, we find that the issue was that @HSBC_UK had blocked my card due to suspected fraud, but not contacted me because the phone number (which it uses to send one time passcodes) was not valid. Shambles. Has left 86yo mother with no food deliveries this week

@HSBC_UK is it really necessary to be kept on hold for nearly 90 minutes to support an elderly and disabled gentleman to make a simple payment? Completely unhelpful.

.I think there’s a very real risk #Revolut have superseded @HSBC_UK in being the worst financial institution to deal with. They’re by far the worst to deal with on a simple technical issue. What a shockingly poor helpdesk they have!! Unbelievable!!

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK no I did not. Still on hold. I implore you guys to please stop with the automated bot responses. You are providing a service so why should I have to do the work (scrolls through 27 unrelated FAQs) when I (and you) know what I’m hear for?

How else am I supposed to get help from actual human agents instead of automated robot responses? I have many inquiries which have not been settled due to the unresponsive “live” agents on the chat feature @HSBC_UK I really need some help, please.

Dear @HSBC_UK, I’ve been trying to call your international/overseas hotline number but it keeps giving me “Error”. I’ve tried with different phones but they all give the same “Incorrect No” msg. I’ve been going in circles because your live chat agents are not helpful at all.
