@HSBC_UK @BBCCiN I tried to contact HSBC when I wanted to check my account after receiving scam messages to say my account had been hacked. I couldn't contact online. When I telephoned and finally got through and awnsered it was disconnected. The service from HSBC is pitiful.

Unbelievable poor customer service form @HSBC_UK bereavement and business departments. 9 months ago we lost two menbers of our family who held personal and business accounts with @HSBC_UK We and our solicitors have contacted you numerous times and not once has anyone replied.

@tracyswoodward @HSBC_UK The issue of the accounts getting disabled or hacked is very frustrating, it’s a sad thing the support team is not doing anything about the complaints people are dropping. I will advise you to contact Zaheerhackers on Instagram to help you get back your account they are fast

@HSBC_Expat @HSBC_UK the HSBC Expat new account process is laughably but infuriatingly bad. Weeks of delays, no response, inability to contact the case manager by phone, etc. not sure why I’m still trying at this point - why would I want an account with service this awful?

@HSBC_UK I’ve tried numerous times today to purchase online with my credit card and payment failed every time ??? I never had issue.. the message says authentication error.. is there a problem with online payment?

@HSBC_UK just had a very bad experience with an hsbc customer service agent from were I am not sure 🤔. She did not listen to my issue and kept cutting me mid-sentence😳. #horrible experience 😱😱😱

@HSBC_UK Hi. How do I remove the hsbc app from my iPhone so I can re-install it on my new phone? I remember last time I did it, I did it wrong and had to call help desk to reset. I don’t want to do this again. There’s nothing obvious on the app. TIA.
