Disappointed with @HSBC_UK. We moved our joint account to you 13/11. Switch date pushed back to 9/12. Still haven't received our telephone banking security numbers so we have no access to our account.

@HSBC_UK sorry to say, your app to deposit cheques is pretty bad...it seriously needs to be upgraded...moreover to make matters worse you seem to be closing branches everywhere...cant understand your customer service!

@HSBC_UK I couldn't block my card on the app, only option is 'Activate', so I guess you've already posted me a replacement (was about to expire). Eventually manged to block on website. But if I now report the card lost, will that count as old one lost or the new one? Thanks!

I am both physically at HSBC and on the phone with them. Been trying for an hour to set up a direct debit. Why is this so hard. No one in the branch can help and the phone keeps transferring me. Wtf @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

Slow clap for @HSBC_UK - my bank card gets swallowed by a cash machine last night. I call to cancel my card, they then cancel my wife’s card WITHOUT her consent. We now have no cards just before Christmas. Bravo you f**king idiots.
