    @HSBC_UK Non-existant service to resolve your ongoing technical fault. Still locked out of my online-banking after weeks with due to an unexplained glitch after reporting my father's death (both of us customers). Told to wait 3 weeks (!) for a call back that hasn't happened 1/2

    My @HSBC_UK premier account tells me there is a 50k limit on sending money. When I go to do it I find the limit is actually 25k. Why am I not surprised, yet again, that dealing with @HSBC is always a major problem. don;t bother replying. I know you don't give a flying F***

    @HSBC_UK absolutely shocking service, my branch has no counter service, so I had to pay a cheque in via the machines - 2 days later the cheque has not been credited to my account, customer service have told me to wait a few days - surely this is wrong 😡😡
