    @Andrea82989558 @HSBC_UK Did you have a new DSK pin? It only works on my iphone and on my iPad it’s asking for a PSK PIN (never had a PSK). Online banking just says error after putting in my username.

    @HSBC_UK Oh, I worked out the answer after checking every branch in the London area. You don't do counter service on Saturdays. Anywhere. And the nearest coin machine is 3 buses away.😮‍💨

    @HSBC_UK twice I have tried to speak to you today and both times after getting through (over an hour on hold) I have been cut off and no one has called me back. This is disgraceful customer service

    @HSBC_UK I have rung that number 30 times in the last month with noone able to answer my issue or give me my money. So I'm not spending another hour holding on for someone to tell me exactly the same
