    @HSBC_UK I found a hsbc cheque on my driveway, I've tried calling the bank its not going through to anyone. Is there anyway you can help me return this cheque to the right person?

    @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

    @HSBC_UK disgusting service. I made you aware my father had passed away 6 weeks ago and took a copy of his death certificate to the branch. My Mum has had 6 phone calls in two weeks from HSBC asking to speak to my dad. What is your vulnerable customer policy?

    @HSBC_UK do you think if your online banking website is down you should let your customers know this. Poor poor service. So upset and annoyed. Not going well is it as a new customer!!

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to pay a cheque in using the App. It is giving me an error message saying try again later. How long do you expect this problem to last.

    @HSBC_UK your app sucks. "your access to the app has been suspended on this device until you've taken action to restore it" and its telling me to delete the whole android system. yeah im just gonna switch banks see ya

    @HSBC_UK what is going on re your ISAs. It’s been 3 months since I did an internal ISA transfer and nothing has been done. A formal complaint has got me nowhere and can’t even get a timescale. Absolutely shocking customer service.
