    @HSBC_UK hello! Can you please help me. I’ve had an ongoing problem for about a month. I have spoken to representatives over the phone and on the HSBC app several times but despite being reassured everything would be resolved a week ago , I am still waiting. Please help 😭😭

    @HSBC_UK It the online banking & Safeguarding team. online banking takes an average of 30 minutes wait & has been up to over an hour. Some of your customer service team have had problems with the Tech at home headsets not working properly, dropping calls because they can’t hear anything

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I requested to open a new bank account recently. And I received a letter with Sole Mandates customer signature record from HSBC. But I cannot find any return address in the letter. Would you please advise? Thanks.
