@HSBC_UK what is the issue with your android app? It crashes as soon as I open it. It's the latest version, I've force stopped it and restarted my phone to no avail. I see others on twitter are having similar issues. What is your suggestion? Thanks

@HSBC_UK Hey HSBC, your mobile android app is absolutely crap!! I can't login. I enter username and click next, but it says "no connection. There was a problem connecting to our servers. Try again". My internet is fine + tried many times!! Fix this ****!

@HSBC_UK Business Banking surely has the worst customer service. You wait over an hour on live chat only to be told you have to call, then you wait so long on the phone that you give up, and they are closing local branches. How the hell are we supposed to do business with them?

@HSBC_UK @Hestia1970 @UKSAYSNOMORE It would be helpful if HSBC were more user friendly to DA Charities who hold their banking account at HSBC. Time spent faffing around for HSBC is time taken away from supporting those who need support.

@HSBC_UK Business. I've just put the phone down, unanswered, after 1 hrs 20 mins. You close at 8pm so I figured noone was going to bother dealing with a customer now when they couldn't be bothered an hours ago. Appalling service.
