    @HSBC_UK I have an issue with your site this morning. I can log in fine but when I click to apply for a child account I get "This page isn’t working If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 431" in a new tab. If I close tab, I can access my account no issue

    @drivingmemadi I had my bank (yes @HSBC_UK - you) block my card because of a transaction with a "suspicious retailer". That retailer? Tesco. That little known supermarket chain Tesco. The one I went to every week at the time. The algorithm on these things is terrible.

    @TheOfficialSBI >>>> @HSBC_UK . Boy.. Time taken to handle one customer is just unbelievable. Trying from 2 days to apply for a bank account and not able to get through the queue. They are not able to handle 5-6 people in 2 hours.
