@HSBC_UK will you PLEASE sort out your Android app. I've been unable to use it on my phone (Nokia 2.3) since the last major Android 11 update 3 weeks ago. Wasted hours on your useless customer service line who can only recommend reinstalling it, which I've done dozens of times

GRRRRRR to @HSBC_UK Have rarely had problem with your app. This evening, it's making me log in fresh, telling me I have dig sec key and taking me in circles where it won't let me log in. Tried resetting and same frustrating circles. Urgently need access and no help anywhere

My mother is having problems with #MilkandMore, part of @MuellerMilk, who have insisted she now pay by card but have not cancelled her direct debit, thereby doubling the cost of the milk! @HSBC_UK told her they can't cancel a DD (so what is the point of the damned bank?!).

@HSBC_UK Thanks for your reply. She was actually incredibly rude, I have to say. I’m not able to get to a branch unfortunately and I really need to access my money to move to another account to pay bills. Is there anything else that can be done? Thank you.
