@HSBC_UK I’m sorry, but security isn’t a good excuse in this case. The team already knows that this will happen, and customers that appreciate technology will get annoyed, so why repeat the same mistake every year? I’ve also raised my concern about this issue on HSBC Customer Studio.

@QuickBooksUK When will HSBC Kinetic be a supported platform on your site? I'm a current customer and I've recently opened a Kinetic account with @HSBC_UK I attempted to connect accounts to find out that it's currently unavailable.

Dear @HSBC_UK, your app is still terrible for receiving notifications. Why am I still having problems when the app and my operating system are both up to date? And yes, my notifications *are*, and always have been, turned on.

@HSBC_UK trying to report fraud on my card. Tried live chat, Twitter message and I’ve twice been on hold for over an hour on the phone so far too with no one available to help. Disgraceful customer service.

@HSBC_UK What is happening to your online banking system? The login process takes far too long and often results in timeouts. Plus I cannot see the transactions against my accounts at the moment.
