@HSBC_UK Yourself and @firstdirect can keep telling your customers EVERY year the same “we don’t support beta until it’s released” but you are the SAME TWO banking apps that fail every year and it’s a little tiresome that you inconvenience the 1000’s of iOS users now installing iOS 16

@HSBC_UK Because of this he couldn’t do anything to help me access my account. I know have to wait another 10 days without access to my account while he sends a new “welcome Pack”. Absurd level of banking failure from HSBC.

@HSBC_UK I'm curious like why HSBC can't do public betas while other banks are doing it. People really want to try beta versions and this one app is preventing it. I'm sure most of the customers are expecting and you should consider about working on beta versions.

@owens_lee @RobbiewOnline @HSBC_UK Lee is right… It’s not even a glitch - The iOS version is checked on launch - HSBC are choosing to inconvenience their customers and are simply failing to add iOS 16 to the whitelist! They could add iOS16 and then push an app update to make it work!?

@HSBC_UK #awfulservice #bankingincompetance If you use HSBC business banking app on a phone don’t upgrade your phone. The app won’t work and it takes months to sort out the problems. I’m 2 months with no access to my bank account.

@HSBC_UK I’ve just been cut off again trying to get assistance for my aunt who had 89k taken from her bank account. Apparently you can’t help and my housebound aunt with dementia needs to contact you herself. 🤔
