    @HSBC_UK When i want to transfer some money..and its only a small amount ..the payee details check out..it says service us temporarily unavailable...and ive just tried again and its still the same..very frustrating

    I should be able to use online banking just using one device not having to use multiple devices to log in on my laptop. A bit like going to a bank and being told you have sent me a magic word in the post I will have to say to get in the bank @NatWest_Help @HSBC_UK

    A question for @HSBC_UK - when I log in to business banking it says the service is unavailable. The live chat function didn't understand my question and the chat with an agent function replied to my question saying it doesn't answer FAQs. When will the service be available?

    @HSBC_UK Currently abroad and have received the DR1 code when using card payment online. Have tried to contact your helpline on three occasions, agents transferred me to different queues and hung up after 40 minutes each time, issue not resolved.

    I just want to be able to go onto a laptop or computer and log onto online banking without having to use other devices to get access to my own account. Please make online banking easier to use @NatWest_Help @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK and now I’m locked out of my account because of the wrong log in details that were the right log in details 30 seconds before and I haven’t activated mobile banking even though I did that on my third phonecall. PLEASE HELP!!!

    @HSBC_UK If I cancel activation on the computer, and try to log in on the app, the app says I need to start activation from online banking...so I start it from the computer again, get the validation code, log in to app, and it does the same, after I put in password 'incomplete activation'
