@HSBC @HSBC_UK and no call back or action taken. Start again tomorrow if I can find a few hours spare just to change some direct debits which you can no longer do online! Customer for 30 plus years, may need to look elsewhere

@HSBC_UK why oh why for all that is good do you not provide a CSV download option for credit card statements!? It's bizarre & forces your customers to go through an AWFUL convoluted process so we can figure out where our money is going to! You can and should do better! #getwithit

@HSBC_UK can anyone explain to me why it takes 3 months and I'm still waiting for my money to be sent back to me after it didn't get to the beneficiary. And after several phone calls and still no answer or help regarding this.....JOKE

@HSBC_UK is there anyway to amend a Standing Order? On the app my only option appears to be cancel and then create a new one, and on the website it says "We're sorry, we are unable to amend your standing order. Please try again later."

So @HSBC_UK finally answered me and they admit they have cocked up but they do not intend to put things back in on track for me. They don't do that. They threw a few tens at me to apologize for their error and now I can bugger of, it's for me to sort it out.
