@HSBC_UK My issue has still not been resolved. How can I make a complaint? The online complaint form says to use the My messages facility within Online Banking if my complaint is account specific but I can’t find that facility.

@HSBC_UK Seriously considering closing my HSBC current accounts, after 35 years. Not only do I have to travel to the next town since my branch was shut down, but they are not open at all on a Saturday. I work M-F so I now have zero ability to pay in cash or any cheque over £500.

Wow @HSBC_UK x3 calls to your Customer Service Team & all 3 can’t speak to me & unfreeze my account because of security/details on my ‘profile’. 6 Questions/Levels for ID&V & now having to resort to a pack being sent thru the post. Complete & utter joke!

@HSBCUKBusiness Customer service hours for our business account customers will remain 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri on our new handle @HSBC_UK. For our personal banking customers our customer service hours will remain the same (8am – 8pm, Mon – Sun).
