Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@HSBC_UK ever since updating to iOS 15, I can no longer access the HSBC app! The worst thing is I can’t even use desktop either since it relies on a code generated from the app. Please advise urgently.
