    @HSBC_UK I went to pay in cash at your pay in machine in Bank Street, E14 yesterday evening. All I got was a receipt saying that was an error and my money was held but not credited to my account. What do I do? Help

    @HSBC_UK Can I ask why have you have various platforms for customers to contact you on but then your useless on every single platform anyway so I’ll probably still have to go in to branch to get my issue sorted? Would be nice to deal with a human being with a bit of common sense
