@HSBC_UK you’ve got a serious problem with your customer services and online banking help - I’ve got recordings of an elderly man who’s called you nearly 7 times in 14 days just so that he can access his online banking and you’ve failed to help him and resolve every single time

@brixtonkate Our club accounts have had loads of problems with @HSBC_UK asking loads of intrusive and irrelevant questions. They have not being been in the least bit helpful and at one joint just closing down our deposit account on a whim. So if definitely avoid them
