    @HSBC_UK thanks for cancelling parts of my ‘Orchard’ account …..after we agreed (via the call centre) you wouldn’t …..I now await the outcome of my complaint (that’ll take over a week to answer…unreal!!) Very disappointed 30Y plus customer!! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK I closed my account with you a while ago but you keep sending me letters saying I have an important message on my account that I must log in to read. However, I can’t log on as no longer have an account or any account details. What am I supposed to do please?

    @DungeonsJoypads @HSBC_UK an overseas call center will basically be a triage these days, the staff will have basic info on your account and can do nothing but log the issue. they will be locked down due to fear of data leaks by rouge staff etc....

    @HSBC_UK plz help . I have lost my card and am trying to log into online banking to get a new one issued but can’t remember my details - to reset it asks for details I don’t have (sort code etc - which are on my card!) plz help me get some way of accessing my account

    @HSBC_UK I have tried to log on to my business account but receive the message that the server is not available. Your website says that online banking is working normally. Is there a problem?

    @HSBC_UK i have tired to set up the HSBC app on the Mobile i bought here but it comes up with an error everytime i try and enter ID such as bank info for the first step. I need access to My money as everything not nailed down was stolen

    @HSBC_UK This is what I’ve tried but when I call it just directs me to the website to book and then the call ends so I can’t actually get through to book an appointment!

    @HSBC_UK disgusting service. I made you aware my father had passed away 6 weeks ago and took a copy of his death certificate to the branch. My Mum has had 6 phone calls in two weeks from HSBC asking to speak to my dad. What is your vulnerable customer policy?
