    @HSBC_UK That hasn’t worked in the past. I got told I had to go to a branch. Went to a branch and surprise, surprise, they said they couldn’t help either. Told me to phone in. No one answered. I really regret going with HSBC. I’d advise anyone else to steer clear. Customer service awful.

    @HSBC_UK Someone should tell Truss that most Bankers due for a tax cut, do not live North of Watford and so their extra cash will NOT trickle down to up there. 🙄😡

    @HSBC_UK If you were the last bank on earth, I wouldn't consider asking you for help.After all , you didn't help me 6 years ago when , after some serious fiscal problems , you decided to shut down my account after being with you for 35 years without a moments notice.REALLY helpful 🙄.

    @HSBC_UK I’m trying to find out what the max I can overpay is. I know it’s 10% of balance but no idea what that is. I only have a few days in which to do this for this year. I don’t want to overpay my overpay and be penalised. Can you help? It’s been over an hour now.

    @HSBC_UK provides the worst customer service I've gotten from a bank...
