Trying to (unsuccessfully) transfer to Virgin Mobile and now trying to (unsuccessfully) extricate myself after receiving literally nothing but hassle is genuinely the worst customer service I've ever received and I'm cursed with banking with @HSBC_UK . @virginhelp

@HSBC_UK Then I called again for the 6th time to get told that their documents weren’t uploaded for one of the applications but the other did! This is unacceptable service and treatment from you guys! There isn’t even any helpful way to do this!

If you're ever contemplating banking with @HSBC_UK do not do it!! Go elsewhere, worst customer service I've ever received from a bank. I've had to lodge 2 major complaints in the space of 6 months #Ridiculous

@AndyTheTallGuy @HSBC_UK It's a public beta, nowhere does it say on the public beta to not install on a main device. Almost every single other bank's apps work with the Public Beta, it's not down to a bug, it's due to HSBC not including iOS16 in their whitelist.

@HSBC_UK I have banked with you for over 25 years & been happy but today I have received really rubbish customer service. I have been on the phone for 1hr and 15 mins and still my enquiry has not been sorted. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed

@HSBC_UK hello again, could you please let me know what progress has been made in adding iOS-16 into the banking app launch list? Again, I know your not a big organisation and don’t have the funds of others but it would be good to support your customers.
