    .@HSBC_UK please how can I make an appointment to transfer funds at at HSBC branch in London? When I go to the website it says to call and when I call, I get the message to go the website. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    @thechilledpanda @HSBC_UK @HSBC Tried to complete this within the requested 24 hours but they needed exact details regarding amounts and sort codes, etc. But my accounts were locked for days so impossible to complete the information required.

    @HSBC_UK How long are your wait times to get through on the phone today? Trying to open a joint account with another existing HSBC customer. No online option to do it, been told have to do it over the phone but it is impossible to get through. 45 mins on waiting at the moment…

    @rooksby66 @HSBC_UK @HSBC They closed my local branch. The next closest one is closed for refurbishment, so I spent hours at another one yesterday and still not resolved. Poor woman there was also misdirected to 4 wrong departments trying to help me. It's just ridiculous

    @itvMLshow just tried to open a @HSBC_UK online bonus saver account. Been a customer over 20 years, got an advance account, credit card (0% and nil balance) & flexible saver but apparently can't open one because I'm "not a UK tax resident"....🤔 I and my wage slips beg to differ
