I have finally switched banks from @HSBC_UK but they want to send me 5 years worth of statements, unless I contact them in 7 working days 😳 I got that letter yesterday but it’s dated 15th Nov. I have been on hold for 45 mins already to try and cancel this.

@hhn_88_888 @ZodiacChris @HSBC_UK I went in yesterday to my local HSBC branch to pick up an ID device to use instead. I had a problem with my Debit Card and the staff there told me I had to call a helpline... I can't be bothered putting up with a 1980's bank anymore, I have started my move to Starling Bank

@LlyrDerwydd @XennialJoe @HSBC_UK We had the same problem, manager couldn’t deal with it and a nightmare to get hold of the safeguarding team! When we eventually got hold of a member of the safeguarding team we had their email address and sorted that way and she would ring us directly! Good luck!
