@HSBC_UK Another 24 hours and another problem. Money sent - Fraud Text Received - Phoned you to confirm it was legit. Funds just returned to me and now too late to send today!!!! SECOND TIME IN A WEEK you have stopped me sending my OWN money !!!!!!!!!!!!

@HSBC_UK I have been on the phone over an hour multiple times over the last few days it's horrific as nobody picks up - The problem I have needs a chat with a human, so I don't need online support. Just ridiculous!

@HSBC_UK Hi I'm an HSBC UK customer living overseas. I can't get access to my online account, and when I try calling long distance I sit on hold for 35+ minutes, then the line goes dead. I need to speak to someone so I can access my account. Please help!!!

@HSBC_UK impossible to get updates on a fraud, calling for 7 weeks now, calls disconnected and conflicting information. Decided today to make a formal complaint but after being on hold for 30 minutes the CSR cut me off. Tried to call again but gave up after 45 minutes unanswered
