@HSBC_UK how long is the hold queue? i’ve been on the phone for half an hour already, you say that your online chat is helpful but 90% of the time i’m told to call and they can’t fix it and end up being on hold for ages, my issue is an easy fix too this is so frustrating.

@HSBC_UK Applied for a credit card, approved, didn't click to accept the agreement. Want to continue the application but no one in the call centre understands the issue. Takes 45 minutes to get through. How can I speak to someone in your credit card team please to complete it?
