    Grotty customer service from local branch of @HSBC_UK. Again. I joined when it was the Midland bank, whose slogan was “The listening bank”. Just imagine.

    @HSBC_UK Cannot believe how terrible my account opening experience has been. After an arduous verification process, I have been waiting 10 weeks for my 'welcome pack' to be delivered, every time i call i receive an answer 'just wait'. How long will I wait, 10 years?

    @MoneySavingExp I haven't written one in about 15 years. Just had to bank 2, & with no banks left where I live, it was a real pain. Hubby has the @HSBC_UK app, but getting it to scan a cheque is impossible. Even when it says it's done it backtracks & changes its mind! Useless app.
