    @HMRCcustomers @HSBC_UK If this was the other way round you would issue a late payment charge! Nobody can explain at HMRC why the cheque was stopped and I now have to wait 18 weeks for a new cheque. Criminal!

    @HSBC_UK my husband has been waiting since 13/1 for a response to his business banking online issue. Ringing is now a daily occurrence but no joy

    @astralsnow @HSBC_UK I couldn’t access my account it showed missing credentials for a week then I contacted @michaelcodin_s who was able to give me back my account with all my memories intact and friends still there

    @HSBC_UK what is happening with my account and this new service??? I can't log in at all!! It's telling me to open the banking app but it's not allowing me. I NEED TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT TO DO MY BANKING AND YOU ARE BLOCKING IT!!!!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK Logging it as a formal complaint won’t change any outcome or resolve this I feel,so I will just cut the card in half and cancel it before I’ve even used it. Honestly a frustrating unhelpful service. Would never recommend HSBC to anyone after this evening.but thanks for your reply
