    @HSBC_UK She is inUSA and phoning that number from there will be expensive she tried but gave up after over 20 mins. As no one answered (I tried and had the same problem though they probably would not talk to me)

    @HSBC_UK I've been trying to apply for an Online Saver account but site says I'm not a UK taxpayer. I am! Been hanging on phone for 1 hour, website chat just a bot, nearest HSBC branch 10 miles away!! Utter frustration!!!

    @HSBC_UK your website says you have no issues with phone lines, but so far I am waiting 40 mins, so I have an issue with your phone lines. Also - why is there no complaints/feedback button on site?
