@HSBC_UK is there problems with the app? I’m trying to move funds and pay bills but it won’t load the recipients lists of where to send the money. According to the website there are no issues with any service but clearly there is.

@HSBC_UK How about putting this information out into the public domain as soon as you know, that way you might not have as many annoyed customers! I would of been happier seeing there’s an issue rather than having to ask!

@HSBC_UK @NakamotoPlaza Some customers? You mean all customers. Payees not working at all, tried on iphone, iPad and two laptops! So also isn’t just mobile banking. Any updates on when issue will be resolved?

@bentasker @HSBC_UK I had the same issue ..I never taught of getting my account back …massive appreciation to @AgentFemiTv for recovering my ..suspended ..locked.. hacked or banned .. disabled account you should check them out too.....✅ .
