@HSBC_UK They did and your branch have refused them access to their own money. Eventually said they’d made the transfer this afternoon apparently but the other party hasn’t received it! It should of taken no more than 2 hours.

@HSBC_UK Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. Problem is at your end. Sometimes it lets me log in, sometimes it doesn’t. I am going to change banks because I can’t operate a business with erratic and unreliable business account, and with very minimal help from #HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK since when do you have the right to REFUSE to let someone spend their money? Someone we know is trying to pay for an extension and your bank are refusing to let the customer move money and pay the company! Saying it’s not right and that the company should pay themselves!
