    @HSBC_UK you put my account 'under review' and I can't access my money or pay for anything, no DD or SOs from acct either-on hold for hours and nobody can tell me how long this will take.Absolutely disgusting customer service!

    @HSBC_UK something is wrong with the HSBC banking app on Android OS. I've checked the service updates but no info. I"m getting a "no internet connection" message after login details are accepted. My internet connection is fine, the message seems triggered post authentication.

    @HSBC_UK What’s the point in doing fraud checks when the customer service are basically telling me they won’t let me pay our solicitor ?! Absolutely outrageous

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK Have tried to use your online and mobile apps. Feedback - they are terrible. Your mobile app will not send me an activation code and yes I have called to update my number.

    @HSBC_UK Good morning. It would have been nice to have had some warning that you were completely changing the Mobile app. I would like to report an issue. 'Fast Balance' has completely disappeared. This was the one feature that I used. As I refuse to set up Digital Secure Key.

    @HSBC_UK I have finally spoken to someone after 4 hours trying and getting cut off 3 times. Had to do aa hard reset which is now done and access restored. I know I am not only one who had had issues with the app update which was obviously not tested fully.

    @HSBC_UK I’m going into branch tomorrow to sort it, first time I’ve been let down by customer service if you have someone adamant they want to make a payment I appreciate there needs to be checks but not listening to the customer is really poor

    @HSBC_UK @TatFordy82 Sounds like you're saying it is easier to switch to a different bank than to log back into our existing account. Please create a fix to the existing app so we can just log in as we have been doing previously

    @HSBC_UK I'm getting the GSA error message the last couple of days. Trying to log on to my online banking in Thailand. I have cleared my cookies, also tried another browser.
