Help @HSBC_UK my standing order for my bills left my account today but didn’t reach the intended bank account causing havoc. It normally works fine and I had sufficient funds. Where has the money gone!? Your chat function also says a SIX hour delay to speak to a human!

@HSBC_UK when you lock people out of internet and mobile banking, do you think it's helpful that your bot keeps asking you to login to internet or mobile banking then cuts the conversation? Honestly getting fed up with you.

@HSBC_UK 40 minutes trying to get my online banking ‘unsuspended’ Passed from pillar to post and eventually cut off. No resolution at all. If I really was a victim of fraud I’d be even more upset! Abysmal service!!

@HSBC_UK why is it impossible to speak by VOICE to anyone in your team lately? I am constantly on hold for up to an hour with both my personal and business accounts. In fact, it is impossible to speak to anyone other than by live chat for business!! BAD CSAT

@HSBC_UK I understand Colin Bell is CEO of HSBC Bank PLC. I am writing to him to ask him to get involved and arrange for someone to call me. If there's no response I will probably close my account and go to a bank that actually cares about customer service
