2 hrs 15 mins now..... I can't beleive anybody is actually answering the phones @HSBC_UK.... This is diabolical service to customers and don't even think about blaming covid... Thats just an excuse for bad service now 😡😡😡😡

@HSBC_UK Where are your agents? I've clocked up over 3 hours of waiting over the past 2 days. I am surprised there are any other customers left for them to help in queue ahead of me.

@actionfrauduk I was scammed by a person named Martin Robert using a fake company and a fake bank account in @HSBC_UK and i transferred 7500 € to buying his car but there's no car or mony at all, I'm living in Berlin and already submitted a report to @polizeiberlin thx for help.

@HSBC_UK do you really care about business customers? Have just put the phone down to your 03457 60 60 60 number after waiting over 2 hrs for no reply. This is my 4th call to you all of which I was kept waiting over 1 1/2 hrs. All to sort a mistake you made

@HSBC_UK I have moved home, lost my credit card in the move, so I don't know the expiry date of that card, which means I can't pass your security checks... how do I go about changing my details (nearest branch is 40 miles away. I hadn't setup telephone banking so can't access
