    @HSBC_UK No, do not recall receiving anything. The only emails I recall were about how balances were displayed and your website. I ended up having to phone and wait in a queue for 25 minutes to reset security but at least have access to the app again now.

    @HSBC_UK hey HSBC I'm an existing customer (20 yrs)really doing my best to open a joint account. Can't do it online (existing customer), can't do it over telephone banking and can't do it in any branch apart from one in a major city centre? Really? Easier to switch bank?

    @HSBC_UK your customer "service" leaves a lot to be desired yet again. I just need telephone security numbers set up for my children's accounts but one agent lies about the process to end the call, the next says an 11 year old needs to give authorization.

    thought that my (still going) 43mins on hold for @HSBC_UK wasa little epic. Went on their page and people are waiting 1.5-2hrs with no response. WTF!?

    @HSBC_UK I still can’t log into online banking on my iPad how long will this go on for. I can’t be the only person with an iPad who can’t log in ? I DM Steve last week but hadn’t realised it would continue . Any ideas .

    @c_j_d @HSBC_UK Santander couldn’t have been more different. Offered condolences, took us into a private room where both dad and I got a seat. Excellent customer care. Also, was never made to feel rushed. It was Ryan in the Bishop Auckland branch, if you’re listening @bancosantander

    @HSBC_UK no the phrase "I don't think I'll be able to get a manager to call you back " doesn't surprise me. At all. Not one little bit. I'm sure you would enjoy speaking, no enjoy listening, to my point of view. But, this is not possible. Amazing customer service.

    @HSBC_UK had to hang up after over an hour on hold. I then called back & requested the ring back service. That was over 2 hours ago, still no call despite you stating there is a 20 min wait
