    @HSBC_UK Hi, with the installation of the IOS 15 beta I’m unable to open the banking app, I also can’t login to the website because of forgetting my security number. Face ID is a blessing and a curse.

    @HSBC_UK Just heard Loughton branch is closing down in August- why oh why oh why?- its the only local branch in the area- how can it be stopped?- many customers (like myself) cant go 'on line'- please voice your objections- ta, mo green
