    @HSBC_UK Whatever business you are in, you have to listen to customer and understand the situation and the suggest answer. That too I visited twice to bank and asked for reason of failure, she just said to repeat same steps

    @HSBC_UK how do I go about praising /complimenting a member of branch staff? Your website makes this impossible and the chatbot is useless. I am no longer an HSBC customer so even going through the telephone line is difficult
