    I'm sorry @HSBC_UK your service to become a Premier customer is not good enough. 35 minutes on hold to do an initial check if eligible. Now to wait 4 days for a call back to arrange an appointment to set up the account. Earliest appointment is 11th May... [1/2]

    Numerous @HSBC_UK Premier and Business bank accounts with substantial sums held. Your staff cannot confirm our relationship manager contact info and decline a new bank account to sit alongside our others! Ridiculous poor service with zero consideration.

    So the money that I had stolen from my account has gone out anyway even after raising an issue last week. Now I'm Β£500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!

    @HSBC_UK failed responses to emails to named account as requested by staff member @ Malvern branch. Rang number on business card. Unable to help. Am trying to open an account and make deposit. Any customer care? Any assistance?

    @HSBC_UK trying to transfer money from one account to another despite assurances that it’s been done this will be now be my 4 call to your call centre to try and get it done truly shocking service 🀬🀬 simply not a good experience

    @HSBC_UK My question was how to log in without a qr code. How can I scan a qr code when using the device with the scanner to try and log on to the website. For clarity I only have one device.

    @HSBC_UK online banking is so secure that I can't even access my own account. You need about 4 different passwords to log back in for them to tell you the automated service is closed until 8am. ******* useless.
