  @HSBC_UK was on hold for two hours last night and just got hung up on this morning. I really need to speak to someone. This isn't the first time this has happened. This is seriously appalling service, would not recommend anyone setting up an account.

  @HSBC_UK How and when will I find out when there is a fix for the Digital Secure Key app which was broken by the Android 11 update on my Nokia? I have no way to log onto mobile banking to check my account, it is really inconvenient. I really hope it's not just a problem for me.

  @HSBC_UK why are you impossible to get hold of? I've called 4 times today and either the call quality is so bad its impossible to hear, or you've cut me off after waiting 30 minutes! appalling service #HSBC
