    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Following massive errors made by your Fraud team with my business account last month, a small offer of compensation was made by one of your complaints managers. I responded in acceptance but have had NO acknowledgement since despite chasing 5 times. +No payment.

    @HSBC_UK I've tried your customer number and have been passed to 3 different departments then hung you hung up. You have a sent a text and email saying there's a security problem but then nobody wants to help. Thanks for reminding me why I closed my account in the first place!

    @HSBC_UK whats wrong with your customer service? I was supposed to be provided a “relationship manager” ( i haven’t ) as part of “premier” service. Apparently now i have to call an intl number to speak to this person who doesnt exist. I cant raise a complaint to have it resolved

    @HSBC_UK you have to be the most incompetent, impossible bank ever. I look forward to closing my account. You block my account because you failed 4 times to update my address and now expect me to provide ID and proof of address again for the 3rd time!

    @HSBC_UK how can I raise a complaint? We’re trying to open up a joint savings acc as existing custs and you don’t offer the service via telephone and some of your sub serviced branches. Cant get an app for April or mid May in my full services local branch? How poor is that!!

    @HSBC_UK Well it started well. I was contacted after naming and shaming on twitter. Was even given £50 compensation and promised I would be contacted and given help and advice. Sadly this has not happened. Spent another hour on phone friday with a promise of a return call today

    @dsymetweets @HSBC_UK I can't pay my mortgage, my bills or travel for work. I am helpless, as I now rely on HSBC to send me the paperwork I apparently need to access the funds. I've explained the urgency, they tell me I have to complete paperwork first, but won't send it. This is horrific behaviour

    @HSBC_UK I'm not able to pay/transfer from my accounts. I keep getting an error "you have no eligible accounts to move money from". Same issue on phone and Web app can’t make my monthly payments - is there a problem with the app ???
