    Trying to set up a business account with HSBC for our management company they got my mob wrong, name wrong and therefore no call from them and you can’t call anyone and now have to go through another chat online - dreadful service @HSBC_UK @HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Social media – no But you can improve your mobile app so that I almost never need to open a web app And you can improve you chat support so that less people will need to use calls And you can provide direct number to fraud alert calls, so I need to wait in a general queue

    @HSBC_UK Hi Team, trying to contact customer care and all they are doing is transfer my calls from one person to other from last 2 hrs. Can anyone please help me?? Its irritating and I have other work to do than to deal with this incompetency.

    @HSBC_UK Still trying to pay my builder. 3 calls to Customer Service and finally got Fraud team who have “frozen my account”.Asked to “hold on” and was then cut off. HSBC obviously does not care about serving ordinary customers

    @HSBC_UK your mobile banking app is so bad and not user friend especially for an 80 year old. What is the best way (easiest option) my dad can speak to help him reset his passwords? Your app is taking us in circles - compare to your competitors and you’ll see how poor it is

    @HSBC_UK Horrible service you're providing to HSBC premier clients. It used to take 5 minutes to reach a live agent on the phone. After 8 hours today, I have not had a single human being help me on an urgent credit card issue, be it on chat or phone. Shame on you HSBC!
