@HSBC_UK I've just had the worst experience this evening. Leaving me with no access to my bank account when I have 2 young children. When I take the long distance to the branch tomorrow full of disappointment in the bank I choose...I will be closing my account.

Just wow - had @HSBC_UK complaint upheld on numerous counts (3rd week of being locked out of account, still might be 6-Dec before they can restore access), despite branch visit with photo ID. Max compensation? Just £100. But they offer £200 to new account switchers! Words fail.

@HSBC_UK 2.5 hours going round in circles, being passed between telephone banking and BIB to speak to someone because no-one can answer my query. I'm losing the will to go on and you're losing a good customer of 10 years!
