    @katherinealee @HSBC_UK STARLING. You could have a new account in quite literally the next five minutes. Everything online, verify with passport or driving licence and have never had an issue with their online chat 💬

    Anyone else had issues paying with their @HSBC_UK credit card? 3rd place it hasn’t been accepted in a week. I called the bank & they said it’s not my card, it’s something to do with new rules that companies haven’t complied with. Means I’m having to use my debit all the time.

    I wish @HSBC_UK @HSBC Kinetic would STOP sending me a statement in the post every time I receive money in. Sooooo annoying! I get letters weekly and they don’t offer online statements. Just terrible

    @HSBC_UK so fed up your CS quality you offer, was stuck on the phone for 15 minutes, transferred 3 times…still not connected to the correct agent to speak about simple payment issue. Also, I have not receive my new debit card and pin sent on 12 March…

    15 days after cancelling my debit card @HSBC_UK still haven’t delivered my new one. Shocking. I’ve had my driving licence, club card and credit cards all over a week ago. What will it take to actually get access to my own money??

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a HSBC customer but I believe someone has tried to use my details in order to apply or open an account with you. It’s showing on my credit file but I haven’t done anything. How can I get in touch with your fraud team please?
