@Namecheap With the greatest respect, there's nothing to investigate. The website claims to be from HSBC Group. Unless the product was bought using a card registered to HSBC Group, it's pretty obviosuly being used for phishing. cc @HSBC_UK

@_EmmaGH @HSBC_UK Switch to @firstdirect and never have to worry about bad customer service again. Not even a customer at the minute but their customer service was always unbelievable. Almost always speaking to someone within 3 rings

@JudiciaIreview @HSBC_UK Wait times were the same more or less on Friday when I first tried to raise the issue (in two phone calls). If I had more money or could afford to lose this much maybe I could leave for a few days to see if phone queues get shorter — but I can’t do that

@HSBC_UK Been waiting for an hour to get through to your fraud prevention team, listening to your awful hold music. No way to know if I’m actually still in a queue or have been lost. This is terrible service. Utterly inept. What on earth is going on? Premier service? What a joke.
