    A fun thing about having to call @HSBC_UK about their app not working is the sheer number of times they tell you how much quicker it would be to talk to them via their app. I’ve been on hold for ten minutes now, lads, if I could be on your app I would be.

    @HSBC_UK @carlistyping This seems to be a problem you've had for a long time. Any chance you could pop your call centre manager up front to answer why, for at least 6 months, they have not been doing the job for which they are paid?

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, I keep doing what you suggested since this morning; also I deleted some apps and photos but still the app keeps crashing; to begin with this is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 so fix it

    @HSBC_UK Hi Jess, having spent another hour queuing at a local branch I’ve been told I have to persist with dialling the BIB helpdesk number. Your “call back service” doesn’t work, it’s not actionable….I’ve sent customer relations an email. Let’s see how long this takes to resolve

    @greekktragedy Totally agree. It’s terrible!!! There’s nothing discreet about it - I would think the person three rows behind you on the bus could read how much you have in your account, the writing is so big!! Hate it @HSBC_UK

    @jcroberts171 @HSBC_UK It's incredible. They treat us with contempt. Their staff in branches are unable to help with anything and yet they seem to behave as if they're not expecting to have to answer the phone to masses of customers as a result.
