    @HSBC_UK Been on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting talk to someone, absolutely shocking no one picked up. Not great service, especially when you’re local branch has closed down. Bet I still got charged while being on hold! For nothing.

    @HSBC_UK I want to pay off my credit card. I bank with a different bank so how can I do it online and your customer service can't take payment??? Very backwards way of paying bills!

    @ElisabethHobbes @HSBC_UK Hi Elisabeth, just wondering if this ever got resolved for you? Sorry to drag up a very old tweet but having the exact same issue here! HSBC have been very unhelpful in brand and said "its never happened before" and "it's an issue with the cheque"

    @HSBC_UK Hello, I am a First Direct customer and have some old £50 notes. May I visit my nearest counter service HSBC branch and deposit these old notes in to my First Direct account? I have spoken to First Direct who have confirmed that this is possible.
