    @HSBC_UK I’m trying to open a new account with you. I have uploaded my proof of address repeatedly to Jumio to no avail. I’m calling to the non-customers phone number but I’m asked for my sort code/customer number, which I don’t have because I don’t have an account. Any help?

    @HSBC_UK been waiting for the ability to have access to telephone banking now for 6 weeks, so I can check my children's bank accounts. Been hanging on the phone for almost 20 minutes - this is not good enough.
