    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I have been seeing this post everywhere and a lot of people keep saying reach out to her and I eventually did and it turned out to be legit, I Invested $5,000 and get back $10,000 in 1week. Through the help of @Investor_Teri.

    @HSBC_UK Over 26 hours no online banking app failure!!! Already spoken with your customer service representatives at complaints team. Next up your company CEO department and ask them what they intend to do so it doesn't keep happening!

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK They’re awful. I spent over 9 hours trying to speak to someone about my account. When I go ally did they were awful. I bank with Lloyds now - you can always get through within 20 mins & they’re always helpful

    @HSBC_UK if you are thinking of banking or investing - I would warn you that they will steal from you and have a thousand excuses why for some reason a bank can’t access money.

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Personally, I love having live chats or live video calls with @Barclays on their app! Never been an issue tbh. Always been able to solve problems. Then again, I never carry cash or deal with cheques or anything like that.
