@HSBC_UK @HSBC I have been trying to setup a standing order on your app for an existing payee and unable too due a system issue. Can you please resolve this situation as it’s a little difficult arranging this over the phone? I have tried online banking and same error message!

@HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness Thanks. My debit card won’t let me purchase anything over £100 as you claim you don’t have an up to date mobile number for me. But when I log in to my account, you do? I don’t have an hour to waste calling your call centre either.

@HSBC_UK I just discovered through my Experian file that someone has opened an account at your bank in my name and it’s impossible to reach you. Went into a branch and they were unhelpful. What do I do?????!!!!!!

@HSBC_UK Hi. New phone. Logged into new phone using old phone. Worked fine. Deleted app off old phone. Being asked to do it again but can't because I deleted old app. Now locked out of app. Website requires the app to unlock the app! What am I missing here???

@HSBC_UK DO you only have one person answering the phones. I waisted whole day yesterday on waiting. Business account is blocked and can't get any help from you guys. How we are supposed to run business while waiting over the phone.

Hey @QuickBooksUK, my @HSBC_UK bank online feed is missing some accounts. They are telling me that Quickbooks don't support HSBC bank feeds anymore since 1 Aug 2021. How accurate is this, and if so, what communication to customers has been done?
