    @HSBC_UK Is the Mobile Banking app and online Banking DOWN, I am unable to logon to both of them. While logon to Mobile app it says "service temporarily unavailable" while logon to Online Banking website it says "GSA system error"

    @HSBC_UK wish I could find out why you recalled a transaction I authorised over the phone two days ago but I can’t because you don’t take calls after 8pm and your app is broken again so no access to 24/7 chat function. Thanks for being terrible.

    @HSBC_UK Still nothing. Please please please can somebody look into this asap. It's literally killing me with stress. 4 weeks without access to the funds! It's ridiculous. How are we supposed to cope?

    @HSBC_UK My mobile app won’t open so I’m trying to log on via my computer. Can’t do that because I need to use a code which goes through the app!! What a stupid system. Can’t call anyone to help because lines close at 8pm. Can’t generate an online chat without using the app!!! 😡

    @HSBC_UK I put in a request to switch a direct debit from one HSBC current account to another. It's been 10 days and after chatting with 5 different people at HSBC, it still hasn't been done. What is the problem @HSBC_UK ? Why don't you hire more people?
