@DrOlusesan @HSBC_UK A friend just confirmed this to me now. Her @HSBC_UK account was also blocked. There seems to be a FRAUDULENT automated call people are receiving regarding HMRC telling them to press 1. These fraud guyz are evolving. May God help us

@HSBC_UK I transferred winnings from my @paddypower account but I’ve never received the money, yet HSBC say they can’t trace it, and PP say they need proof from HSBC, except it takes an hour just to get through to HSBC! I’d just like my money, yet customer service is shocking!

Hi @HSBC_UK @nsandihelp I've been trying to buy more premium bonds the last couple of days but the transactions keep getting declined. I realised I never updated my address... have now done so, but still they get denied asking me to check my details match!? Can you help 😔

. @HSBC_UK I have found the process of opening a premier account so slow and problematic that I am exhausted by constantly chasing your team to get to the next step. Should it take a month to open a current account with a prefix of Premier?

@DrOlusesan @HSBC_UK 2/2 they are using the money to buy clothes in US,he had to block his account and went immediately to GTB the next morning..Thank God for been swift enough,the money never comot his ledger account..but long story short..it took two months after writing the company his account was
