@HSBC_UK No Improvement for customers👎Our local HSBC just been refurbished. There is now zero counter service; you are forced to use one of a plethora of HSBC machines. As for cash, you no longer accept or issue it; what a bank! For this they advise to go to a local Post Office.

@HSBC_UK switched phones last night:if I knew how hard it was going to be to use the APP on it I wouldn’t have bothered. I’m locked out despite entering the correct number; having to create a new login; currently on hold and struggling with my patience as I’ve been hung up on!

@HSBC_UK Spent more an hour and entered my acc number and sort code 5 times, even after speaking to different agent, don’t understand why i need to do this.. still listening to ur music. Be customer focused.. You let me down.
