@HSBC_UK 1hr 12 mins holding on for an advisor only to then get to 8pm and automatically cut off !!... Thanks to this im now £192 out of pocket as I couldn't stop 2 fraud payments from my account I noticed.. Do you care at all about customers ? Not acceptable. Help no required.

@HSBC_UK Shocking service from HSBC - using COVID as an excuse every time we call for upgrades and account changes, then you tell my pregnant wife she needs to go in to a branch all because you’ve frozen her account without informing her? Or of the reason?

@HSBC_UK yet again Hsbc have failed to provide the most basic customer service. Internet banking forms completed and 3 weeks later no details back as promised. 3 chasing phone calls and now we have to start again. #hsbcareuseless

@HSBC_UK Hi, how can I unfreeze my account.I lost my phone with my registered number and tried to change the phone number to the new phone, no luck, please help me, I've been on hold for 20 minutes and no reply.
