    Well found out this week can’t deposit money @Barclays on a Saturday as they don’t have a counter service, though did have 3 (friendly) but unoccupied staff stood around and can’t withdraw cash at @HSBC_UK as they don’t have a cashier service though, again, had 3 staff unoccupied

    @HSBC_UK Hi Russell /Desi /Kris /&c - any news about the crashing problem which lots of customers are experiencing? or must we all wait till the digital team emerge from the early hibernation they began in August 😴? Most other banks offer a mobile banking app like HSBC used to.

    @HSBC_UK your Richmond branch has removed all counter service but you have more staff?? How can you keep customer loyalty when I now have to travel 1hr and pay for transport just to make a withdrawal above the limit? You should be letting customers know

    @HSBC_UK @JackMcglocks no chat support available, wait time over an hour on the phone and still waiting and don’t get me started on Ask Andrew. He is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK this is ridiculous. Trying to contact you about fraud on my account and phoned three times to be passed from number to number and now the persons head set is broke! Great customer service 👏🏻 well done

    Horrendous service from @HSBC_UK mentioning they would send a chequebook to me ( I know who uses them but a company has specifically asked for it) it's been 3 days passed their SLA...

    @HSBC_UK You do not give your agents key info that customers need. You failed, resulting in a 3 branch trip around SW London in pouring rain. Everyone we met was empathic and helped in a very challenging situation. Online and by phone it was a still unsolved customer service disaster.

    @Joy_flamingo @HSBC_UK Thank you .. they closed again for C19 reasons ... ended up on a 2 hour trek around SW London in pouring rain. When you get to talk to real branch people they where truly trying to help. On line and on the phone. .. polite at best, but don't have access to key info. C'est la vie.
