    Online banking is free, but we cannot have it. Switching to another bank in Covid times is very difficult. Have been into local branch. They can't help. Poor job @HSBC_UK . Charitable support - I think not. I am so cross. #HSBC #Poorcustomerservice

    @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken With NatWest I never had a problem to send money to Kraken or Coinbase but they ban the transaction to Binance. Unfortunately soon they going to replace all visa cards with master cards

    @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken My bank tried this with me. I believe I said things along the lines of "go **** yourself," "who do you think you're ******* with?" etc etc. None of it was nice. They did what I said to do and I haven't had a problem since. Have you tried telling them to go **** themselves?

    NO words can really describe how bad @HSBC_UK @HSBC service and customer experience are! The people who tout that they can do "digital transformation" laughable! Surprised they can spell it! Terrible terrible service!

    @HSBC_UK You say you are sorry and then say you will get back ASAP! None of those seem to be at all true! I sent all the details to you last week and nothing! Now I'm expecting to hear some more excuses from you! Sounds typical of your service!

    @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken I was unable to make a transfer to kraken as well. My bank account froze and was a real pain to gain access again
