    @HSBC_UK I called you yesterday and you knew nothing about it as you know to actually say use your online bank account when you use the security generator from your app, (because my current security device is flat) APP HAS NOW BEEN DOWN 2 DAYS , come on sort it out HSBC!😡

    @HSBC_UK Very annoyed with HSBC in Portsmouth. The automated cheque machine has been down for over a week. The queues are so long to wait for cashieres. Needs to be fixed!
