  @CleansedTweets @pchindle @HSBC_UK Both myself and my mother have uk bank accounts and they have our address in Spain,never an issue,it should be same situation for yourself, if you have a home address in uk again they shouldnt be closing your account,it’s not illegal to travel and be out of the country for years

  @HSBC_UK I had an account with you when in UK. I moved to India for two years and now want to use the account. Since the number registered with you is not working, I am not able to login. Could you please help me in logging into my account by verifying the details using email.

  After a long run. Today I will be closing my @HSBC_UK account and savings account. The service has massively declined, the customer service agents don’t know how to action requests which has ultimately cost me a vast amount of money over the last few months.

  @HSBC_UK Hi, I’ve cancelled my credit card and the app has now signed me out. I still have a document I need to read but can’t access it. Will this be sent to me in the post instead? I’m assuming it just says to cut up the card, but I’m not sure.
