    @hannah_pinnock @HSBC_UK I’m glad it’s not just me, I thought I got hacked. It’s saying a problem accessing UK accounts - I don’t have any other accounts. My card got declined buying things - for my my kids party tomorrow!! Not a good time. Anyone get through to them?

    @HSBC_UK This is the first friday in the month and people get paid during the end of the month, and your app is down and nothing to indicate what’s the problem and no comms at all, i am not going to rely you on ever again. @StarlingBank can we trust you? If yes i will be moving.

    @CharloMckay @HSBC_UK The API is completely down so you basically cannot do anything whether that be login, transfers, payments etc. It's been like this since about 8pm tonight. Stunned that one of the world's largest banks hasn't event formally communicated that it's API team are investigating!
