    It's a shame that when @JohnLewisRetail decided to end the Partnership card relationship with @HSBC_UK they didn't sort out between them how to properly resource customer service. Frustrating delays on my credit balance and an idiot at the end of the phone. Yet more brand damage.

    @HSBC_UK 45 mins on hold, 3 operators answer the call and everyone of them puts me back to main menu! Terrible service, hard enough to run a business these days without this added annoyance!

    @HSBC_UK He hates the phone. Just forget it. He now wants to move his money elsewhere. By the way, your online chat service could not be more unhelpful if they tried.
