    @HSBC_UK If I were an HSBC customer in need of help I think the last place I'd turn to for that help would be HSBC. In the world of banking any help on offer in a financial crisis travels in one direction & one direction only - from the taxpayer (their customers) to the bank.

    @HSBC_UK is it really necessary to be kept on hold for nearly 90 minutes to support an elderly and disabled gentleman to make a simple payment? Completely unhelpful.

    @HSBC_UK I've been on hold for an hour because you've (wrongly) blocked my account again. If you're going to keep messing people around, you could at least employ a few more people to answer the phones. The quality of service from you has been awful recently!

    @HSBC_UK No, the baños will never help the people as helping the people does not create profit...hence interest rate goes up and don't even try give breaks on loans repayments etc...
