    @HSBC_UK it's VERY disappointing to read you're closing the Brighouse branch. Especially when reading the report it's says 39% can't access banking any other way and 22% have needs, that you'll have to address. That's about half your customers. Surely that's enough to stay open?

    @HSBC_UK I tried to sort this out. Chat bot couldn't help, Human chat couldn't help. Called fraud number and they had to transfer to get block remove. When transferred that person hung up. Still can't use my card. Unsure how I'll pay my train fare in the morning.
