Two people. One joint @HSBC @HSBC_UK account. Same address. Same finances. Yet I’m often delayed and restricted to manage my account while my English partner isn’t. After 10+ years as a customer, I’m left wondering: what explains the difference? #banking #uk #money

@HSBC_UK what a mess of a banking service you are!! Disgusting. And no I don't want to DM you because nothing happens thereafter!! You shouldn't be allowed to call yourselves a bank!

@HSBC_UK So you’ll engage when it’s fun, but block me after you’ve been abusive and insulting and I just want an apology and assurance it won’t happen again.

@HSBC_UK This answer shows you actually take no notice of concerns. I need no help, I was trying to help your customer who had been scammed. Not a single helpful protocol enabled by your fraud call centre.

@HSBC_UK Hi myself my wife and kids are all on the correct version on different devices, and it shows the licence error for all of us when trying to to play in a cheque.

@HSBC_UK Do NOT use @HSBC. Their customer care is completely incompetent. Dealt with an agent who didn't understand a word I was saying and just blocked my account out of nowhere. Worst customer service ever. #BadService #HSBC

@HSBC_UK But your agents on the phone cannot help people with online applications. They say that themselves. You really need to work on your new customer journey as right now .. I can't see why anyone would want to struggle with it and become a customer.

@HSBC_UK You really are going to the dogs. Recently e have had several problems with our service. This evening I wanted to edit a payee and could not manage the change so thought I’d email securely but oh no that facility has been removed. Use chat! Will look into alternatives

@HSBC_UK you were informed 6 weeks ago that my father had passed away, however you keep calling my mum asking to speak to him. What is your vulnerable customer policy. Disgusting behaviour!

@HSBC_UK good afternoon, I was given incorrect information when speaking to a representative in the chat now section of the app. How do I contact customer services to report this ?
