    just got new @HSBC_UK credit card. 1st Impressions? Crap. can’t register 4 online a/c without Tele Security nbr, but can’t get that without calling 8am-8pm. Tried activating card, “sorry there’s a problem”. So can’t see, do or try. Not a good new customer experience 4/10

    @HSBC_UK No longer receiving notifications when transactions happen on my current account. Tried livechat, no help, told to call, but no one answering.

    @HSBC_UK 39 mins waiting for someone to answer the call and still being told that “you’re aware of the call and will answer in a minute”……. Poor service - employ more staff!

    @HSBC_UK Has the Physical Secure Key (PSK) completely been replaced by Digital Secure Key (DSK)? The PSK codes generated are no longer accepted by website, while the DSK is?

    I'd love to go to @HSBC_UK, click on my DD or SO and see a break down of payments made ATLEAST back to the start of the previous tax year! Wouldn't that be helpful!!!

    @HSBC_UK online payments failing. Error message states that your contact information is not updated. I checked twice but everything on the contacts is correct. Some glitch with the app.
