    @PPF I previously tweeted about the fraudulent activity surrounding my fathers pension. 1. A letter stating a new @HSBC_UK bank account created in his name. 2. My dad not getting his pension funds for nearly 4 mnths 3. The inability to get this resolved. Will you now help?!?!?

    @HSBC_UK I've explained that taking the documents to a branch is very complicated, and I was promised a call to resolve but instead I just got another ignorant text. You really have turned into bank that has no concept of Customer Service.

    @HSBC_UK I have had a new phone with Android 11. I can install the Mobile banking app but when I try to open it it just keeps rebooting my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it is still not working. Please can you help?

    Hello @HSBC_UK! I've contacted you numerous times as I'm a victim of impersonation & the fraud team doesn't deem is necessary to solve the issue. It's impacting my credit rating massively. What's your suggestion to help me here?

    @HSBC_UK Hello. Every time I login to my online banking it is saying I have exceeded the maximum number of devices. My online banking is only On 1 device.
