    @HSBC_UK Business Banking. On hold for 1 hr 15 mins. Need urgent access to my money!! - but no one is answering the phone and online agents can't help. Tried calling several times previously for another important issue but no one ever answers. Disgraceful.

    @HSBC_UK That is correct - tried that and still having the same issue. Tried clearing cache and cookies on iPad and desktop and still having the same issue.

    @HSBC_UK It's not just the app. It's the entire experience of desktop banking and having to use your terrible clunky app. It's all just awful.
