    @Cashplus @HSBC_UK @Cashplus I just got off the phone with support for the 4th time (one of them actually told me to hold and hung up). Apparently, I need to physically get documents certified (who on earth does this) and then send them via post and wait 10 days. This is in the 21st Century.

    @HSBC_UK STOLE MY MONEY. I requested Direct Debit Indemnity on Monday, 3rd April 2023. I have been asked to wait 5 working days for the refund. It's 11th April today, 8 days over due to bank holiday weekend. FINANCIAL ABUSER is @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK I have been locked out of my account,on my iPad with your mobile banking app. I have been on the phone trying to speak to someone,in a different country,to rectify this problem. Unfortunately the people who you employ,have not been able to help me one bit 1/2

    @JaneRockHouse @Apple @HSBC_UK I’m so sorry, this sounds awful. So as to help others in the future it would be really useful to know what the thieves did? I can’t do anything on my phone until I’ve unlocked it either with FaceID or my passcode. How did the thieves bypass that?
