    @HSBC_UK I am a Premier account holder, have had my phone and wallet stolen in Portugal, service offered by Aviva is woeful, unable to get through, told that coverage is actually much lower than advertised, with a month wait. Stranded here for a week more no phone bank cards etc

    So @HSBC_UK won't let me log in to my account on my phone, because I have a Medical ID app. Amazing

    @HSBC_UK This is one of the worst banks I have dealt with, no customer care at all, avoid opening an account with them especially Business account

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to pay a cheque in using the App. It is giving me an error message saying try again later. How long do you expect this problem to last.

    @stephenpratley @HSBC_UK The fact the HSBC biz app still has no notifications and their card has no Apple Pay support tells you everything about their care for customers. They don’t give a ****.

    @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it
