@HSBC_UK Seriously considering closing my HSBC current accounts, after 35 years. Not only do I have to travel to the next town since my branch was shut down, but now they are not open at all on a Saturday. I work M-F so I have no way of paying in cash or any cheque over £500.

@HSBC_UK Complete customer service on all levels. Claim to telephone you, but don't then state your complaint is solved. If you wish to escalate, escalate, you not even done anything. Bankers really are.... .

@HSBC_UK So instead of making a complaint, I want to mention Carlos Apolaya - someone you are very lucky to have, really I cannot stress this enough. And he didn't mention this but I know today this man sat with me during his lunch break to help me. I am so grateful for his kindness.

@HSBCUKBusiness Customer service hours for our business account customers will remain 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri on our new handle @HSBC_UK. For our personal banking customers our customer service hours will remain the same (8am – 8pm, Mon – Sun).

@HSBC_UK Hi there. The app begins to open, showing the HSBC logo, but then crashes out to the iPhone menu before going to the log in page. I did manage to get on once, but when I clicked my account it crashed again.
