@HSBC_UK you services are crap, opened an account and still waiting for telephone security number, been told to go to branch but branch said cant help, you customer representative are incompetent and didn’t record my security answers and said i have to now wait to verify. #crap

@HSBC_UK My banking app keeps refusing to open, running on iOS 12.5.5. I've seen similar talk from other customers, but never experienced it myself, what exactly can I do to fix this, without having to get a physical security key?

@HSBC_UK is there an issue with your payment systems? Trying since 9am to make payments through the app but keep getting a message that service isn't available. Can't log into online account as when I try & generate security code through your useless app I just get a black box
