    @nippa77 @HSBC_UK Can't access the app and online banking won't accept my user ID even before I get to the point of needing the app to type in security codes. Not using Sky.

    @HSBC_UK your website appears to be broken. Your 'help' robot was of no use and after an hour of the recorded voice telling me to use the online banking which access to is indeed the very issue, I have aborted that mission. Please, a simple tweet from a person saying your care.
