@HSBC_UK I have having difficulty trying to open a new account with HSBC, branch is telling me I have to do it over the phone, the phone help desk is saying I can't do it over the phone, and online says I can't open another as I am already a customer, help please

@mistress_lu @HSBC_UK You're not alone - I can't open the app either since the update. I'd only just switched from a physical secure key to a digital secure key as well, and now no way to access my account.
