    @HSBC_UK This answer shows you actually take no notice of concerns. I need no help, I was trying to help your customer who had been scammed. Not a single helpful protocol enabled by your fraud call centre.

    @shegszmaestro @HSBC_UK I think the most infuriating thing about this is that they're not giving any reasons for the accounts not still being blocked, and no timeline either! @HSBC_UK you guys need to fix up.

    Hey @HSBC_UK Three hours of a Friday evening wasted trying to get a coherent answer to a single question about a credit card balance transfer… Been a customer for 30 years, mortgage with you for 20 and I’m now considering leaving over a single question.

    @HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

    @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.

    @HSBC_UK I had an account with you when in UK. I moved to India for two years and now want to use the account. Since the number registered with you is not working, I am not able to login. Could you please help me in logging into my account by verifying the details using email.

    HSBC Apple Pay. Possibly all(?) HSBC UK customers have woken to an email from them confirming registration of their card on to Apple Pay. Contact centre on +30 minute wait times as concerned customers phone in. I’m told the comms were sent in error. @HSBC_UK
