@TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

@HSBC_UK Having ordered a new secure key (the old one got deactivated for no good reason and couldn't be reactivated) I'm now told that it can take up to 7 working days to get to me. Leaving me 11 days without being able to access my account. I think it's time to switch bank.

@HSBC_UK I am trying to open a business bank account. Your systems are so impenetrable that it is impossible to get anything done. Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with banking.

Hi @HSBC_UK How do I find out the list of HSBC Premier Credit Card airline & hotel transfer partners (and the transfer rates) before applying for a credit card? Strange that this info is not on your website given that this is a major part of the reason to choose the card.

@HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly, you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

Noting there is no "counter service" in the bank at all on a Saturday so nothing complex can be undertaken. Not an issue for me as my local @HSBC_UK shut years ago.

Two people. One joint @HSBC @HSBC_UK account. Same address. Same finances. Yet I’m often delayed and restricted to manage my account while my English partner isn’t. After 10+ years as a customer, I’m left wondering: what explains the difference? #banking #uk #money

@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
