@HSBC_UK I've had my moments with you guys, but credit where it's due - lost my security device and called HSBC to order a new one. Expecting a long hold time and drawn out process, I was very happy to have a team member help me set up the digital banking app....

@HSBC_UK you are TERRIBLE. My card has been used fraudulently and your customer service agents have no idea what to do. Mixed messages, confusion and terrible service at a frustrating time. They can't even read your system to understand whether a payment has left an account 😐

  • RobertHGeorge Rob George (@RobertHGeorge) reported

Been waiting over half an hour for @HSBC_UK to answer the phone at their help line. Is anyone there? They used to answer very quickly.

@HSBC_UK Hi thanks but that doesn’t help me speak to someone. Tells me I can call but you won’t take my call without bank details. Says visit us in branch. Not one local with a full service. I just want to know if it’s a small few pence in the account or not so can close it

  • CarolRanger1 Carol Ranger (@CarolRanger1) reported

@HSBC_UK What is going on? No one answering the phones? Terrible customer service. When you pick up I’m going to close my account and go elsewhere!

  • AdaGolightl90 Adam (@AdaGolightl90) reported

@HSBC_UK is it normal for a contactless payment to be authorised from a mobile phone without the wallet open and the card facility requested? Tried to resolve this earlier on the phone and was met with humiliating customer service.

@HSBC_UK Signed up for the Online Bonus Savings Account-paying 3% interest- four days ago only to receive an email today telling me that it is now only paying interest at 1.3%. Still advertising it at 3% on your website though. Was the email sent out in error?
