@HSBC_UK Business banking. I was told to get a new security device in branch which I did. Because of this I didn’t receive a pin to access it. Every occasion since then I have failed security for BIB for some reason that I can’t be told. Therefore I can’t get online with BIB. I have now

@HSBC_UK Nuneaton branch opened at 10:15 this morning due to staffing issues. Was made to wait in the street with a high sum of money. Dreadful bank, dreadful cs. You’re supposed to be a world class bank, not a market trader.
