In the queue for @HSBC_UK Business Banking. My call is "important" to them but so far been waiting 39 minutes. And we're going to be paying charges for this too! You'd think some of the $4.2 billion from Q3 could pay for a few more customer service agents!

Should never have updated my iPhone! @HSBC_UK app doesn’t work with ios15, I’ve found out 🙈 deleted app and reinstalled but now locked out! Can’t access banking online as I need the security code generated on app! Called & office closed aaaahhh!!! Job for morning!
