.@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.

@HSBC_UK I sent money from my account with you to my son’s @Revolut bank account yesterday and today (details matched fully); but he has not, it turns out received either, creating problems and stress. Please could you explain where you have put my money, and why I wasn’t told?

@HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.

@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

@HSBC_UK Your support team are absolutely appalling. They are literally refusing to help me with issues which fall directly under the UK's Direct Debit Guarantee
