    @HSBC_UK having shut down my local churches account promising to pay the balance, still haven’t paid it. Church warden in tears. Not answering phone. Can’t do live chat because account has been closed! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE #poor

    @HSBC_UK did someone on work experience make your banking app? I think you'd fail your GCSE exam making such an awful app. Go look at barclays, get some ideas, sack your app designer and try again.
