    Considering opening a business bank account? Whatever you do, don’t go with @HSBC_UK. It could take you months. Even without any issues that need dealing with. If things CAN take longer, they will. It’s like pulling teeth.

    @HSBC_UK I haven't been able to log in to mobile app all day and as a result cannot get a log on code to access Internet banking. My wife also cannot make payments to a HSBC account. Are we the only ones?

    @HSBC_UK I suggest instead of you bragging on twitter about who you help you take a look at your own country and the non help you give to disabled.your Sleaford branch treated a disabled lady disgustingly today no help when she rang bell what followed was disgusting find it on fb

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying to contact you for nearly an hour to stop my card due to a scam. Still waiting on the Ph and online keeps telling me to use online banking which I don't have. Absolutely useless service.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve done so, and have managed to get this down to 5 days before I need to call the number I’ve called three times already to be pointed to the website each time. This is awful.

    @HSBC_UK totally useless banking and transfer services and even worse Indian customer services. Never a UK support person, even for call escalation. Just had an Indian support staff hang up on me after I asked if they were based in India. That was after call back and 10min wait

    @HSBC_UK . . . Can't login via online banking, just says I need to wait for the card reader in the post. I want to pay my balance now, not in a week or whenever it finally arrives.
