    @HSBC_UK @uk_task_ I have learned yesterday HSBC or the CEO don't care about customers. I lost my mother whish I am still feeling the pain. I have problems putting my mother to rest. No compassion to help me. When asked the service representative if he's laughing at he continued the cold play book

    @HSBC_UK dear hsbc I’ve banked with you for 40+ years why is it my brand new card contactless is not working I’ve had it 2 days it worked at @Se_Railway this morning and now isn’t?

    @upsteve1 @HSBC_UK Look At my post I have had the same issue! Shocking the way @hsbc are now wasn’t like that when I started banking with them many years ago!
