@BirminghamPride @HSBC_UK Who is raking in all the cash? You've plastered the event with corporate sponsorship and somehow it costs more than a mainstream festival with camping and proper headliners just to walk down Hurst St and watch Steps.. even just visiting the bars costs £19 per day.

@HSBC_UK It has already been escalated. To add, the training of offshore colleagues is not the issue, it is the delay on the calls, the poor quality & goddam cockerels crowing in the background that is the issue!!!

trying to pay off my @VirginMoney credit card but error saying bank won’t let me. I contact @HSBC_UK. They say there’s no issue their end. @VirginMoney say no issue their end??? What’s going on???? All I want to do is pay off my credit card!!!!

@HSBC_UK this is my 3rd attempt fixing my issue. I am unable to get through on the phone as I do not have a security number. I am trying to set this up! At no point during registration was I given the option to do so. Can someone please assist with a solution that works?

For a bank that loves to claim it’s global, I’m looking at recent @HSBC_UK bank charges for transactions in France, Austria, Italy & Slovenia & it couldn’t be less global or customer focused if it tried, just stakeholder greedy & focused on covering legacy costs. Time for change
