This evening I wanted to edit a payee and could not manage the change so thought I’d email securely but oh no that facility has been removed. Use chat! Will look into alternatives

Leaving me 11 days without being able to access my account. I think it's time to switch bank.

Bernardine Kennedy (Maxwell) (@BerniKennedy) reported@HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

I have to wait till they stop to ask for them to resume. Why can’t I do it on the app. Why make me log onto online banking? Poor customer service.

Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.
