Marc Lequime (@marclequime) reported@AndyTheTallGuy @HSBC_UK It's a public beta, nowhere does it say on the public beta to not install on a main device. Almost every single other bank's apps work with the Public Beta, it's not down to a bug, it's due to HSBC not including iOS16 in their whitelist.

Lou (@loubex_86) reported@HSBC_UK I have all the correct docs It's the BF57 from DWP form which seems to be the problem. Wouldn't accept 1st one as it didn't have a stamp on even though official paperwork, got 2nd one stamped 1st and last page as requested to now be told all 4 pages need a stamp on.

I'm overseas and don't have access to a physical key so this is a significant problem. I've logged a complaint but need to see HSBC do more.

Eve Sawyer (@EvetheKit) reported@HSBC_UK you get fob off. When you on the phone, no help at all as they can’t do anything. When you visit another branch, handed in all of your documents, got told they are fine. Nothing else is needed and then on Monday I get a text to say the documents are unacceptable.
