    Ok first world problem but… if i hear the @HSBC_UK automaton say “manage you cards at your own convenience..” one more time, while I want to talk by phone to “an agent” about a simple question that cannot be fixed online… i shall do something I might regret! 20 minutes so far.

    @HSBC_UK how can I speak with someone in the UK??? Been round & round in circles on the website & phone - Indian person who then cut me off!

    @HSBC_UK #CustomerService is terrible. Multi hour waiting on the phone. When we did get through, we got cut off. So went in branch instead. Staff had to call the same number and que like a customer! 2 days wasted and haven't spoken to anyone yet. And our money is still missing.

    @HSBC_UK So, after waiting 19 minutes and finally speaking to someone, they put me on hold. After a couple of minutes, I was cut off. And you call this customer “service”! Lack of service, more like. Unacceptable.

    @HSBC_UK Yes, online is the problem, what's wrong with face to face. I joined HSBC at the age of 4 with Griffin Savers, this experience has really knocked my confidence in your organisation. Bring back real people in banks, lots of people do want to and do not do online everything

    @HSBC_UK, 1) your customer service rep on your app chat is utterly useless and hasn’t read anything I’ve written, 2) your app is freezing and your website on my mobile is clunky and I can’t transfer £ into my own HSBC credit card, and 3) I’m trying to call you from Australia with

    @HSBC_UK you seem to have a problem with your mobile banking transfers with the confirmation of payee. Im always getting an error code of ref 503

    Trying to get help with a disputed credit card transaction. @HSBC_UK no use whatsoever- chat tells me to phone, phone lines all busy. Try via Help on website - tells me to use Chat! Oh for the days that you could speak to someone, but they closed my branch.
