    @HSBC_UK Yes, the info I needed wasn’t available online. I use the HSBC app daily. The telephone was the only option for what I needed but your customer service in that area is poor.

    @HSBC_UK I asked you for help when I was made redundant and had purchased redundancy insurance with you. All it got me was years of debt and a two year fight through the ombudsman. So thanks for that.

    @HSBC_UK If you are ever in need of help from a Bank the answer will always be no. Because you are a bigger risk than if you didnt need help.
