@HSBC_UK terrible customer service today. Asking my 70yr old mum 11 security questions inc 'name your debit card transactions since 8 april' & 'you spent £12 on 22 April, name the shop' is quite frankly overkill & has really upset her. Not what a stroke recovery victim needs!

@HSBC_UK I can log in with biometrics, I just have to force quit the app first, otherwise it just hangs when I log in. This is a known issue.

@katherinealee @HSBC_UK STARLING. You could have a new account in quite literally the next five minutes. Everything online, verify with passport or driving licence and have never had an issue with their online chat 💬

I’ve just had a nice meal and drinking some quality beer relaxing at the end of a week. Then get an email telling me @HSBC_UK have made another mistake that I’ll have to now piss around trying to solve during working hours. It’s some skill to be so consistently poor.

Anyone else had issues paying with their @HSBC_UK credit card? 3rd place it hasn’t been accepted in a week. I called the bank & they said it’s not my card, it’s something to do with new rules that companies haven’t complied with. Means I’m having to use my debit all the time.
