@HSBC_UK . Can someone pls look into sending the activation key ?. Tried 10 attempts over past 2 weeks , the message is same "we will send activation key to your postal address" (India,I hope).Have not got any yet. am unable to access my bank account.

@HSBC_UK dis a 352 mile journey on the weekend to purchase a specialist light. Fraud team blocked payment and my account. Returned home without lamp. Beyond frustrated!!! Called about 8 times to unblock account unsuccessfully. VERY UNHAPPY PREMIER CUSTOMER. Looking to switch bank

@DominicFrisby @HSBC_UK You want to try HSBC's 'Chat'; it is truly awful. What on earth is the point of it? It never works. Further, HSBC staff do not know how to limit the 'Contactless Payment Limit'; absolutely surreal. How is it that they are allowed to run a bank?

@HSBC_UK my branch closed and I need to pay in a cheque that is over your app paying in limit. Website says pay in at a post office but need a paying in slip which the post office don't provide, how do I get one please? Also can I pay at any post office or only certain branches?
