    @HSBC_UK I am trying to open a business bank account. Your systems are so impenetrable that it is impossible to get anything done. Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with banking.

    @HSBC_UK dear hsbc I’ve banked with you for 40+ years why is it my brand new card contactless is not working I’ve had it 2 days it worked at @Se_Railway this morning and now isn’t?

    @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it

    @HSBC_UK I would like you to get in touch with the branch and find out why these barriers exist This person needs access to a bank account and with the time scale Nov 26 that aint good enough

    So @HSBC_UK won't let me log in to my account on my phone, because I have a Medical ID app. Amazing

    I was the receiver of the most unhelpful customer service by @HSBC_UK today. Seems helping a customer try and get a new card (which has been lost) is not a priority! That’ll be me switching then!
