  @HSBC_UK I've been looking for your bank since yesterday and I can't reach you. I started calling at 6.30 yesterday. They did not pick up because the call was closed after 8 pm. Now I'm calling again but no one is picking up. this is bullshit. you are a liar. you have very bad service🤬

  It's a shame that when @JohnLewisRetail decided to end the Partnership card relationship with @HSBC_UK they didn't sort out between them how to properly resource customer service. Frustrating delays on my credit balance and an idiot at the end of the phone. Yet more brand damage.

  @HSBC_UK And no DM facility….Perhaps someone could call the HSBC customer battering his head against a brick wall? Someone who perhaps is trained and can sort out the problem? Several calls on and passing from one person to another? Can DM you his phone number if someone can allow this?

  @Peablake @Klarna @HSBC_UK Sorry for any confusion Ashleigh, I meant are you able to try placing it on a laptop or computer? We do have some compatibility issues with mobile phones, and so the order may go through if you can try on a different device.
