    @chiwawamaster8 @HSBC_UK Ah well, you'd think, but opening an additional account if you are an existing customer using online banking isnt an option, thats why I went in to the branch!

    @HSBC_UK presumably you realise your internet banking is currently completely broken? There seems to be a DNS issue (Akamai CDN). Affecting *lots* of other sites too...

    @RhiannonJudithW @robpowellnews Thank you, that explains why I can't get on to my online banking. Ot seems like no one has told @HSBC_UK twitter team as they are asking their customers to DM them with info when they report issues with apps and online banking.
