@icouIdcry @LyttleGV @HSBC_UK I was really hoping that HSBC had fixed the problem but it looks like they are probably being highly selective with who they give accounts to or their processes are still broken. Glad I went elsewhere.

@HSBC_UK hello, I need my ID to be verified for a joint current account. I have an EU passport so can't do it online. Do I need an appointment or can I just pop into a branch? Also, can I do it on a Saturday? I can't make 16:30 on a weekday as I'm working. Thanks.

We’re trying to book our honeymoon and @HSBC_UK keep blocking the payment, so we phone them and they say okay we’ve unblocked it, and they it block again when we try to pay 5 minutes later 🙃 GIRL, if we lose this room because we’ve had to wait until tomorrow morninggggg

@HSBC_UK The agent I spoke to yesterday reset my digital secure key and sent me an activation code for my new secure key, however when I try to log on to internet banking its still asking me to generate a security code using my digital secure key, which I can’t access!!

@HSBC_UK @Polly004f You used to be able to set up a standing order using the web site but not anymore if you are trying to send it to building societies with a fixed sort code and account number.
