  @HSBC_UK @rosieerooo22 Same with us, a/c upgrade on joint account, did 5 Hard searches each on our credit file because you upgraded to wrong account, and to fix it you did more, complaints team a joke, now with FOS to sort as in one go you have destroyed a perfect credit rating.

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK new customer and trying to activate my card but having a nightmare, wont accept photo i.d, only 2 hsbc banks near one is 4.5ml other is 12 miles away, and both are Temporarily closed

  What a heap of crap @HSBC_UK has become, changing login details on new iPad and it crashed (might be our fault??) but absolutely no help from the ‘Delhi’ 😡 phone line. Now need to go to a branch 30 miles away to sort out. #switchcoming #tamping

  @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.

  @HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.

  @UKFtweets if any of your clients would like to talk to a SME banking with @HSBC_UK business banking for 15 years, quadrupled turnover in last 4 years but will no longer accept shody service ( 4 weeks into 48 hour call back promise of @HSBC_UK ) i"m here. Verified accounts only.
