Forget the pandemic, @HSBC_UK are crippling small business with their in ability to help unlock accounts or provide clear guidance. My mother-in-law has made contact SEVEN times at 5 hours in total and yet nothing has been resolved! #CustomerService #Finance

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Why isit everytime I want to speak to an advisor, they are apologetic but pass me to 25 different people and never sort an issue until I go to the financial ombudsman. It's all very exhausting. Are all your teams there to be sorry or fix problems? Confused

@HSBC_UK you failed to tell me when I ordered my new smart key that I wouldn't be able to access my account online until new one arrived. So inconvenient given that I am unable to go into bank today cos its closed to get statement so I can call up to make transfers I need to do!

@HSBC_UK My local HSBC branch refuses to help me because I bank with First Direct - who takes no responsibility for it. I don't have a driving licence and I am not going to renew my passport, which were asked as forms of ID to serve me at the cashier's desk. A new low.
