    @HSBC_UK Hi, ive been through this before with another of your agents I was told I wouldn’t be receiving a telephone banking number as your systems had an error and I joined after a certain time. Instead I’d have to visit a branch, I’m disabled so can’t do that and it’s nearly 1hr away

    @HSBC_UK hello, my online banking account has been locked and I have been stuck in a loop with your automated phone service. Who can I speak to, to regain access, please?

    @HSBC_UK Thanks. There are branches around me but your reviews are either complaining about lack of staff or worst bad customer service. I only need to get your staff to scan in some identification documents for the bereavement service.

    @mikebutcher We have found @HSBC_UK Business useless. Masive losses on foreign currency recievables due to what we call selective rate clearing. We tried to get multi -currency going but customer service is nonexistent. Ended up with @Wise and it works and prices are good.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Every customer have the right to know status of application , when customer submitted docs in person and visited thrice. But HSBC st Ann’s square Manchester representative, just could not tell what’s happening but just said to upload again.

    @HSBC_UK No need. I've told you what was wrong and also told the person on the phone. I was setting up a new payment but the website would not let me enter the amount so didn't work. The account mostly pays direct debits so fortunately won't need this often.

    @HSBC_UK We say how do we get to the bank. Most closed. You must go. You can go tomorrow. That is customer service? When every modern bank can deal with you remotely? I guess you don’t trust your call centre. You make @virginmedia look good

    @HSBC_UK Credit card dispute that remains unresolved. 2 hours on hold, your own staff unable to make contact with the Team. 2 missed calls to me, during work hours so I can't answer. 2 rude letters from you later. Still unresolved! Can you help or is it time to leave..?
