    @HSBC_UK I'm not asking for weaker security, I am asking for a more accessible solution for the elderly. Your current arrangements are extremely poor, which is why I am researching alternative banks with better approaches for him. BTW he has been your customer for more that 70 years.

    @HSBC_UK I'm another HSBC customer (30+ years) who has been, wrongly, prohibited from opening an Online Savers Account due to "not being a resident tax payer". I am British and have been a tax paying teacher for over 27 years. Another who has never worked abroad.

    A new candidate for #WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE. How incredibly unprofessional & unhelpful @HSBC_UK has been, refusing to help by phone, refusing to answer DMs, closing a fraud case without notifying the customer and refusing to say why, keeping £000s of a senior citizen's money.

    @HSBC_UK They are not! Mobile app works, desktop banking not allowing login. Please sort this.

    @HSBC_UK Still unable to access my accounts and make payments all weekend. Having to wait hours for someone in the CustmrSrv team is ridiculous!
