    @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

    So @HSBC_UK won't let me log in to my account on my phone, because I have a Medical ID app. Amazing

    @HSBC_UK I am a Premier account holder, have had my phone and wallet stolen in Portugal, service offered by Aviva is woeful, unable to get through, told that coverage is actually much lower than advertised, with a month wait. Stranded here for a week more no phone bank cards etc

    @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

    @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.
