  @HSBC_UK Just tried MS Edge and same problem. So both Google Chrome and MS Edge don't work!! That says you boys have got something wrong. Suggest you ask your software developers whether phone app changes apply to PC's??

  @andyt_247 @HSBC_UK Maidenhead is not unmanned. It just doesn't have a cash counter service, but you don't need that for a change if name anyway. Also Slough is open on Saturdays.

  @HSBC_UK I paid my credit card bill yet the money has not been credited to my account and I have been charged interest. Your chat service said “Nearly 1 million customers were affected with the late fee charges and interest”. How do I know if I am affected? What happens now?

  @HSBC_UK hi, my hsbc banking app won’t load up at all, it tries to but then crashes, had no problem with it this week apart from today. I have an iPhone 7. Cheers.

  Just wanna say it was pretty much a year ago I left @HSBC_UK after years of their stonewalling, appalong customer service and insane fees and its one if the best financial decisions I’ve ever made. Absolute crooks.
