    @HSBC_UK why is it so hard to close a credit card? The app sends me to the website. The website send me to the chat function. The chat function sends me back to the app. I’m calling and all I get is a prerecorded message telling me to use the app.

    Just spent over 20 mins waiting for @HSBC_UK to answer the phone re a security issue. Given up. Meanwhile they’re closing the local branch and don’t answer the phone. Putting profits ahead of customers. A cartel. Meanwhile @griffitha does nothing. #Banking

    @HSBC_UK Turning me down for a #HSBCAdvance account, but offering me a credit card is not of any use😢 I have 3 credit cards already, will choose a different bank with good switching deal😰

    @HSBC_UK Hi @HSBC_UK I have the current one updated. When I log in my account does not show and it states that it cannot connect to the server at this time. Has happened since yesterday

    @HSBC_UK over hour and 45 to open a business account. Opened 4 chats! Each agent left. asked for urgent call back, nothing. I am already a personal and business account holder! Awful
