    @WelliXL @HSBC_UK Same happened to me. Awful awful phone help. Clueless frankly. Said they were sending me a digital secure key. Still waiting over a week later. No access to the account. App blocked. Even went to the local branch who couldn’t help either. This is a frighteningly incompetent bank.

    @makurdi5 @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness After trying for 1hr.34 on the customer service line .. again no luck ... I recieved a email from customer services advising me to access my account to contact them or call customer services both useless .. after 2 weeks I finally sorted this morning after 40 minutes wating .

    @HSBC_UK Hello, I was in branch yesterday and told I can't open either an international account nor a student international account. They said that what you guys wrote to me (I showed the tweet) is not correct and I can't open the account you sent me. Could you help please? Thanks

    And breathe…. Internet keeps dropping out and then I lock myself out of my internet banking… @HSBC_UK are always so patient, helpful and calm when I phone them having broken the internet again
