First time customer of @HSBC_UK - I am not impressed - ‘something went wrong’ is a phrase I am seeing way to often when trying to carry out simple tasks. Not a happy customer.

Hi @HSBC_UK, I tried to log in my account 10 hrs ago from my mobile app, but it was rejected and "Something went wrong. Please try again later" was shown. It isn't fixed yet. It is appreciated if you'd confirm this is from your technical error and share the schedule to solve.

@HSBC_UK I can see huge disputed transaction on my credit card and I reported the transaction to customer care and they have mentioned it will take 10 days which is too long. Can you check the fraudulent transaction urgently please?
