    @HSBC_UK what’s the wait time to speak to customer services? I’m after raising a complaint and closing my account but every time I call I’m on hold for up to an hour

    @HSBC_UK Hi Saj, yes that's correct. I tried via the app and encountered and error, raised this with your in-app support team who told me to contact a phone based support team. They told me they couldn't help and it had to be done online (as well as something about waiting 6 months!)..

    @HSBC_UK Hi - I have spent a very frustrating few days trying to sort out a Power of Attorney issue on behalf of my very ill father. I can find no-one to help and customer services want me to go to a branch but I can't find one that deals with POA stuff. Help!

    @HSBC_UK Can you explain why your mobile app help team directs me to phone a call centre regarding credit card limits, but after phoning them they tell me they can't help and that I must apply online? Complete waste of time.

    @HSBC_UK I found someone’s HSBC card today. Tried calling your number as, you know, wanted to help. IVR very unhelpful and then told me you are closed. Please try your service from a customer perspective including someone trying to report a found card.
