I can't stand financial institutions but on Saturday I lost my wallet😭. I reported it immediately. My bank cards were replaced today within 1 working day. That's the kind of service i like. Thank you @HSBC_UK I can't see @DVLAgovuk doing the same with my driving licence!

@HSBC_UK worst customer service ever do not use this bank !!! Credit card been blocked since I’ve got it for no apparent reason been the branch 7 times yes 7 with passport drivers licence etc .. numerous phone calls where I get cut off constantly by offshore agents

@HSBC_UK What is the process for opening a joint account with HSBC when both people are existing customers? I’ve looped through your website with no joy. Also customer service hung up on me after putting me on hold when I called earlier to ask.

@stuart_k18 @HSBC_UK Completely agree! No access to account balance, can’t see my credit card statement or pay it, ( bet I’ll still be charged for late payment). Not good enough!! Sort it out @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK I'm yet another new customer that has fallen foul of HSBC's poor service. 9 days after account is supposedly open & I'm still waiting for my Telephone Security Number to allow me access to my account. Cannot get through by phone, so it looks like I'm stuffed.

@HSBC_UK one hour and 22 minutes my son has been on hold trying to report a stolen card. His battery has now gone flat I called and spent 1 hour and six minutes on hold I gave up. This is your issue now not ours

@HSBC_UK hi. I recently switched to your current account & I don’t know what my telephone banking ID. I even called by the call requires this ID which I don’t have. Please can you help ASAP
