Shame on you @HSBC_UK for making £9k of my elderly Uncle’s money disappear from his Philippine account when transferring to his UK account. He’s had dozens of empty promises from you since JULY and is now VERY vulnerable mentally. Shame on you for letting him down.@BBCWatchdog

@HSBC_UK the app is still not working on my Pixel 6. As a result I was unable to block my card when it was stolen last week until getting back home and logging in from my old phone. When are you finally going to make it available on Pixel 6s?

Hi @HSBC_UK your app isn't working on my phone and I can't log onto my online banking using a computer without also needing the app which is helpful. Looks like lots of people having app problems. Can you advise on when this will sorted?

@HSBC_UK if you know a branch is going to be closed why not update your website so customers don't make completely avoidable journeys. Not my daughter's best experience for a potential new bank! Rochdale has a bit of paper on the door rather than your website being up to date!!

@HSBC_UK Why is it such an issue to open a student account with HSBC? I’ve got all the required documents but your Branch staffs are not helping me. Is there anyway I can upload them online?? And please hire more staffs for Kilburn branch.

@HSBC_UK @Janette_Joshi How do I use the physical secure key? There are no instructions and the branch wouldn't show me, online banking just keeps asking me to generate a login code on the app.
