    @HSBC_UK Would have been useful if a message went on your site saying you had a problem sending payments. Instead I have to use your tedious robot service to get nowhere. NOT GOOD ENOUGH !

    @HSBC_UK Does anyone in your customer service team take ownership of issues. Applied for an account 16/12 and still not open, called 4 times this week with call backs promised but still waiting. Also been pretty explicit that I’m not happy.

    @HSBC_UK - Please do not use this Bank Provider, I have now been 10 days with no access to my account nor a new card with a small child, we are running out of cash & this billion pound company refuse to send same day courier, we cannot gt to branch till Monday 😭😭😭 Plz don use

    @HSBC_UK why is it so hard to book an appointment at my local branch. Why do I keep going around in a loop. Automated message says go to website, website gives you a number to call! I only want to open a bank account… perhaps I’ll go somewhere easier to access!
