    Trying to sort out a Power Of Attorney for my grandparents - sadly they bank with @HSBC_UK who hands down win the title when it comes to worst telephone banking - worst telephone access to local bank - and absolutely no ability to even transfer an internal call. Rubbish service.

    @HSBC_UK why internet banking are so slow as annoyed at moment as I have typed new payee name, sort code, account number, reference address etc, they loading too slow……

    Absolutely appalling customer service from @HSBC_UK. 1 hour 50 mins and counting and no nearer to solving my credit card issue. However I have now logged an official complaint! Insensitive questions and lack of training, plus lack of adequate English to deal with complex issues.

    @HSBC_UK why is your complaints person refusing to address all my complaints? She just keeps on going on about the IT issue but my complaint included the excessive amount of time (2hrs) I spent on the phone making the complaint!

    @HSBC_UK After 30 minutes, and still no appointment booked, I gave up having given the same account information 3 times. Frankly, this is not acceptable level of customer service! I will now have to attend branch twice meaning a 50 mile round trip x 2. Very unhappy!

    @HSBC_UK We have now sorted this, but you really need to sort out your customer service, we were cut off 3 times, and you auto systems are antiquated
