    @HSBC_UK Banking app still down; unable to access my account. Tried to call and ask a security key. Didn’t work, I have to go to a London branch because the agent in Hong Kong couldn’t verify my transactions!

    @HSBC_UK Thanks, I keep doing what you suggested since this morning; also I deleted some apps and photos but still the app keeps crashing; to begin with this is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 so fix it

    @HSBC_UK How long do you expect business banking customers to hold on the phone? My security device is dead and I can't access online banking. I'm 30 mins in and still no sign of my call being answered because all your "agents are busy". #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK I've lost biometric login into the Android app. Nothing changed on my phone it's still stock, why did you remove the option ?

    @HSBC_UK the mobile banking app has stopped working for my mother - IOS 12.5. Website says IOS 12.2 + support . Tried reinstall for her no joy. Any ideas . It hangs and then crashes
