Been on hold to @HSBC_UK for over an hour now cause they won't accept my card on @thetrainline website when it's accepted everywhere else. I have no idea why. No one is answering. The automated message says they don't have my email address and number. They email me weekly! 🙄😤🤬

Why is @HSBC_UK 's online and mobile banking like trying to get in to the Chamber of Secrets? I'm also a Barclays and Starling bank customer and getting in to their apps/online accounts is so much easier.

@HSBC_UK 9 OMG!! Only wanted to put my cash into my bank account, but now no counter service in Mansfield 403201 where do I put my coins? You can't!! Have to go to the post office!! 25 minutes wait in there!!!

@HSBC_UK in a long queue for counter service #redditch branch which you are planning to turn digital on September 6th. Discrimination towards businesses and people who need or can only deal with cash.
