    @HSBC_UK We visited yr Kingston full service branch TWICE with documents & children after school to try & open an account for them. We must go to a branch as we're not HSBC customers. Today they REFUSED to see us at 3:15pm as they were "too busy" although they close at 4.30! 1/

    @HSBC_UK I contacted you before Xmas as the mobile app no longer works on my iPhone 8. IOS15.I DMd you but your colleague could not help. Gave me £75. To shut up I think. I need to have access to mobile banking. Loads of customers complaining. You do not care.

    Every time HSBC 'upgrades' its website, it gets progressively harder to set up a standing order (especially to an existing payee). Why @HSBC_UK???

    Absolutely disgusting service again from @HSBC_UK even after 2 decades of using them they still give our business terrible customer service and they are so rude about it every time.

    @HSBC_UK Your Android app is so slow. Clearly optimised for newer Android versions. Modals are sluggish and tapping any link to an external webpage freezes the app for an age before opening. What a shame, as some aspects of the UI/UX are quite good. Better optimisation please!

    @HSBC_UK And when they did respond, they told me what I was experiencing wasn't possible, they couldn't help anyway, and I should phone instead. Wonderful.
