    @HSBC_UK I can honestly say your service today has been appalling. Still sat on a phone listening to the same music. Have had call answered 3 times and cut off 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 so far an hour of my life wasted thanks.

    @HSBC_UK I have opened account and receive you letter in Feb 2021. But I still not receive the debit card. What is happening? Without the card I cannot activate my internet banking or mobile banking. Please help

    Hi, @HSBC_UK would you be able to help, I need the full order number for a subscription which has recently come out of my account. Apparently it has 10 numbers but I'm not seeing that on my statement so they can't help me till I get this.

    @HSBC_UK with so much digital fraud around us, do you think asking(to-be) customers to login into their personal bank account via your link seems dodgy to me? Why can’t you’ve an option to upload the bank statements and take consent to contact the bank for verification

    @HSBC_UK I have recently applied for a CC with your bank and have been asked additional information. My concern is: - Why do I have to login to my bank account via your secure link to provide bank statements to prove my income? Is this even legal? 1/2
