@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK My husband was saying this yesterday. Always having issues with online banking, when he calls, they tell him he needs to go online. Duh, thats the issue he can't. No matter how many times he tells them this they still refer him elsewhere. I went to barclays years ago x

@colum8o @HSBC_UK My branch is also now a digital service branch. It is a complete waste of space without a counter service. Why do HSBC customers have to go to a Post Office for basic banking services like depositing/ withdrawing coins? The cash machine only ever has £20 notes, never £10.

@HSBC_UK I'm a business account holder. I've tried to speak to a business rep to discuss business development. I've spent hours on hold and there are no business reps in branch. The lack of service, causes me to question whether HSBC are the right bank for me. I wish to complain.

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Just had trouble with them myself today for the third time after 30y of banking with them and never even having gone overdrawn once, ever. It seems I am not a valued customer. They tried to tell me it was up to them if I could use my own money to buy a car.... done and dusted.
