    @HSBC_UK Oh i know it’s a scam, i just don’t recall seeing similar from ‘other’ banks, so I wondered if they had got hold of customer phone numbers for a specific bank. Hell of a coincidence otherwise

    @HSBC_UK Is being a mother wrong?? Applied for Customer Service role remote work but they refused to confirm if they could give me time off to pick and drop my son to school, why is there no flexibility for mothers HSBC?? If I'm willing to work my hours why don't you be flexible?

    @JudiciaIreview @HSBC_UK Wait times were the same more or less on Friday when I first tried to raise the issue (in two phone calls). If I had more money or could afford to lose this much maybe I could leave for a few days to see if phone queues get shorter — but I can’t do that

    @Namecheap With the greatest respect, there's nothing to investigate. The website claims to be from HSBC Group. Unless the product was bought using a card registered to HSBC Group, it's pretty obviosuly being used for phishing. cc @HSBC_UK

    @_EmmaGH @HSBC_UK Call them to check what was it all about -it was about my attempted purchase before my flight... so yeah, 4.5 hours on hold feels like their normal way of working I would say
