    I’ve always had poor service from @HSBC_UK. They once froze my account for a month because they had accidentally paid £12k into it, and they were worried I would spend it before they could recover it. I was effectively an escrow account for their error team.

    @HSBC_UK really poor service today trying to use my currency account....branch can’t help, can’t get through on the phone... 90 minutes on live chat to be told it’ll take 10 days!!!! 10 days to get my own information from my own account....

    @HSBC_UK I opened my business account with @HSBC_UK about 17 years ago. In all that time, I don’t think they’ve ever really wanted me to be a customer. Obviously, as a freelancer, I haven’t put £bns into their pockets, but I pay for the account, it would be nice to have access to it.

    I have been on hold to @HSBC_UK for 1 HOUR waiting for an agent for help with something only they can do. Can’t be handled by live chat or even IRL bank! If my call is important to you, answer it!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi, can't seem to access the HSBC app on my phone - tried re-installing it and that hasn't helped at all. Any help much appreciated.
