@welsh_stu @HSBC_UK It had been working fine on iOS 15. They updated the app last week so people on iOS 12 (yes I know!) could use it but then that broke it on iOS 15!

@HSBC_UK my bank account in euros is still missing. I called to Customer Support and talked for 5 minutes with an agent that asked me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and didn't get any answer. Have you lost my money? #hsbc #hsbcuk

@HSBC_UK @iPoof To fix an issue for a version of iOS not supported by Apple (other than CVE updates) you’ve broken your app for users of possibly the most supported version of iOS. At month end, no less! Do you even bother to test your apps any more, or do you just fling them out?

@HSBC_UK Nothing helpful… it seems it’s blocked by Google and not HSBC mail servers… I’m guessing it’s because I’ve included a phishing link and Google are just blocking it. Shame, it was a good phishing effort, they need to be taken down.

@HSBC_UK @iamdinotwothree This is not the new upgrade as it is 3 days old and this version is the problem. We were told there was a new update in the last 24 hours and that it is on the App Store. It isn’t. You can see why people are fed up #hsbc

@HSBC_UK By the way if I lose out because your stupid algorithm decides to block my account without any access to my account for lunch tomorrow, I will be asking for compensation, not only the price difference, but also for keeping up late, when I should be sleeping with my girl

@HSBC_UK Hey HSBC stop messing around with all these other activities and focus on banking instead. Why don't we try opening the call centres, so when you block my card from ordering online, I can actually speak to someone about it instead get the bank holiday deals!
