@marclequime @HSBC_UK It’s beta software. You were all told not to put it on main units, nothing you relied upon for daily life or work. Yet still people moan about apps not working on Beta software. I mean, you weren’t silly enough to put in on your main device were you?!?

@HSBC_UK Received a call from Sarah in Marlowe. Total waste of time call. No help, no solution, trying to make excuses, instead of trying to find a solution. Amateur useless customer service again. I am withdrawing all my money & transferring it to Barclays. Appalling again HSBC

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I appreciate the reply. If complaining can get this issue dealt with, then yes log a formal complaint please. It’s absolutely unacceptable to have to chase you to enable your app for a public beta version of the most secure mobile OS where other banks already have.

@HSBC_UK I work in software engineering. I know how to test for issues and defects. This is what I used macOS Version 12.2.1 (Build 21D62) 12.2.1 x86_64. Tested yesterday evening and at time stamp I recontacted this morning.

@HSBC_UK Waited ages to speak to someone about my son’s mobile app only to be told that he’ll have to wait 5 to 7 days before he can get back on it, just because his mobile number wasn’t registered! Can’t get online either-not great service!

.@HSBC_UK: You have to visit a branch for this service. Also @HSBC_UK: Your local branch no longer has counter service. The next available appointment at this branch an hour and a half away is in one month. 🙃🙃🙃

@HSBC_UK I have started the process of withdrawing all my money, an extremely large amount from HSBC & transferring it to Barclays, due to their appalling customer service. Premium customers mean nothing to HSBC. They are now ignoring my tweets as they are useless. Julie?

Brilliant service @HSBC_UK. Sending a customer from the chat in the app after a 10min wait to telephone banking waiting for another 30min, only to then be send to the branch where I get told that there is an appointment slot in 1.5h.
