@HSBC_UK You have 1 star employee John in Oxford branch who has been trying for weeks to help me get my money returned, yet the internal teams have not actioned any of his urgent requests until today-despite saying they had. It’s recorded over 10 hrs of calls and visits to HSBC.

@HSBC_UK I've paid for concert tickets in 2019 through my HSBC Current A/C. This concert is now cancelled and the refund has been returned to the original card. Unfortunately the HSBC A/C is closed and Ticketmaster are advising that you will still hold the monies. Please help!
