    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    Can someone at @HSBC_UK DM me to get online banking setup. I have been round in circles for hours with your automated messages and advice. Terrible #customerexperience so far #HSBC. Not a patch on @LloydsBank or @firstdirect.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK then told I cant make complaint in branch has to be done on phone. Cant do that as not technically a customer yet! 5 wasted bus trips later, 2 hours out of my lunch and puzzled as to what branch *can*. Worst customer experience Ive had, put me off switching now
