    @davidaak1991 @HSBC_UK having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Pyratespy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

    @HSBC_UK @LewisWi06706681 At the very least please publish an indicative timeline, for example will this be week or months? That way customers impacted by this issue can make an informed decision on whether to stay with you or move to one of the many banks who have working apps on these phones. Thanks!

    @HSBC_UK Glad you put that downward pointing finger, nearly missed it then. I intend on spending the rest of my life not having to speak to any of your customer service reps ever again. Thanks anyway though
