    @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

    Why do @HSBC_UK make it so difficult to ask for paper statements? Every year they inform me they are going to stop sending them. I have to wait till they stop to ask for them to resume. Why can’t I do it on the app. Why make me log onto online banking? Poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK @vickic1984 Their customer service is sadly lacking. I manage my brother's account under a power of attorney, and @HSBC_UK make it as difficult as possible for me. Sorry for your loss.
