    @hhn_88_888 @HSBC_UK I found downloading the app through the @Aptoide app store works. Not sure HSBC being slow af getting it on the play store

    @HSBC_UK Even simple things like trying to log into the app after switching phones is impossible without calling your customer service. I just did it with Monzo and it took 1 minute via email link. COO should be fired!
