    @Percy796322501 @HSBC_UK @WhichUK Try 3 years they contacted me for a redress of DCC, only to lie, defraud me. I will continue to fight, till my last breath. Hfc/restons anyone out there with problems??????

    @HSBC_UK are you branches just for decoration? No service in branch and 4 weeks for a telephone appointment. After more than 30 years as a customer it's time to change my bank

    @HSBC_UK spent over 3 hours trying to sort out a payment . Spoke to customer services after 25 minutes and got chopped off. Not happy

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Just had trouble with them myself today for the third time after 30y of banking with them and never even having gone overdrawn once, ever. It seems I am not a valued customer. They tried to tell me it was up to them if I could use my own money to buy a car.... done and dusted.

    @HSBC_UK 2 hours 23 minutes on hold to Business Banking (issue remains unresolved). This “service” costs £60 per year. “Cos COVID” is no longer flying as an excuse.

    @HSBC_UK Hi’ Joseph, I have read it but it’s still showing unread notifications. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Unfortunately now i need to reset my telephone banking 🥲 to login into the app without the token.
