    @HSBC_UK Oh I've cancelled it all now. Closer my accounts after 20+ years. Service was appalling today (as it has been recently sadly) and far better options out there

    @HSBC_UK So can you confirm the HSBC app will not be working with the IOS 16 Public Beta? Also; why can every other UK based app function except the HSBC UK app?

    @HSBC_UK Thank you, the matter has now been resolved. Perhaps you should have more of your excellent people answering the phones and solving problems instead of the hopelessly inadequate automation you have 'invested' in!

    @HSBC_UK have completed my switch to HSBC. However , no telephone identification number sent meaning I cannot register my card or online banking to access my money . All of my money has been transferred over meaning I have no access to it . Phoned customer service but no help

    Wasted trip to Rochdale neither bank offer the service I need anymore. Suggested I travel to Manchester or Bolton @HSBC_UK @NatWest_Help

    @HSBC_UK No point whatsoever sadly. Too late for any recompense. Your service has deteriorated over the years. You're offerings arent as good as others either.

    @HSBC_UK I’m a customer & wanted to warn others of a new gas supply scam, they call you repeatedly and claim to be from OFGem and telling you that you’ve got a gas leak and that you’re in danger and you need to pay for a technician to come and fix it.

    Honestly, are all customer service agents idiots nowadays? Dispute a transaction with back for £70 and they say ‘oh it’s resolved as they refunded you £7’ WTAF?? Does no one actually bother to read what I disputed at @HSBC_UK
