    Absolutely abysmal service from @HSBC_UK today. My husband & I wish to upgrade our joint account. He spent 50 mins on the phone to the verification dept only to be told we BOTH need to spend an hour & a half on to the conversion dept.! 2 & 1/2 hours to hit a button! Seriously?!

    @HSBC_UK do I still have to notify you if i go abroad? There is no longer a my banking and notify us of travel section on either the mobile site or the app! Help?
