    @HSBC_UK @jilekchan I also asked the same question on 7Jan. They replied with 10 working days for the mail delivered. When no mail received so far and asked again, there is no reply.

    @HSBC_UK 1, I am trying to pay HMRC my tax but app keeps saying the service isn't working. If I try to log on on the web page when I generate the security login code - the section where the code should be >>>> is a black pane so no code or code is covered with black pane.

    @HSBC_UK Seems a bit pointless as there is clearly a bigger problem. I’m making that assumption on the volume of tweets from people having the same issue.
