    @HSBC_UK My local branch, Waterlooville, has just been "refurbished" and no longer has a counter service, only machines. How do I now pay bagged coins into my account please? I have about £50 or more worth.

    Just calculated all the service charges for having a Basic Bank account with @scotiabank. 162 CAD for the last 2.5 years. Basically I've paid them for their business and gotten nothing other than **** service and issues with my Amex. @HSBC_UK charged me 0 and earned me interest.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks I know how to complain, but you're missing the point I need a contact number to actually speak to someone who can help me with a corporate credit card. I just need a reminder of the pin sent!
