Why is @HSBC_UK 's online and mobile banking like trying to get in to the Chamber of Secrets? I'm also a Barclays and Starling bank customer and getting in to their apps/online accounts is so much easier.

suspicious I accept. Phone fraud dept at HSBC, couldn't help and I need to go to a branch. Closest branch is 20 miles away. Wife contacted @HSBC_UK via @Twitter and they said contact their main contact number and they would sort it. Phoned that, nothing they can do and I need
