    @HSBC_UK I don’t live inUK but have been a customer since 1964. My new debit card arrived but I could not use it as my PIN was not recognised. Several long phone calls later I was told that I had to use the in a UK ATM first. I am now in UK but the card still does not work.

    @SimonEllisFilms @HSBC_UK it's genuinely terrible. especially since it split off from Lloyds. I gather this is a common theme in the UK - terrible banks

    @HSBC_UK I'm trying to add a new payee and it's time sensitive. But I keep getting an error code (503) and a message saying the service is unavailable. Do you have a time frame as to when this will be resolved please? Thank you

    @HSBC_UK On the advice of Customer Services I'm trying to make an appointment in a hsbc branch in the Midlands. It's proving impossible: nothing online, chat takes hours to respond, on hold for ages (phone). What more can I do please?
