@HSBC_UK so your app is bad. Wouldn’t accept a payment request. Then I’m told to update it. Now can’t access the app or online and you’ve all gone home. #fail @HMRCcustomers you aren’t getting paid because of this bank not me or want of trying

Absolutely shocking service from @HSBC_UK. I am trying to move my ISA account to another supplier & u have blocked it saying I have insufficient funds (which is not the case). Been on the call for nearly an hour and the so called specialist team can't give me a reason.

@HSBC_UK on calls for last 2hours to report a scam; sort & account nos learnt by heart; random transfers inc Armenia,menu options that are invalid,awful phone lines etc Whoever designed your phone systems should be fired.Please make it easier to report scams and file disputes

@JimBrowning11 @Visa @HSBC_UK It's really part of the problem. The small/virtual banks usually the worst offenders surprised you had problems with HSBC. banks are normally great at actioning on fraud against their customers. Pretty poor on fraud being committed by their customers ....

Fuming. @HSBC_UK Reversed a dd because it would’ve take me 8p overdrawn, but the day before they allowed a dd payment directly to them to go out which took me £10 overdrawn. All my direct debits will now be moved to my other account. How to lose a loyal customer 25 years! 👏

@HSBC_UK @HSBC continued Why is HSBC not able to release this charge? Is this normal ? We have been to the branch, sent emails but are being sent around in circles. 17 years of good service being ruined by this experience
