    Over the last month, at the busiest time of the business year, I have spent an entire day on the phone trying to sort ongoing issues @HSBC_UK caused with my business account dating back to March. If you would like me to hum their hold muzak for you I can as I hear it in my sleep

    @HSBC_UK Your app not working since this morning. As I said I tried for an hour or so Still not working I was told there was a problem but not when it would be fixed. Still no news on website about problems which would be helpful to customers

    A fun thing about having to call @HSBC_UK about their app not working is the sheer number of times they tell you how much quicker it would be to talk to them via their app. I’ve been on hold for ten minutes now, lads, if I could be on your app I would be.

    Can not log in via my computer to my personal account @HSBC_UK. I get ‘bad request’ every time I try.

    @daughterofashep @HSBC_UK I’ve never needed to contact Customer services, but they seem to consistently get good reviews. The app is excellent, and the website works. Cheques I pay in by post, and cash gets paid in at the post office.
