    @HSBC_UK Trying to send £100 to one of my own account with a different bank. First got error code -10004 and now SECP_CIS_TDS_OTPWITHCLAIM_0020. why can't I send any money from my account?

    @HSBC_UK 45 mins on hold, 3 operators answer the call and everyone of them puts me back to main menu! Terrible service, hard enough to run a business these days without this added annoyance!

    @HSBC_UK I phoned Friday, agent knew there was a technical issue. Via windows, mortgage account (s) will not load or become visible.

    @firstdirect now limit cash payments into an account to £3,000 at a post office, or £20,000 a year. If you want to pay in more cash than this you have to find a Full/Cash service branch of @HSBC_UK. Well, GOOD LUCK with that, they have made most branches cashless. #PoorService

    @HSBC_UK Urmmm… I can tell you they are more like 20 mins. Not a good impression on a new customer.

    @HSBC_UK I only want to pay off my credit card balance but it’s impossible on your app and website so very poor customer service
