    @HSBC_UK I would like you to get in touch with the branch and find out why these barriers exist This person needs access to a bank account and with the time scale Nov 26 that aint good enough

    @HSBC_UK You've made it impossible to apply via mobile for a loyalty cash ISA:- "A new way to log in" requests:- "Open your mobile banking app"... HINT: The app is already open 'cos I'm trying to apply for a loyalty cash ISA!! Gave up after 3 attempts. "A new way to log in" isn't perchance preparatory to government's scorned DIgitalID...?

    @DungeonsJoypads @HSBC_UK an overseas call center will basically be a triage these days, the staff will have basic info on your account and can do nothing but log the issue. they will be locked down due to fear of data leaks by rouge staff etc....

    @HSBC_UK dear hsbc I’ve banked with you for 40+ years why is it my brand new card contactless is not working I’ve had it 2 days it worked at @Se_Railway this morning and now isn’t?

    Hey @HSBC_UK , can you imagine if someone needs to get a 6 months up to date bank statement for his account he needs to chat or call customer service, they raise a request and ask you to wait for 2 days, it’s been 5 days I asked for the statement and still waiting. It should a simple date filter in the app to get the statement, don’t you think so? I recon, I am bit frustrated now with this amazing service.

    @HSBC_UK I am having problems registering with on line banking for my credit card it just keeps saying sorry we can't continue with your application. When I then try and sign up it won't send an activation code to my phone
