    @HSBC_UK I can't access my online banking. I can't get past the username stage without it showing 'GSA error' I have tried calling telephone banking but no one answers. I hung on for 3 hours so far. My money transfer from HSBC UK to my bank in Thailand hasn't gone through after 6 days.

    @HSBC_UK I won’t do that because I can still log on the app, which is a different cases from others. My only issue is about the code generating, this will not be solved by activating my account again.

    @HSBC_UK I've waited for 1.45 hours this evening, but still could not get any agent support me to get my profile unlocked, which was due to the recent mobile banking upgrade. Poor customer experience and can't believe that a major upgrade was rolled out without thorough testing.

    @HSBC_UK 37 mins and counting on hold because your updated app doesn't work! I can't log in and I need to be able to make a payment.....which also wasn't working this morning!

    @HSBC_UK I've been trying to get a reply on chat in your app since this morning. App not working correctly, cannot make a bank transfer. Hubby has same problem on different phone/account. Also cannot login online because need code from app which it won't generate. Please advise.

    @HSBC_UK I gave up after 4 hours on hold. I tried the live chat initially but they told me they couldn't help and I had to call. Anything you can do to help beyond telling me to try again tomorrow?
