@HSBC_UK I’ve just moved my account to your bank - and now I have no access to my money! I’m trying in vain to get some help - cut off by the call centre (twice), and can’t access online help because I haven’t got a telephone banking code. Why is this all so frustratingly hard?

@tashadrinkstea @HSBC_UK & i know this doesn't help you now for this issue, but i highly recommend Wise for all international banking. hasn't failed me. again i'm so so so sorry. hoping so hard you get some competent help.

@HSBC_UK Everyone know if increase oil and gas production prices will fall down and Putin don't have enough money for war in Ukrainia. Banking giant HSBC just opposite make sure prices are record high PUTIN have enough money for war said it would end financing for new oil and gas fields.

@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.
