    @missnaomifaith @lotte_du @HSBC_UK I had the same problem last night which HSBC said wasn’t an issue at their end. I was using iPad and iPhone with no success but managed to get on using my work laptop. It’s working now.

    @HSBC_UK That's an odd and completely unecessary request....I don't see why I should accept your privacy notice (again), just so that you can communicate with an existing customer and service my account..!!! If you don't want to talk to me, I'll simply start looking for a bank that does.

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying to assist my husband in dealing with 2 unauthorised payments. Online Chat cut off twice. Phone call wait 35 minutes and I was cut off after giving only sort code and account number. Husband has hearing loss and other problems. Terrible service.

    @HSBC_UK Shocked to discover that your #Daventry branch has closed. As a business as well as personal customer over several decades, I'd have thought you might have had the courtesy to let me know beforehand.

    @HSBC_UK the cashpoint didn't give me any notes and 6 days later I still haven't received the credit.7 calls at your customer service and 2.5 hours talking to several people but no one able to deal with my problem.Are you going to refund me my half day off work? @HSBC @TheFCA
