    @Eastreadingcom @HSBC_UK I'm not a customer but I noticed the signage as I went by. While I was taking the photo at least 3 groups of people were intending to go in the branch and were not impressed when they found it was closed.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC mobile app at its worst. Made some changes recently, Yesterday morning tried to login mobile app.. it says update software.. Update button click says device is not compatible..I am totally stuck. cant login online banking because need code from app

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Really are a disgrace aren't you? Poor communication, close a small business account with no justification, issue a cheque for the balance (by way of notice) ignore communications...then when the business open a new account with another bank and try

    @HSBC_UK Hi so we have spoken to someone who help reset everything with us. My partner has now logged on through is same username but with new security questions and all his payees have gone !? Is that because we have had to reset passwords etc ?

    @HSBC_UK My mother has #dementia and I have LPA for her account, but the system is not allowing me to access her account. This has been going on for 2 months. She is a vulnerable person and I'm getting demands for her care costs. No one is able to help. Please sort this.

    @HSBC_UK I can see two notifications when clicking on the bell icon. I wasn’t notified of this, though, which is why I assumed they aren’t working. Should I be receiving alerts to my phone?

    @HSBC_UK ...I would *really* prefer to not have to choose between "having access to app-based banking" and "having a security token that doesn't need charging at least once a day to keep working".

    @HSBC_UK Hi Saffron, I’ve just completed my call. 1hr and 15 minutes. As mentioned in my replies, I’m certain the agent was texting during my call. Which is a huge concern as he had access to my personal information at the time.

    @HSBC_UK So I'm a HSBC Advance customer, and have been using HSBC for about 20 years now, and when I was growing up my mum was a Midland Bank customer back before they became part of HSBC. So please know that I'm a long term customer and I say this with all the love in the world...
