    @HSBC_UK some feedback to pass on please... You've closed my local branch, I would need to take time off work to visit the next nearest branch and yet your app is useless for paying in cheques. I may be forced to change banks over this single issue.

    Never apply for a credit card with @HSBC_UK it’s just GARBAGE. TWICE now I’ve applied with them and they’ve approved me but with issues on their end the terms and conditions aren’t being sent to me so the process expires and I have to start again and take another hit to my score

    .@HSBC_UK is such a terrible bank. If they’re not financing El Chapo, they’re telling their customers to use a third party (often a competitor) for fee-free international transactions, as well as open several accounts to facilitate daily purchases.

    @HSBC_UK It is shockingly bad. Like speaking to a robot. Half my half an hour call is the customer service representative reading out your policies and terms and conditions.

    @HSBC_UK your chat facility is garbage. Intact the whole bank is becoming a joke... Can't get in touch for ages as on hold... can't ability useless... bank closures so have to deposit with post office. Absolute joke... how are you supposed to run a small business?

    @HSBC_UK credit card did not work tried 3 times. so paid it with @StarlingBank and don't know if they have customer protection

    @MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK I’m with HSBC and have been for 36 years. Never had a problem. But good to know your daughter’s issue got resolved, even though it was hassle.
