@HSBC_UK mobile app still not generating digital log on code since Thursday. All I can see is a black strip where the code should be. Customer service representative said it would be fixed by Sunday. Please assist. Thank you

@HSBC_UK business telephone banking. Passed from pillar to post. 5 different departments, 4.5 hrs on calls/waiting to try to resolve an issue with an international payment. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Your fat cats should be held to account. #hsbcbusinessbanking

Wow @HSBC_UK are an absolute joke. On hold for an hour, cut off multiple times. Tried web chat and was told a payment query which would be resolved in 35 days is likely to take 4 months. Absolutely no issues like this with any other bank. Appalling.

@HSBC_UK What a pointless and unhelpful response. It is immoral that @HSBC_UK have not yet passed on the base rate rise onto their savers, and from your response I presume they still have no plans to do so. After 37 years as a loyal customer, I think it is time to move my savings and ISA.

@HSBC_UK So I just spent another 45 minutes in hsbc. The procedure says that I have to produce an amended birth certificate for my son. I have his original birth cert & a name change deed from a solicitor. I cannot get a new birth cert. So cannot change his name apparently? Can you help?
