    @HSBC_UK Just one of the many perils associated with not using cash. Now imagine the terrifying scenario when eventually all banks close their branches permanently & there are no ATMs. Access to your money is then at the mercy of the internet.

    @thebeckysmith @HSBC_UK VOTE WITH YOUR FEET. 3rd time this has happened this year with one of their systems upgrades. Has NO ONE up there not have pattern recognition? A brand in tatters -not that there was ever more there anyway, with its winning 55% customer satisfaction rate
