    @HSBC_UK My account, for whatever reason, has it's security telephone number frozen. Was told to ring up and press 0 so I can skip all the security and wait time I went through prior. Not working. Need help please.

    @HSBC_UK I have tried that. Please see the rest of my initial thread. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the dept. The person I spoke to on the solicitor line COULD NOT get me through.... This is clearly an issue. Please advise.
