    @HSBC_UK My brother in law is Black. His late father was from St Lucia. Can I benefit from the same ‘black targeted support’ as he does? His father was black and mother was white, does that even qualify? I’m not sure if the you still follow the ‘one-drop-rule’.....let me know! :)

    @HSBC_UK I found someone’s HSBC card today. Tried calling your number as, you know, wanted to help. IVR very unhelpful and then told me you are closed. Please try your service from a customer perspective including someone trying to report a found card.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Saj, yes that's correct. I tried via the app and encountered and error, raised this with your in-app support team who told me to contact a phone based support team. They told me they couldn't help and it had to be done online (as well as something about waiting 6 months!)..
