    @HSBC_UK Why are you making me enable the digital secure key to continue logging into the app? It's unreliable and less secure. Last time my phone stopped working & bc I enabled the digital one, I was unable to log into online banking and pay rent 😠

    Only @HSBC_UK are capable of breaking a perfectly working iOS app. Yesterday’s update broke the app on iOS 15 beta.

    @HSBC_UK As useful as a chocolate teapot have spoken to 3 managers and just been told it’s unfortunate and my fault for working in the hours your branch is only open, not even open on a Saturday and half hours in the week !!!

    @HSBC_UK Hi there. My app keeps crashing when I try and open it, and as a result I cannot check my account, or generate a log in code to access it on my laptop. Any idea when this is likely to be resolved? Thanks.

    @icouIdcry @LyttleGV @HSBC_UK I was really hoping that HSBC had fixed the problem but it looks like they are probably being highly selective with who they give accounts to or their processes are still broken. Glad I went elsewhere.
