  @HSBC_UK mobile app still not generating digital log on code since Thursday. All I can see is a black strip where the code should be. Customer service representative said it would be fixed by Sunday. Please assist. Thank you

  @HSBC_UK business telephone banking. Passed from pillar to post. 5 different departments, 4.5 hrs on calls/waiting to try to resolve an issue with an international payment. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Your fat cats should be held to account. #hsbcbusinessbanking
