@HSBC_UK safeguarding. I failed to complete interrogation on time. Account Frozen to debits but credits still accepted and to be closed. Since 19th November I've had no access to MY money to pay VAT, Rent, Wages, Suppliers, Accountancy fees, Web hosting, Insurers, drawings. . .

@HSBC_UK Is there a problem with Paym? I keep trying to use it and it shuts down the app. The person I’m trying to pay is someone I’ve paid before and their details are correct. I’ve been able to do everything else I need to on the app this morning. Thanks.

Hey @HSBC_UK, would you mind giving me a call to fix repeating fraud on my credit card please? Called 3 times and each time either agent hangs up or I am referred to another number. Frankly the poorest customer service, seems fraudsters are pampered, clients forgotten.
