Can’t believe that @HSBC_UK shut down our @HorseAndCountry EUR and USD accounts without permission, admitted their fault and now 10 days later are unable to give us a timescale as to when they will be working again! Really terrible service.

@HSBC_UK 45 mins on hold, 3 operators answer the call and everyone of them puts me back to main menu! Terrible service, hard enough to run a business these days without this added annoyance!
