@HSBC_UK Horrible service you're providing to HSBC premier clients. It used to take 5 minutes to reach a live agent on the phone. After 8 hours today, I have not had a single human being help me on an urgent credit card issue, be it on chat or phone. Shame on you HSBC!

@HSBC_UK your mobile banking app is so bad and not user friend especially for an 80 year old. What is the best way (easiest option) my dad can speak to help him reset his passwords? Your app is taking us in circles - compare to your competitors and you’ll see how poor it is

@HSBC_UK Moving banks . Due to a battery not working in my device and I couldn't make important transfer with telephone or by app. I need to travel to branch which will take two hours because you closed my local branch recently . Extremely antiquated and time consuming !

@HSBC_UK your customer service is appalling. I have a fraudulent transaction that I have proof was fraudulent from the retailer and have been trying to dispute it since February and has been completely ignored. Useless online dispute tool also

@HSBC_UK waiting for HSBC to respond to a fraud claim is utterly SHOCKING. Appalling service yet again. Not responding to any messages, won’t allow us to make an appointment at our local branch. Pathetic.

@HSBC_UK My husband have spent hours trying to open an account for our daughter. He's gone into your branch office and been told that accounts can only be opened in bigger branches. Online attempts have failed with notices that the service is currently unavailable. Suggestions?

@HSBC_UK When I phoned to complain my bona fide payments to my builder have been blocked I was told to go into my local HSBC branch. They have all been closed. Disgusting customer service
