@HSBC_UK dis a 352 mile journey on the weekend to purchase a specialist light. Fraud team blocked payment and my account. Returned home without lamp. Beyond frustrated!!! Called about 8 times to unblock account unsuccessfully. VERY UNHAPPY PREMIER CUSTOMER. Looking to switch bank

@HSBC_UK I just spent the second hour on the phone trying to solve my issue and your staff still can’t get me logged in? The women I spoke to on the phone was horrible and the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My problem remains and I’ve lost 2 hours calling from Japan... Hlp

@DominicFrisby @HSBC_UK You want to try HSBC's 'Chat'; it is truly awful. What on earth is the point of it? It never works. Further, HSBC staff do not know how to limit the 'Contactless Payment Limit'; absolutely surreal. How is it that they are allowed to run a bank?
