@HSBC_UK …..the major worldwide bank with no bank accounts for under 7 year olds. Awful, considering all the ‘encouragement’ for children to realise the value of money, save, etc etc.

@HSBC_UK It is currently not possible to set up a standing order from my current account to pay my Council Tax. I have tried this with both the mobile app and website. I can only make a single payment. Problem has been there since Friday, please advise.

@HSBC_UK Your team wanted to go through security with my 11 year old. Wouldn't budge. Asked to be transferred to Premier team so put me through to the payments team who aren't trained in this and can't help. 4 calls so far in 5 days and zero progress.

@HSBC_UK Hello, I tried to make a transaction to Alixpress and I got a message to answer with Y if it's me but I don't have money in the phone card to answer you Don't block my card
