@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Tbf I have to say our local #Bournemouth branch have been helpful to asylum seeking youngsters experiencing problems with delayed ID documents. They were willing to listen to their advocates when no other banks would do so. Thank you @HSBCadmin

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Join Starling. It's takes minutes in the app, they will move all your DDs and standing orders. They even do really great business banking. They just work. App only is the only potential issues, but my ND brain loves that. For a bricks and mortar bank I liked @AskNationwide

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK The best is First Direct or it used to be for customer service and high savings interest rates BUT I am loyal to the Coop for their ethical banking practices, and good customer service !

@HSBC_UK Had email stating that I need to contact you over something important(didn't state what), used live chat, got told to ring two numbers, neither one on official website and come up as scam numbers when googled, can't get through on phone. Will I be sent a letter if so important?

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Loopring, be prepared to have to put in research, but the result will be you will be your own bank and not have to rely on **** banks. Or Bitcoin and hold in Trust Wallet or Ledger X. Q1 23 will kill banks, crypto v cbdc is the new future.
