    @HSBC_UK awful experience of your phone banking today. On the phone for 2hours where your employee was solely trying to get rid of me when the inflexible script couldnโ€™t cope with the request. Finally got through to the right dept. & my simple request was resolved in 5 minutes.

    @HSBC_UK block my card for possible fraud. Fair enough, ask me to ring the fraud team. Fair enough. Canโ€™t put me through to the fraud team due to technical issues your end but my card will still be blocked ! Very poor service.

    @HSBC_UK think your service is second to none, the app is brilliant, and being able to update my phone number within minutes is a game changer. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

    @HSBC_UK Still cannot access my business funds and cannot operate as a business. Back end issue for everyone who switched over from Kinetic (which was all sorted over a week ago) but now cannot access the account.

    Looking at the @Cashplus Twitter feed, it appears that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

    Desperate measures but has anyone had to deal with @HSBC_UK ? Their app is the appalling, unless their strategy was to make it the most anti-user friendly app, then give them an award! I just wanted to make a payment. *******! #HSBC #uxdesign

    @HSBC_UK Hi, has HSBC ever considered doing a priority replacement service for debit cards? I don't even know if mine was ordered when they said it was. Annoying can't go or do anything without it.

    @simonhall1974 @HSBC_UK I had the same issue. A tweet remains unanswered and the promised call back within 5 working days is now 7 days and counting.

    @HSBC_UK I've just spent the most frustrating and degrading 90 minutes trying to help reset my 91 year old father's telephone banking security number. You should be ashamed to treat a customer who has banked with Midland / HSBC for 50 years in such a manner.
