    Hey @HSBC_UK your online mortgage experience absolutely sucks! Logging in to verify an application is basically impossible if you rely on creating multiple usernames, refusing genuine (correct) passwords and using security questions that haven’t had answers set by us!

    @HSBC_UK why does it take so long to set up a student account for an existing customer? My son has had an account for around 10 years and is now at uni and has been messed around so much, and it still hasn't been sorted.

    @HSBC_UK credit cards have horrendous customer service, my goodness! Zero empathy, poor responsiveness, once I resolve this issue I am closing my account ASAP! And they better not send me a surve…. What an absolute waste of time!

    So @HSBC_UK have screwed my sister over, 3 days before Xmas they’ve locked her card told her to wait for a new telephone banking pin in the post. She has 5 kids and no access to her money. What the actual f?? 🤬

    Day 3 with no acknowledgement of formal complaint. Day 5 with no response from @HSBC_UK helpdesk. Day 5 of failure to respond to email requested by Bank. Day 32 of denial of access to funds. Day 12 after release of funds promised by. Tell me this is not outrageous.
