@AskNationwide Hello Nationwide. I am an existing mortgage customer. I want to find out how I can switch my HSBC account to Nationwide. HSBC has barred me too many times from using my own money for stupid reasons. I hope Nationwide would be more customer friendly. @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@HSBC_UK I've moved from UK to Brazil and i do not have access to my current account anymore. There is no HSBC branch in Brazil. This is the reason i'm asking an email where i can solve my problem.

@HSBC_UK I don't mind you have call centres abroad, but when the Indian accent of the person I'm trying to sort important financial transactions with is SO STRONG I can't understand what they're telling me then it becomes a problem. I just wanna pay my loan!!

Not me always checking my HSBC account @HSBC_UK to see if the money there has reduced every two to three working days 😭. Nigerian banks have dealt me ***** with their ridiculous bank charges. I’m scarred!
