    Switched phones a while back. Everything moved to the new phone really easily, except for access to the @HSBC_UK app. I've tried several times unsuccessfully, and have now had to call them. I've been on hold for 25 minutes and counting. Painful.

    @HSBC_UK Pretty unhappy with the HSBC app. It's slow to load and respond, and everything takes 1 or 2 more taps to complete. The old app was much better in terms of UX and speed.

    @HSBC_UK My payees can't be loaded on either my iPhone or MacBook but I can't find any problem reports. Anyone else experiencing this? I want to pay some money to someone.

    @HSBC_UK I can’t make a transfer to saved payee on the app or online banking. When will this be fixed as needed urgently to pay bills. Please help

    @HSBC_UK is there problems with the app? I’m trying to move funds and pay bills but it won’t load the recipients lists of where to send the money. According to the website there are no issues with any service but clearly there is.
