    @HSBC_UK Thank you for your reply. I've emailed a copy of the Closure request and the details you requested to that email address. HSBC telephone banking will not give me access to anyone because it doesn't recognise my account / Date of Birth 😠. Is there a tel number I can call???

    Waiting for a reply saying that my money @HSBC_UK STOLE will be given back to me today TODAY THIS IS FINANCIAL ABUSE!!! 5 working days and 8 days in total from my direct debit indemnity claim filed Liars, liars, liars!!!!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!

    @adreena_winters @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank They do not discriminate when it comes to charges and taxes though. That’s when the way we earn money is not a problem 🤔

    @Rantsofus1 @HSBC_UK @PostOffice I tried Nationwide and they offered to swap or deposit into an account for me, just a bit confused as to why HSBC or the Post Office couldn’t also provide this service?

    @HSBC_UK 2 hrs in hell loop of business customer service trying to get my business debit card unblocked. They send me to card services who say they can’t deal with business cards and send me back to them. How can I get out this cycle and someone to please unblock my card!
