@Pollysymondson @HSBC_UK Last time I managed to get through to them, it was when I reverted to the Call Back service via the online chat. Took 3 hours, but at least I could do other things ( they called just as I'd started my lunch, which was annoying, but at least I got to speak to a real person).

@HSBC_UK Already 3 attempts to talk to your customer service and every time I get moved from one team to another, until the line drops. I don't have access to my bank account either via web or app. I need urgent support. Very bad customer experience.

@HSBC_UK oh and also once spoken to the fraud team to confirm all payments, they then suspend my account resulting being on the phone to the fraud team for a further 45 mins for the 2nd time on the same day .. I salute you HSBC for the worst customer service ever !!

@HSBC_UK Yes. When I reopen the app, it shows a message saying the accounts cannot be refreshed and to pull down to refresh. This then says the session timed out. To get to a login screen I have to manually go to log out even though the session is ended, then log back in etc.

I want to weep @HSBC_UK - 1.5hrs of being hold, cut off 3 times and still no nearer getting hold of someone to sort out the money you owe my business. Please can someone help

@HSBC_UK Two suggestions for you: 1. After adding a payee once, I shouldn't have to add them again because of a 'glitch' after the confirmation screen. 2. Bring back humans. You have decimated your customer service with bots and we're fed up with it.

I have never worked with such an incompetent bank before in my life! Almost 2 hours on hold just to be told to go away and refusing to help! @HSBC_UK this is totally unacceptable. The lack of help or assistance is disgusting!

@HSBC_UK Hi thanks for the response and as a HSBC customer for too many years to remember. I have found complaining to HSBC falls on deaf ears. Already switched 2 of my 3 business accounts looks like it will be 3 now. Service from HSBC is now so bad
