@HSBC_UK I've had problems since the app was updated. I log in and get error code 500, I refresh the page as instructed and then am told I need to log out. Other times my accounts do not load, I refresh the page, the app closes. It's really frustrating. Please help @HSBC

@HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to reset my password because your system locked me out. I called your support desk, but it wastes £10 without solving anything. I'm living in Japan and cost for calling is expensive. What do you recommend?

@HSBC_UK That's what I asked your customer service advisor on the phone to do, after an hour and 40 minutes of a wasted phone call talking to him, not only did he not send it, he also gave me wrong amount to pay

A question for @HSBC_UK - when I log in to business banking it says the service is unavailable. The live chat function didn't understand my question and the chat with an agent function replied to my question saying it doesn't answer FAQs. When will the service be available?

@HSBC_UK Unable to make a transfer to new payee using banking app, getting error message 'this service is temporarily unavailable'. I also cannot pay off credit card, when asked to confirm the payment nothing happens after pressing the button!!
