So now instead of trying to figure out how to help people in my country survive, I need to go down to @HSBC_UK AND SHOW THEM THAT I'M REAL? Do they think I have all the time in the world right now? I am just so upset, I don't know why but this triggered a big breakdown for me.

I then spent an hour with @HSBC_UK on the phone and "did not pass the fraud check" so now not only do I, a Ukrainian who is supporting my whole family, not have access to my own account, but people I was meant to transfer money to also don't have it. I cried down the phone.

@HSBC_UK What if any, are you doing to repair the app? It's basically more than useless!! It's pot luck if you can log on because you can't connect to a server. Obviously love a 5* review but you'll struggle to find one anywhere. Sort it & fast!!

@HSBC_UK can someone help me access my account and funds? More than 2 hours on calls today with customer service,pushed from pillar to post and no resolution of the issue. Issues from 5 days. Extremely disappointed with the level of service after being a loyal customer for 15 yrs

What is it with @HSBC_UK ? Just ordered a new credit card. Impossible to set up an online account, it seems to want me to use an old one from an app deleted months ago for which I have no details. And of course you can't reset online, it needs a number you don't have and can't..
