@HSBC_UK Thanks for your responses but lodging a complaint won’t change my branch back. I was never aware of any consultation and where as I understand the business decisions behind it, it no longer suits MY needs as a customer.

@thereclaimparty Oh Dear! @HSBC_UK @HSBC you are my bank. I have been without #InternetBanking since 29th March, due to something you, or your subcontracted IT people did, and you have failed to fix. I do wish you would concentrate on #CustomerService instead of a 'fashionable' woke agenda.

@HSBC_UK I have now been cut off 3 times whilst being transfer to the credit card team. I have wasted over an hour and still not sorted my issue. It is urgent.
