    @HSBC_UK It’s utterly appalling customer service to make me ring you when you flag what your useless systems think is fraud when it manifestly is not. You should ring me. Ironically if it were fraud I’d not be able to stop it because you won’t answer the phone.

    @HSBC_UK Your website says, Android 7.0 and above is supported for mobile banking app. But with some tweaks/hacks, I'm able to open HSBC UK mobile app in Android 6.0 phone. I did this after you made me wait for more than 30 minutes and finally I got frustrated and dropped call

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to get a hold of you on live chat for almost 3 hours. Was told it could be 90 minutes but has been well past that now. I have an issue that I need to speak to someone about urgently so not very helpful.

    @HSBC_UK When I attempt to pay off my credit card I receive: "An error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again H80" Please resolve issue ASAP, as I don't want to incur charges from the HSBC app not allowing me to settle debt. Can't call HSBC, overseas.

    @HSBC_UK My app won't let me log on. I get a yellow exclamation mark and saying something went wrong, try again. Been trying for a day now. I need access to my accounts.

    @HSBC_UK Sir I am in a right fix Mobile access suspended NO way of contacting UK , because all set up is in a dead end loop International numbers don’t connect I feel helpless

    @HSBC_UK phone died. Tried to set up on new phone. Account locked. Wants me to unlock with my old secure key. How the hell can i do that phone dead.. no key. ?? Been on self help and chat. But going round in circles

    @HSBC_UK FINALLY! Today, 30th May, I have my #HSBC #InternetBanking back - since a failure of #HSBCBank disabled my physical Secure Key Card on 29th March, and no one in IT fixed the problem. I never wanted to make a complaint, just a fix, but its gone to the Ombudsman now.

    @HSBC_UK trying to open an account for our 11 year old daughter, submitted app in Feb & still it’s not open. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone, branch said we need to call helpline but can’t get through to a human. Not good enough! Going elsewhere unless you can fix 😡
