    @hsbc_uk I’ve been alerted by CreditKarma to a hard search on my credit file by HSBC, but I haven’t applied for any accounts and I’m not a HSBC customer. Who do I report this to? I’ve tried calling a couple of times but the telephone operators aren’t able to help.

    @CleansedTweets @pchindle @HSBC_UK Both myself and my mother have uk bank accounts and they have our address in Spain,never an issue,it should be same situation for yourself, if you have a home address in uk again they shouldnt be closing your account,it’s not illegal to travel and be out of the country for years

    @HSBC_UK your mobile banking app is not working properly, it lets me scan my thumb to log in and then freezes? I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

    @HSBC_UK why it is impossible to raise a complaint and why do we need to waste time with the robot? Why there is no option to logged a complaint online instead of wasting time. Such a pthertic and horrible service and no body simply gives a ****.

    @HSBC_UK trying to do a mortgage application, but your site doesn't acknowledge that people have more than one word in their surname. Is it a major thing to fix in your software?

    @HSBC_UK I am a long term customer that will be switching. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Website, phone service and branch service are all inconsistent in multiple areas. Simply can't get some things done. Number of branches is awful. Can't get appt in branch.
