@SeniorRidge @HSBC_UK Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_account_recovery on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

Dear @HSBC_UK iOS 15.1 was released on 25th Oct. One whole month later, you still have not released a version of your mobile app which works which also means no access to internet banking. Unacceptable!

Hi @HSBC_UK your app isn't working on my phone and I can't log onto my online banking using a computer without also needing the app which is helpful. Looks like lots of people having app problems. Can you advise on when this will sorted?
