@HSBC_UK A help from a bank is sign a dead sentence for you salary the rest of your life, careful people don’t trust them.

@HSBC_UK If you want to help customers you need to make it easier for them to speak to you. I spent 1 hour and 15 mins waiting on hold to speak to an adviser yesterday. Many wouldn’t have had the time or would have given up.

@HSBC_UK are you experiencing a problem with the chat function via the app? After getting through the bot stage I have been waiting over an hour for an advisor.

@HSBC_UK Once Upon A Time there was, indeed, this idea that banks were there to help their customers. These days we know perfectly well that banks exist to make profit from their customers - if I went whining to a bank I would expect them to see it as a profit opportunity.

@HSBC_UK Yes, I booked an appointment and they blanked me. I was expecting to be told they couldn’t help, and I was still disappointed.

@HSBC_UK I asked for a repayment holiday during Covid as my wife wasn’t able to open her salon. And all I got from your advisor was “ don’t you have any family members that could help you out” and “ don’t you have any savings” so no I’ve not considered it.

@HSBC_UK People don't and won't ask you for help, because you're a bank and you make it abundantly clear in your charges for when people go overdrawn.
