And today in how large corporations screw people over, we have my @HSBC_UK business account which I've paid for for 3 years which won't let me move my own money unless I open another account with them because suddenly the service I pay for has changed to something useless.

@HSBC_UK I’ve tried phoning twice today, was on hold for 15 minutes each time and then cut off when I got through to an operator. I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month now, calling several times a week and this has happened a lot! I’ve even put in a complain.
