    @HSBC_UK On the mobile app, When I'm adding a new payee's bank details and I got to click on the check payee details button I'm getting an error messaging saying, "This feature is currently unavailable and your transaction has not been processed. Please try again later (Ref 503)"

    Yet again, shockingly bad service from @HSBC_UK . Trying to manage my vulnerable uncle’s financial affairs by lasting power of attorney has been consistently made more difficult by failures in simple processes and lies about actions taken. Complaining by phone has been fruitless.

    @HSBC_UK since when did your telephone banking hours end at 8pm? I am getting errors from Internet Banking and there is no one to help me!

    @HSBC_UK you are probably the worst bank ever. Your customer service is atrocious. I am being pushed pillar to post to transfer my own money and close the account and so far 8 people couldn’t do it confirming my decision to leave you. Waiting for the 9th person as I write this.

    Thanks to @HSBC_UK who have denied me access to my online banking for 5 days because they didn’t have my mobile number “stored in the correct format…” I’ve been banking with @HSBC_UK for over a decade & haven’t changed my mobile number once in that time. Time for a change.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I had the same problem with a new iPad. Rang hsbc and lovely young lady patiently talked me through and got it all working for me.

    @HSBC_UK still not helping my daughter who’s been a victim of card fraud. Police are investigating but no action from the bank. Inexplicably bad customer relations.

    @HSBC_UK My post offices do not offer these service as I’ve enquired at two branches. Il just have to wait and we when the machine works again I guess…

    @HSBC_UK I don’t believe its gonna chance. 2 years ago same mistake, 6 months ago again… today I spoke with 9 different agents just for getting a replacement card lol. I ll close my account at the end of this year. And will report issues until I do so
