    @HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

    @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?

    @HSBC_UK you were informed 6 weeks ago that my father had passed away, however you keep calling my mum asking to speak to him. What is your vulnerable customer policy. Disgusting behaviour!

    So @HSBC_UK won't let me log in to my account on my phone, because I have a Medical ID app. Amazing

    @HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.

    @HSBC_UK also, please revert back how to log onto the desktop site. I like to use it on mobile sometimes and Impossible to log in now as it needs the QR code from the app.
