    @Sean_Shiels @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK yes, what is going on? Payees not loading, loads of people reporting same but your mobile service status still says ok. IT IS NOT AND I NEED TO PAY SOMEBODY. Fix eta please.

    @HSBC_UK @Sean_Shiels It's not just him. Various things have been going wrong of the past week or so. Today, my saved payees aren't loading in the app or on the website no matter how many times I try.

    @HSBC_UK not able to load payee list. Need to make an urgent payment. Also the online chat seems to be broken too, it says I am connected to an agent ( not the robot ) but he is not responding.
