    @HSBC_UK I’ve now taken my case to the financial ombudsman because of the lack of customer service I’ve received plus the ridiculous amount of time it’s taken @HSBC_UK to do anything, absolutely awful customer service!!

    @HSBC_UK I have been locked out of my account,on my iPad with your mobile banking app. I have been on the phone trying to speak to someone,in a different country,to rectify this problem. Unfortunately the people who you employ,have not been able to help me one bit 1/2

    @HSBC_UK @WalsallCouncil Especially the one out of gethins gym that was chirping Liz truss… I didn’t say that… I also didn’t say anything about carbon coding on his Nelly comment.     Blimey @HSBC_UK you don't make it easy ! As a @firstdirecthelp customer I wanted basic info from you that can't be found online. Rang both non-HSBC & existing HSBC numbers..pls enter sort code (how do you have a sort code if you're not a customer?). I'm about to go elsewhere..

    @HSBC_UK I’m a long term customer and I’ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that can’t. Some things only in branch, but can’t get a branch appt for months.

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n
