@EckCharlie @HSBC_UK I downloaded it 5 days ago and it hasn’t worked since. I have had to order a Digital Secure Key to access my account on a laptop. I have to wait between 5-10 days.

So @HSBC_UK you call me, and leave a voicemail to call back which I do. Then you ask for a telephone security number. When I say I don't know it you tell me you'll lock my account? Who uses telephone banking? Awful customer service

@HSBC_UK hi, I’m having trouble amending a standing order, your app isn’t capable, your online banking system won’t let me and your chat advisors can’t help me either. I’ve asked for someone to call me, preferably a manager and I’ve been told that isn’t possible! Please help!

@HSBC_UK I have Power of Attorney for my mum. You will not add me on her account because there is an E missing in my middle name. The Public Guardian has said middle names are immaterial! They do not matter! What’s going on? Halifax had no problem with it!
