    @HSBC_UK Online banking has been down for some time now. Whilst it's great you are working with charities, do you not think you should be releasing a statement on what's going on and when your customers can pay their bills!

    @wills46 @HSBC_UK I know! And it’s payday too 😩 update - I have managed to get logged in a few times but it’s slow to log in and it’s not always letting me log in
