@HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it

@stephenpratley @HSBC_UK The fact the HSBC biz app still has no notifications and their card has no Apple Pay support tells you everything about their care for customers. They don’t give a ****.

@HSBC_UK @zaracottrill If we delete and install again, how are we going to log in back, isnt the login code via app only?

@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

@HSBC_UK at some point banks need to accept that some clients need actual help to set up accounts rather than do a bit, send them away, when client receives emails and no clue what they are supposed to do esp when they are using old mobile devices, no clue how to upload info

I’m pretty sure none they have dealt with has ever set up a business themselves or put their neck on the line. The service and communication is appalling, everyone hiding behind online communication, @HSBC_UK it is very poor
