    @PMcmuldrow @HSBC_UK Been hanging on for 32 minutes now and counting. Asked to be transferred to a manager who wasn't reading from a script. Wondering if I have just been put on hold and forgotten. Then of course there is the problem of not being able to understand the dialects of their staff!!! 🤬

    So #HSBC @HSBC_UK has refused to help us out by consolidating our debt with a loan. I guess they prefer to continue to get the extortionate interest on the #HSBC credit cards we have with them and keep us crippled financially!!! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK 40 days later, they are still investigating my matter. Don't trust them with your money. Luckily I didn't make the switch over straight away and waited to see how the service is, rubbish!

    @HSBC_UK do I still have to notify you if i go abroad? There is no longer a my banking and notify us of travel section on either the mobile site or the app! Help?
