@HSBC_UK is really the worst bank experience I ever have… They are blocking your account for NO reasons and force you to go in person for a full ID check. Absolutely awful service. I will change bank, I can’t endure their garbage services. All my issues is their fault.

@Cashplus @HSBC_UK @Cashplus I just got off the phone with support for the 4th time (one of them actually told me to hold and hung up). Apparently, I need to physically get documents certified (who on earth does this) and then send them via post and wait 10 days. This is in the 21st Century.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK Applied for couple of positions through careers section on website. Got mail after 2 long months stating application declined that too without providing any reason. Can we call it unprofessionalism of highest standards ? #hsbc #Careers

@HSBC_UK think your service is second to none, the app is brilliant, and being able to update my phone number within minutes is a game changer. 👌🏼

Looking at the @Cashplus Twitter feed, it appears that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

@HSBC_UK Currently having site issues? Getting 'an error occurred' when amending or creating standing orders, getting logged out when clicking between pages, and live chat not working. App working fine, unfortunately your app doesn't have such basic functions as amending SO..

@ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far
