    @HSBC_UK This is one of the worst banks I have dealt with, no customer care at all, avoid opening an account with them especially Business account

    @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

    @bp_UK why do you have to hold £150 AS WELL as the amount used ffs. @HSBC_UK just for a bit of fuel. Its been days and no access to my money this has to stop

    So @HSBC_UK won't let me log in to my account on my phone, because I have a Medical ID app. Amazing

    @HSBC_UK your app sucks. "your access to the app has been suspended on this device until you've taken action to restore it" and its telling me to delete the whole android system. yeah im just gonna switch banks see ya

    @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?
