    Appalling service from @HSBC_UK I've been a customer for 30 years. Not for much longer. Four working hours trying to get into my business account, three of them waiting on the phone, then being cut off. I've done all the prompts etc, sent the relevant docs. So angry. 😡😡😡

    Seems it’s Sky Broadband at fault. Can access the app via network carrier no problem. You guys need to get together @SkyHelpTeam @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK I redid my business banking details yesterday and still can't get online - THREE hours this morning trying to contact you, and the phone call cut off.... thinking you need the banking #ombudsman to take a look at this - I've lost four working hours in total inc yesterday
