    @prince_okemini @HSBC_UK I've had the same problem, absolute joke of a bank! HSBC need to sort out there atrocious customer service and stop committing financial fraud with their customers, that might help with the cost of living!

    @HSBC_UK The number you provided in the tweet, I spoke to a operators then they transfer me - I get cut off at that point but I did successfully get through to fraud dept once, apparently it was the wrong fraud for him then he cut me off! Top service lads

    @HSBC_UK business/commercial are quite possibly the most inept bank. Impossible to speak to anyone who knows what they are doing and still charge you for the privilege. I want to speak to someone in the UK let alone get a face to face meeting but no that is impossible!!! 😤
