    @HSBC_UK what an absolute joke, just travelled into Dudley to pay in some cash. Because one machine is broken no one in the bank can accept the deposit. This is why I don’t bank with you sadly First Direct does. Now going to the post office to do what a bank cannot!!

    @HSBC_UK Yes I have done that. But now I have to log in again with my secure key card and it’s run out of battery so I can’t login? How do I resolve this please?

    @HSBC_UK There were three members of staff and the one I spoke to told me I couldn’t pay in at the branch due to the machine not working and told me to go to the post office! Post office told me HSBC staff have been directing their customers them for about a month

    @HSBC_UK I’ve never seen such a poor customer service, just for an update on credit card application I’ve been on phone for more 3 hours,on hold for 90 mins last Thursday and I was told call back request has been raised and I will be contacted within 48 hours. It’s just pathetic
