    Worst customer service I’ve had in years. Completely unhelpful plus security to get to talk to anyone on the phone is absolutely insanely frustrating.There’s security and then over the top.@HSBC_UK as soon as I eventually get my replacement card I’m transferring.

    @HSBC_UK what do you suggest doing when the app is never connected to your server? Your queues take forever on the call and your online service is typically shite and outdated?! Who uses secure keys these days?! Time to move after 10 years. So shite.

    @HSBC_UK Any ETA on an update for the HSBC UK app on Android 12/Pixel 6. It's a bit ridiculous I can't log in to see my bank accounts on my phone in 2021.

    @HSBC_UK @aakash_khan Pixel 6 has been out for weeks now. Not being able to access your banking app for this entire time is pretty ridiculous really. Not something you expect from a bank the size of HSBC.

    @HSBC_UK you’re online all is awful, you’re reset function doesn’t work and you can never get in contact. Worst bank…need to move after 10 years of shite!

    Hey @HSBC_UK, Any update ok the app on ios15? I know it’s been an ongoing issue for days, but I really need to do some banking and I cannot log in on any device as my authenticator is in the app as well. Very frustrating
