    @HSBC_UK I have made credit card payment on May 1 & May 3 for same because your alert. I have reached your support chat from app 3 times. I’m not getting any help or solution. The text on internet about excess payment is completely different with real experience with the support.

    @HSBC_UK I'm trying to register for online banking, but it's not working. Codes mostly don't arrive, when they do the app says they're not valid, and now when i ask for a new code it just says "Error". Is there someone i can phone to sort this out?

    @HSBC_UK I've received a few emails asking me to sign a Terms of Use online document re. BBBL. I contacted your team asking if the email was genuine but the reply was generic and not at all helpful. Can you help? Document is on Echosign. Anyone else had email @Bounce_BackLoan?

    Can anyone recommend a user-friendly online bank account? Im really struggling with @HSBC_uk since they changed the login, too many passwords and codes to remember. I have quite bad cognitive problems and keep getting locked out.
