    Online banking app tells me to activate secure key by logging on to online banking I click and it takes me to the website, when I log on via the website, it tells me to log on via the app. What is this? @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK your mobile banking app keeps crashing on start up. You need to sort this fast as lots of people cannot do their banking, awful service for a global bank - user testing of app must have been poor.

    @andyflisher @HSBC_UK Honestly just change banks. I had this backward and forward locked out nonsense from them for 2 month because they kept spelling my name wrong. Changed banks and never had a problem, worst customer service and bank out there.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness telephone line waiting time is more than 30 minutes and chat portal is in a long queue. Online security device doesn’t work as well. Please help !!
