    @Connor_Miller98 @HSBC_UK When the HSBC (and First Direct) apps launch, the iOS version is checked and they’ve not included iOS 16 as yet. The same issue occurs every year with the new iOS release and takes months for them to resolve (search ‘iOS HSBC’ to see everyone else who’s frustrated by this).

    transfer money to other PEOPLE in order to access my own money!! you have no solution other than that?? @HSBC_UK and other banks at least allow you to use the cash machine but you cant muster up that. Go to the branch i hear you say...

    @HSBC_UK my debit card had been expired last may!! Been contacting your customer service multiple times! Just given false reassurance!!! How dare you to do that to your customer??? Cant do any transactions as my card is expired!!!

    @HSBC_UK What is happening to your online banking system? The login process takes far too long and often results in timeouts. Plus I cannot see the transactions against my accounts at the moment.

    @HSBC_UK You laid off too many people or they left during the pandemic and you never rehired. Been terrible for the last two years.
