@HSBC @HSBC_UK is falling apart! Customer service is dead; online support to reset password; telephone support services do not work. Now at the bank, there is not enough staff to help, they close at 3pm and at least 3 of us are here for the same reason! #pointless #disband!

I am chairman of a small amateur radio society. We have about £600 in the bank and @HSBC_UK have informed us they are now going to levy a £5 per month service fee on the account. Can anyone recommend a current account for clubs and societies which does not charge a monthly fee?

Usual useless service from @HSBC_UK transfer money to another account, gets flagged as fraud despite the account holder being the same name, tell me to call them and then leave me hanging on the phone for ages. Absolute joke of a bank.

@HSBC_UK And waste more of my time? No thanks. The only promise @HSBC_UK can make is that if something goes wrong, the customer is screwed. I’d rather that be publicly viewable, and spend my time looking for another bank.

@RevolutApp I got stuck at a Mexico airport when @HSBC_UK blocked my card for buying a flight even tho they knew I was in Mexico. Thank god I’m a @RevolutApp customer. Managed to book my flight and move on with my travels.

@HSBC_UK What is wrong with your website? Impossible to login. It keeps freezing. Now you have closed thousands of branches there is simply no way we can access our own bank accounts. Please get the website sorted out.

@Ianbmrt @HSBC_UK We tried moving to Barclays, but this is proving difficult (hours to answer the phone, etc), so are now giving Virgin a go as they seem keen to help. This is for Club/Society accounts with online banking.
