    @SimonMcCauley1 @HSBC_UK When you trust all of your money with these people, and then their site goes down, and you can’t even speak to anyone at the company, it becomes unacceptable. This is ridiculous. If you’re down for maintenance, you let your customers know before hand, period. This is ridiculous.

    @SimonMcCauley1 @HSBC_UK That's because people using the App are seeing a fraud error code, they are scared the systems have been hacked and their accounts drained. There will be women walking home alone in the dark tonight because they can't pay for a bus fare. Be more sensitive.
