    @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, got a call security call last Friday. Couldn't hear the person who called me - asked them to call me back so I verify transfer. Rather than do that they disabled my mobile app. Now on the phone trying to get app access but been hung up on. REALLY!

    Reminder, if you’re installing iOS 16, not all apps work. A lot of banking apps from @HSBC_UK ARE BROKEN! Good luck, have fun!

    Probably the most boring tweet to come back on after a semi hiatus, but any bank recommendations for a switch over? Having had a pretty awful experience with @HSBC_UK and trying to close my HTB ISA, looking elsewhere now

    @HSBC_UK Yesterday I called to get help to make an online purchase and went through 4 levels of menu and entered 20 different digits to identify and then finally got told you’re closed and the line goes *click*
