    @HSBC_UK 120days charge back, any way around paid over that time for festival tickets. Got cancelled but @Festicket won’t refund and no contact no help from them been a weeks. Can anything be done too much money to lose. Thanks

    So @HSBC_UK finally answered me and they admit they have cocked up but they do not intend to put things back in on track for me. They don't do that. They threw a few tens at me to apologize for their error and now I can bugger of, it's for me to sort it out.

    @HSBC_UK No I’ll be leaving @HSBC_UK @HSBC after having banked since the 1990s. I’ve been asked to call back but I can’t get through for hours. When I do the Indian call centre drops my call or they say they can’t help. I’m done with your online help as well. Totally useless

    @HSBC_UK can you sort your phones out please been holding for an hour then got cut off and I keep getting passed from one advisor to another on the chat without any help

    @HSBC_UK Hsbc cards not being accepted even after fully approving on app and getting OTP. It’s causing serious problems and failed applications. It’s horrendous, and support can see no problems with anything.

    @HSBC_UK your security/help/everything is honestly getting on my last nerve tonight i'm now stuck and can't get into my banking app. I need to move banks this amount of security/issues to reset a password or just log in is a joke.

    @HSBC_UK 3 phone calls to your helpline trying to help my daughter sort her student account. Phone cut off at all 3 attempts after 22, 12 and 6 mins. She has SEN and needs support. How do we get in touch?
