@HSBC_UK is there problems with the app? I’m trying to move funds and pay bills but it won’t load the recipients lists of where to send the money. According to the website there are no issues with any service but clearly there is.

@HSBC_UK @jilekchan I also asked the same question on 7Jan. They replied with 10 working days for the mail delivered. When no mail received so far and asked again, there is no reply.

@bentasker @HSBC_UK I was recommended to @Germanzuppo they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅
