@HSBC_UK Dear HSBC, I’ve had the most terrible service relating to the delivery of a replacement card. Conflicting information from all your advisors and at the end of an online chat and two phone calls, still no progress. Unacceptable level of service.

7 days without internet banking, multiple calls with each waiting time of at least an hour. Ticket raised with IT three days ago by your representative and. Still no luck. Not sure how long will it take to resolve a simple issue @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK 2 days I’ve been trying to call to sort out my daughters internet banking & keep getting cut off. Very frustrating considering ‘nipping in to a branch’ is near impossible given all the closures of high street branches. Plus, your hold music sucks……

@HSBC_UK Suspended my acct, and a payment that I made to someone has been stopped with NO-ONE from your bank contacting me. Now i'm on phone to your support who transferred me to a service that hung up on me. 1 hour wasted already, still locked out my acct. Not acceptable
