    @HSBC_UK @uk_task_ I have learned yesterday HSBC or the CEO don't care about customers. I lost my mother whish I am still feeling the pain. I have problems putting my mother to rest. No compassion to help me. When asked the service representative if he's laughing at he continued the cold play book

    @HSBC_UK You really are going to the dogs. Recently e have had several problems with our service. This evening I wanted to edit a payee and could not manage the change so thought Iā€™d email securely but oh no that facility has been removed. Use chat! Will look into alternatives

    @HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.

    @HSBC_UK i have tired to set up the HSBC app on the Mobile i bought here but it comes up with an error everytime i try and enter ID such as bank info for the first step. I need access to My money as everything not nailed down was stolen

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Applied for couple of positions through careers section on website. Got mail after 2 long months stating application declined that too without providing any reason. Can we call it unprofessionalism of highest standards ? #hsbc #Careers
