So there is a ‘fault’ with @HSBC_UK’s system where they randomly closed one of my accounts. Waited 2 months for it to be fixed. Escalated it with the complaints dept and they’ve tried multiple times to fix it but failed and they say they’ll email me my statements but haven’t.

@HSBC_UK The only way I can regain access to banking services is to visit a branch. Yep, that’s right, a bank which is only open during working hours and is over 10 miles from home. How am I supposed to do that?!

@HSBC_UK after over an hour of trying the online chat is there any way I can be helped with regards to an email from HSBC regarding CRS & FATCA to be signed. All I wanted to know is if it’s legit. All this spam warnings but no help. Unhappy

@HSBC_UK have done it again. Unprompted call from fraud team to tell me something. I couldn’t answer one security questions (the payee on a random payment made in the last month), so they (a) refused to tell me what they phoned about and (b) suspended my access to phone banking.

@HSBC_UK you recently closed my bank account & sent me a cheque for the funds in the account. Unfortunately my new account is an online account & do not accept cheques. Your call center insist there is nothing they can do. Please help.

@HSBC_UK I've already spent an hour on the phone to HSBC. They said no issues but it's still not working. I've not used Amazon, I've tried with several other vendors.
