    @Kathy_CEO_CE @simonjduffy @HSBC_UK Yes! I had exactly this a year ago, was locked out for weeks. Terrible service. After a number of unbelievably frustrating issues & hours on hold, we managed to raise the right kind of complaint, got an allocated contact person and finally got a breakthrough. Keep complaining!

    @Kathy_CEO_CE @cara_cinnamon @HSBC_UK So sorry you’re going through it. I hate HSBC. Didn’t even get the business account set up when I tried as they made it impossible. Was always the worst bank to secure accounts for young people. Doesn’t help you but at least you know it’s not just you.

    @Kathy_CEO_CE @HSBC_UK We moved our account to another org after writing to their CEO. Totally frustrating, staff can't override the computer and use their brains. They offered us £100 compensation - insulting, turned it down. They obviously don't want the custom of charities/CICs.

    We need your help @MartinSLewis. A mistake on a bank transfer and almost 9 weeks later our funds have not been returned (although they been recovered). Customer service from @HSBC_UK has been disgusting.

    @HSBC_UK Hi there, I'm now applying to open an account with you, but your identification app has a technical issue and I cannot upload my IDs. I tried several times, but it never worked. What should I do? Will somebody contact me or will my application be resumed? thx
