    @HSBC_UK also, please revert back how to log onto the desktop site. I like to use it on mobile sometimes and Impossible to log in now as it needs the QR code from the app.

    @HSBC_UK This is one of the worst banks I have dealt with, no customer care at all, avoid opening an account with them especially Business account

    @HSBC_UK dear hsbc I’ve banked with you for 40+ years why is it my brand new card contactless is not working I’ve had it 2 days it worked at @Se_Railway this morning and now isn’t?

    @HSBC_UK sort put your services ! Your app is diabolical and like a gamble if you can access your account or not ! Your login page has been frozen for days, and your photo ID krap is a joke ! ive had eye surgery ( im sick as hell ) and I cant even pay for eye drops !!!!!!!!!
