    @HSBC_UK For waiting over 1hr 10min I gave up. Tried several more times and now I am now waiting for a call back. I must say that the customer service is extremely poor, not enough branches and not enough staff!!

    @HSBC_UK You’ve closed two of my local branches, now I’m sat on the phone approaching an hour to speak to someone 😠.. Come on, where’s the customer service when you need it!

    Gosh @HSBC_UK your phone "helpline" is truely appalling. I've been on hold now for 2hrs & counting in the last 24 hours. You've cut me off twice & having got thru to an actual person you've just put me on hold again... Still I've only been a customer for 25+yrs. Why bother caring

    @HSBC_UK I've just had the worst experience this evening. Leaving me with no access to my bank account when I have 2 young children. When I take the long distance to the branch tomorrow full of disappointment in the bank I choose...I will be closing my account.
