    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK it is now 8 days. So a ASAP we now know is "it will take weeks" for us to sort out a problem we have created where there should be no problem.

    @HSBC_UK There is no point in having opening times when Oldham HSBC is still not open at 9.42am. Really poor service.

    @Houndrocky1 @IanCbuddie @HSBC_UK He probably does adverts because he gets a **** load of money for a few days work, likewise why his co star Katherine Parkinson does mainly advert voice overs, nothing to do with the audience at home.

    @HSBC_UK bank card has not arrived after 2 weeks. Every time I visit your branches they are understaffed! Now I’m being told I must go out of my way to pick up new card as branches near me are closed on weekends . Time for a switch?as manager was no help!
