@HSBC_UK I want to withdraw money using my hsbc uk advance debit card from Indian ATM. How much is the charge. Example if i will withdraw 100 pound than how much i ll get in inr. I can see 2.75% is the charge mentioned in WEBSITE.

@HSBC_UK your on line banking is not fit for purpose and over complicated... app is useless and now my husband is unable to access his account after at least an hour and a half on the phone he was put on hold for forty minutes then hung up on ..poor poor service..

@HSBC_UK extremely disappointed. 2 open a salary account, address proof given were 1 Agency certificate 2 husband’s bills 3 job offer letter No luck. Wil hv 2 go 2 other bank. My husband will also possibly switch (ur customer since 2016). Faced tons online support issue.

@HSBC_UK Hi, why are your customers’ cards blocked and online bank apps shut down when they try to transfer funds to a company to buy cryptocurrency? Then they have an hour being questioned by your Fraud dept before allowing the transfer to go through? 1/2
