30 mins on hold with @HSBC_UK they not alone does anyone in this country offer even half decent access to customer service. No lie, everything is just so hard to get done. No int directing me your banking app when banking app says call you!!!!!

Pretty disgusted @PostOffice that your counter exchange rate is $1.28 you pretty much stole £40 on me to change $300 what a rip off. Will never use you again. And @firstdirect you’re awful taking away my customer teller services at @HSBC_UK paying pitiful interest. Closing my A/c

@HSBC_UK Hi - can you help me understand why some transactions are showing on online banking on the web but NOT in the mobile app please? Note I’m not disputing the txs but why are they not showing up in the mobile app?
