    @HSBC_UK have still not responded to DMs to their Help Desk nor the email requested when I made these woes public. Formal complaint lodged regarding their failure to release my money from Business Account they closed over a month ago. I can only assume this is a vindictive

    @HSBC_UK Still awaiting an acknowledgment let alone a response. Formal complaint submitted. This is a great case study on how not to treat a loyal customer with 20 years business and 45 years personal relationship with HSBC.

    @CliveTiz Formal complaint submitted to @HSBC_UK and I have mentioned that if they do not release my business balance I will be forced by their actions to escalate the issue to the Ombudsman.

    @HSBC_UK And what about restoring counter service? I'm a business customer aswell as personal (have been for many yrs), I don't like paying in on a machine in front of everyone.

    @HSBC_UK credit cards have horrendous customer service, my goodness! Zero empathy, poor responsiveness, once I resolve this issue I am closing my account ASAP! And they better not send me a surve…. What an absolute waste of time!

    @HSBC_UK I would like to raise my concerns about thE new HSBC mobile banking app which I think is shockingly bad, and does not service my needs. As a Premier bank customer I have twice tried to raise my concerns via chat session without success and your CX is seriously lacking!
