It landed a few hours later. Your staff were helpful and re-assuring, like when I used to take notes, coins and cheques to deposit with them over the counter

HSBC used to be one of the best bank's in the UK, NOT SO MUCH anymore. Your "service" sucks, HSBC Bank. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!
