    After a long run. Today I will be closing my @HSBC_UK account and savings account. The service has massively declined, the customer service agents don’t know how to action requests which has ultimately cost me a vast amount of money over the last few months.

    @HSBC_UK funny though, the app works perfectly fine on my nintendo switch i modded to run android. the latest update has just completely broken the security check feature. it's all over the place

    @HSBC_UK I would like you to get in touch with the branch and find out why these barriers exist This person needs access to a bank account and with the time scale Nov 26 that aint good enough
