    @HSBC_UK And its widely known in banking the HSBC has little interest in its UK retail operation - compare the services on offer with its dedicated account Chinese Communist Party for example and phone based access to cash machines in HK for all account holders….

    Noting there is no "counter service" in the bank at all on a Saturday so nothing complex can be undertaken. Not an issue for me as my local @HSBC_UK shut years ago.

    @HSBC_UK is there anyway of actually talking to someone to get access to my online/mobile banking outside of the 8pm cut off? Pretty poor that 24 hour help isn’t available.

    @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.

    @HSBC_UK @WalsallCouncil Whenever your board is ready and want to actually get answer with out gaps you have my number and if I hadn’t of wiped bottoms on the energy legals via foi you would of been in **** of tax payers money

    @HSBC_UK I had an account with you when in UK. I moved to India for two years and now want to use the account. Since the number registered with you is not working, I am not able to login. Could you please help me in logging into my account by verifying the details using email.
