.@HSBC_UK's android app is so fundamentally broken it's blocking me from transferring money entirely. "Sorry this service is unavailable try again later" - oh sure, just, y'know, the core capability of a banking app. But it gets worse 1/2

@HSBC_UK Appalled by HSBC’s service. Our account has been blocked through no fault of our own and nobody has been able to help - in branch, online or by phone. We have no money, our direct debits our bouncing and I have been cut off the line once again.

@ElliotBath @HSBC_UK @NatWestGroup Just awful service. We’ll be leaving HSBC as soon as we’re allowed access to our own bank account and wages. No communication throughout any of this without chasing them myself. And even when I do get through I don’t get answers. Will be happy to move to NatWest!!
