  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK I am a Premier account holder, have had my phone and wallet stolen in Portugal, service offered by Aviva is woeful, unable to get through, told that coverage is actually much lower than advertised, with a month wait. Stranded here for a week more no phone bank cards etc

  Hi @HSBC_UK Ive had letter from you claiming that you owe me a refund due to historic credit card charges and to reply with my bank acc details on a pre paid form. Not sure if a scam and yr helpline cant confirm. No HSBC branches near me. Help!

  @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

  @HSBC_UK You really are going to the dogs. Recently e have had several problems with our service. This evening I wanted to edit a payee and could not manage the change so thought I’d email securely but oh no that facility has been removed. Use chat! Will look into alternatives
