@HSBC_UK After many messages to many chat advisors, I *finally* got connected with someone that was prepared to help me. She did what I requested - amended my standing order… if only every member of HSBC staff was that helpful… such a simple request should not take so long to action!

@HSBC_UK app it’s been causing problems for more than a week now! To manage my account i have to go to the branch or sped ours ok the phone bacaise i can’t generate any security code at all!!! 😡🤬😡🤬 Please sort this out ASAP!

@HSBC_UK waited nearly 2 hours for a call back from biz banking (last couple of times call back never happened at all) ..and online chat cannot help either after 30 mins wait. All continues to be unwell at HSBC clearly.
