@HSBC_UK I managed to find that if I log into the website then the app button in the checkout system worked. But the embedded version in the Asda app wouldn’t at all. Gonna be a challenge if I have to go the long way every time.

Hi @HSBC_UK why is almost impossible to arrange a mortgage appointment as an existing customer been trying to arrange an appointment for some time in the next month for past 2 weeks!?

@HSBC_UK The dreadful level of service you are giving us shows how little you care about social enterprises that support underrepresented groups. Please let us know if adequate support from HSBC is reserved only for wealthy corporations so we can end this frustrating experience.

@HSBC_UK Not that I'm aware. The only time I directly pay by card is with Apple (itunes) which is where the problem is occurring. Otherwise I usually pay for everything through paypal (there's an annoying code problem with that every few weeks) but that's at least less of a hassle.

@HSBC_UK great when your trying to open a business bank account and the online system is flawed, in branch can’t help, the phone line can’t help the only option is live chat 1 week later I still haven’t been able to speak to someone to progress the application

@HSBC_UK Or you get a text from fraud prevention and the call staff are all offshored and you can't understand a word they are saying - wtf? Because that doesn't feel like a scam.
