    @HSBC_UK so you cancelled an online payment because you didn’t answer your phone before your 8pm deadline. I was hanging on the phone for nearly an hour and you didn’t answer. 8pm passes and you cancelled the payment. I’m trying now to make it again and get an error code H55! 😡

    I wish @HSBC_UK @HSBC Kinetic would STOP sending me a statement in the post every time I receive money in. Sooooo annoying! I get letters weekly and they don’t offer online statements. Just terrible

    HI #HSBC after spending nearly 2 hours on phone over the past 3 days with many of your customer (NON) service people, my digital banking is still suspended and I can't access my money. Guess whose business you just lost? @HSBC_UK #shameful

    New low for @HSBC_UK customer service. After again being told to speak with their online chat service to order a new bank card, they confirmed it would be sent out. I chase this up today and they have told me that no card has been ordered and I should called up. #Awful
