@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK @British_Airways the same I have a travel voucher I can’t use online the web chat people tell me to call and book flights but I tell them it’s cuts me off as not taking calls so it’s literally impossible to use voucher. Requested refund but not eligible

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK What’s worse is healthcare supply companies (and other companies) no longer providing telephone numbers for the public only online admission forms stating they will reply in 1 working day but 3 weeks later still no reply @OmronHealthEU being one

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Left phone on the side over 2 hours x 3,plus shorter ones,messages,Twitter messages,took over a week to speak to a person who then said they couldn’t help & put me back in a queue,which cut off after 30 mins ! @HSBC_UK are not a helpful productive bank at all.

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK If your looking for a bank that doesn’t block cards etc then Santander. I’m moving from Halifax to them as Halifax’s fraud system is far to sensitive and trying to resolve it takes 4 hours.
