Now @HSBC_UK is asking me £25 as fees to track my own money which I transferred using HSBC banking services. For which I have already paid £5 as service charge. Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻

@HSBC_UK I've been on the phone over an hour and a half without being seen to, to ublock a card, as an advance customer. I've also requested my son's online banking code to open his account 7 times now. Shocking customer service!!!!!!

An hour and a half later, we find that the issue was that @HSBC_UK had blocked my card due to suspected fraud, but not contacted me because the phone number (which it uses to send one time passcodes) was not valid. Shambles. Has left 86yo mother with no food deliveries this week

@HSBC_UK service beyond poor. Transferring a large sum of money took over 4 days !!money left my account but not arrived the other end . Feeling like HSBC kidnapped my money .Scandalous service in a digital age . … do not bank with HSBC #hsbc #worstcustomerservice

Dear @HSBC_UK, I’ve been trying to call your international/overseas hotline number but it keeps giving me “Error”. I’ve tried with different phones but they all give the same “Incorrect No” msg. I’ve been going in circles because your live chat agents are not helpful at all.

@HSBC_UK If I were an HSBC customer in need of help I think the last place I'd turn to for that help would be HSBC. In the world of banking any help on offer in a financial crisis travels in one direction & one direction only - from the taxpayer (their customers) to the bank.
