@HSBC_UK waited 25 mins in Bournemouth branch today to pay money in. Only 2 window tellers open. Recently shut the very busy Winton branch & closed teller positions in the Westbourne branch. Awful Bank run by very incompetent *** & senior managers... I feel for the staff.

How long are the likes of @HSBC_UK and others going to dine out on blaming Covid for terrible service and poor customer care. For a bank this size their service is and has been an absolute shambles for years.

@HSBC_UK @mouthwaite HSBC used to be great when we first opened our joint account, my husband had been with them since uni but now their customer service is awful. You used to get a lovely friendly person to talk to and now you spend ages just trying to get through.

@HSBC_UK been trying now for 2 hours to speak to someone on business about my card abroad no one can help keep transferring me or putting me on hold again for 20 mins then next person cant help what type of service is this

@HSBC_UK the most awful customer service. Waiting on the phone for 40mins with an operator only to be cut off. This happened TWICE. You have my details so why don’t you call back and apologise?!
