    @HSBC_UK Can someone help me with the new security code, where do I input it? Can't get past the generate a code page in app. Get the code which expires in 1 minute but no where to input it. Can't find a solution anywhere. Thanks

    Status update: @HSBC_UK blocked my card two days ago, still does not give a ****, still didn't even attempted to contact me apart from social media team sending empty promises and some automated emails.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve just spent 45 mins on your website, chat and phone trying to open a joint savings account. I gave up when told that I would have to GO INTO A BRANCH to do this. My other jt a/c is online so why isn’t this more straightforward
