@yrhenwrach @HSBC_UK The 'old f arts' heading the banks didn't realise that the spotty geeks running their social media accounts are redefining bank HR policy (and consequently customer relations), probably without any prior Board approval. But don't expect any challenge or disapproval anytime soon!
