@rachelktobin @HSBC_UK I have been trying to speak to online banking since yesterday 3pm - you wait 40 mins to be answered - tell them your issue and then you get cut off - ridiculous - will be changing. Banks Monday morning

@HSBC_UK Hi, is it possible for two different people to use the same mobile banking app? I can’t see an option for person A to log out fully (and keep Digital Secure Key) and for person B to also use the app on the same phone to access *their* mobile banking setup.
