@HSBC_UK Hi I'm an HSBC UK customer living overseas. I can't get access to my online account, and when I try calling long distance I sit on hold for 35+ minutes, then the line goes dead. I need to speak to someone so I can access my account. Please help!!!

@HSBC_UK I have just received a call asking me to contact your customer services department. I was then placed on hold for 20 minutes and your operator cut me off. This is unacceptable, please contact me to arrange a call back.

@HSBC_UK Have you stopped responding to emails sent through your system? I have sent 3 emails now with no response, the first one was sent Wednesday 05 May so a lot longer than 2 working days ago.

GRRRRRR to @HSBC_UK Have rarely had problem with your app. This evening, it's making me log in fresh, telling me I have dig sec key and taking me in circles where it won't let me log in. Tried resetting and same frustrating circles. Urgently need access and no help anywhere

@kidcamel @HSBC_UK Same problem myself. Trying to reset online banking as it’s locked and can’t use the app then it’s asks me to generate a code on the app.....that I can’t use....frustrating

For more than a year, @HSBC_UK and @Ryanair have tied me into a kafkaesque nightmare of denying me a refund. The bank reversed a refund on the airline’s behalf and RyanAir never updated their system to reflect that. So I can’t even request a refund from their website.

@HSBC_UK Another 24 hours and another problem. Money sent - Fraud Text Received - Phoned you to confirm it was legit. Funds just returned to me and now too late to send today!!!! SECOND TIME IN A WEEK you have stopped me sending my OWN money !!!!!!!!!!!!
