    @HSBC_UK Dear HSBC, is it normal to have to wait one hour and half for a callback? You claim customer calls are important to you but do nothing to make the service effective. I have DM'd this also in case that helps

    @HSBC_UK I received a secure key code in the post only for it not to work , really had enough of all this not been able to access online banking for nearly a year, beginning to think it will be easier to close the account and move to a different bank.

    @HSBC_UK 40 minutes to get the Verified by Visa bit to go through today. Hey @Morrisons, HSBC reckons it's your fault that their verification system won't work on your site.

    @HSBC_UK I wanted to raise an anonymous complaint, mainly about how no one wants to even know the issue before demanding all my bank details! Stop asking for bank details. If I just need to know the steps of what to do u can tell people without all their details!!

    @HSBC_UK made a lump payment to my mortgage this morning to get a message 6 hours later that the payment is being held by fraud, 6 hours!! Why is has this taken so long to be contacted terrible service, HSBC are a joke

    @HSBC_UK why have I got a code, a pin and a password as well as concistantly being asked to setup biometrics which I cat and don't want!! But I can't login to my bank because u locked me out after I got the pin or code (I can't remember) wrong once and now I have to reset!
