@HSBC_UK almost impossible to open a children's bank account. Won't accept id online and when i go in branch they need the children who are at school and the branch only opens 9.30-2.30 Monday to Friday. How do i open a childrens account with you or do i go Halifax who are open 1

@HSBC_UK unbelievably shocking service from @HSBC today. Hours trying to do a simple transaction - in loop of inane music & being bounced around from one department to another. Massive inconvenience.

@HSBC_UK 1/2Your customer service is shocking. My daughter is recently back from Australia and trying to get a new card from her bank account. She took her passport and a previous letter from you with her address on it but the tiller would not let her access her account.

@StewartMitchell @HSBC_UK It's probably just one of many factors that on their own would not cause a failure to login/use the account, but if enough of these fail then there is a good chance something dodgy going on and they would like to ask for further checks or manually verify it's the account holder

@bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.
