@HSBC_UK The old one was fine. The new one needs you to scroll down to find the appropriate button & gives several options. Instructions on the website as you try to log on to your a/c have the confusing message "Don't log on to the app", pictures are blurred & don't say you must scroll.

@HSBC_UK is there another way to generate a telephone security code without waiting on hold?! New customer trying to access the app to activate my credit card which I need today! Been trying all weekend and currently regretting my decision to join HSBC!

@Russell46739210 @HSBC_UK Yep, I can't even log in. It tells me I'm using an "incorrect code" when I'm using my fingerprint. I can't use the website to fix it because that requires you to use the app to log on. Their advise seems to be to arrange to have a physical key delivered which is laughable
