@HSBC_UK I spoke to SEVEN call handlers this morning; SEVEN. None able to resolve the issues re: my credit card. Enough is enough. Formal complaint coming...Ombudsman will be copied in. Appalling incompetence from a major bank. The stress for me is unbearable #badcustomerservice

@HSBC_UK It is totally wrong to offer a refund and withdraw monies from our @stripe account when no evidence has been provided by the customer. While this investigation goes on, they have the goods of which they still use! It’s a false claim making it fraudulent.

The kids working in the last branch of @HSBC_UK in my town must want a redundancy check, when someone comes in & say I'd like to open another account as the one I've got already is tied to my mother's estate, can you do it on line as we're short staffed is the wrong answer

@HSBC_UK I’ve been waiting for nearly 2 years to get my name cleared from an impersonation fraud that was done in my name. No resolution or response, no help from HSBC even after multiple attempts to contact on phone, email, branch visits. Disgraceful.

I got an issue with @HSBC_UK. Normally when money is due to leave the account, it is placed in 'pending' and you can see that. But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account

@HSBC_UK Last week my wife was wrongly informed that closing her savings account would cost £4, instead we can now see in the account that it has cost closer to £400. Customer service said this will take 6-8 weeks to investigate, but we need the money back now!

@HSBC_UK why it is impossible to raise a complaint and why do we need to waste time with the robot? Why there is no option to logged a complaint online instead of wasting time. Such a pthertic and horrible service and no body simply gives a ****.

@HSBC_UK I can’t access my business banking AT ALL. The app keeps saying “server down” and I can’t log on desktop as I needs to use the app to get a secure code! This is basic banking 101, access. It’s clear hsbc has known about this app issue for months. @TheFCA

@HSBC_UK online banking is so secure that I can't even access my own account. You need about 4 different passwords to log back in for them to tell you the automated service is closed until 8am. ******* useless.
