@HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, I can log on to Online Banking and Mobile Banking just fine, and I can't send money to new payees, including my landlord (new details), due to a bug with the transaction code generator. (I have spoken with an agent on your website, who couldn't help me.)

@HSBC_UK hi I’ve called four times this morning. Twice the phone has been put down on me (once when on hold, other when transferring me) and then they don’t call me back. I keep having to wait in the queue. Im not doing it again - please can you escalate.

@HSBC_UK Business account. When I told the boy who twice refused me entry ‘am I expected to walk round town with 2k in my pocket again’ he didn’t care! Between the incompetent Rhine service and this I see no reason in staying with you
