    @HSBC_UK I’m now talking to an actual person in the app. You should have this as an immediate choice on chat. In fact it should be an immediate default when your chat bot can’t help.

    @HSBC_UK Very very impressed. My card was hacked on Saturday, you spotted it immediately and contacted me. No payment was made to the fraudsters. A new card was necessary and you sd 4-5 working days. It arrived today. Excellent service, thank you.

    @HSBC_UK I have been trying for an hour and a half this morning to make a payment on behalf of my mother, for whom I have power-of-attorney, and your operator has now hung up on me. This is terrible service, it can’t be this hard to make a pyt.
