@HSBC_UK @twtt3rtalks HSBC this is appalling. I cannot access my banking at all now. I live in NZ and don’t have a physical secure key - I relied on the app for all access. I can’t even log onto normal internet banking as my secure key IS the app. I need to make payments in the UK and can’t!

@HSBC_UK Hello. Been waiting for over a week for a postal activation code…so obviously haven’t had access to my online banking for 7 days. There must be an easier way these days to access my account rather than waiting for a letter to arrive? Thanks.

@HSBC_UK There is no Chat option showing. If I force it the the desktop site I can see Chat at the bottom but when I press it I get GSA Error - System Error

@HSBC_UK Customer service doesn't have a list of coin deposit machines!!? Perhaps you need to produce a list for your customers and put it online as you want us to do all banking that way. Have found that nearest coin machine for me is 45 minutes drive, each way. No use to me

@HSBC_UK how is a person working full time meant to use a branch when you are shutting them early absolute joke! At least alter the value of Cheque you can pay in! Thinking of moving my account to a bank that may value it better
