@HSBC_UK Already 3 attempts to talk to your customer service and every time I get moved from one team to another, until the line drops. I don't have access to my bank account either via web or app. I need urgent support. Very bad customer experience.

@HSBC_UK Is it possible to work out on your website where **all** my regional options for a Saturday Counter Service are? My local branch closes the counter service on a Sat and checking the status for about 10 branches in a row seems a bit daft

@HSBC_UK u hv stopped a payment to my @RevolutApp ac in my own name, u say ring yr Fraud team but u r CLOSED. I cant log on as it keeps showing system error Yr service is awful. I use Revolut because they offer better rates on their cards, I clearly need to move my bank a/c also

@HSBC_UK Oh, I worked out the answer after checking every branch in the London area. You don't do counter service on Saturdays. Anywhere. And the nearest coin machine is 3 buses away.😮💨
