    @HSBC_UK I’m really annoyed at how bad your customer service is. I’ve asked for a complaint to be raised twice. 3 weeks later there is still no record of the complaint. Surely that’s breaking @TheFCA rules?

    @HSBC_UK I am not blocked? I am just not receiving the text message with the activation code to let me in to the app or even onto the actual banking website! Had no issues previously until the app was updated

    @HSBC_UK How long do you expect business banking customers to hold on the phone? My security device is dead and I can't access online banking. I'm 30 mins in and still no sign of my call being answered because all your "agents are busy". #HSBC

    @pcardno @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis Yes I’ve just had the same. Nearly transferred £11,234 instead of £112.34. Tried ‘live chat’ ha! Denying all knowledge of the problem. “There are currently no other reports made in relation to the said error”
