@HSBC_UK Due to an HSBC system error, 2000 Pounds are missing from my account for 14 days now. Since then, I spent in excess of 3 hours chasing my own money with no success. No one can help. Endless calls... As a customer, I feel let down. So Opportunity does have borders! @TheFCA

@HSBC_UK I spoke to 4 customer representatives who ALL tell me the money SHOULD be there but none could help. I was told that someone will call and explain where the mistake was. No calls yet..Plus, That is NOT what I want. I want the money back… @TheFCA

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I did tried as I have been advised before last saturday and today by phone, & also by you. I did clear all cache, cookies and history on browsers and I use severals (chrome, edge, explorer, firefox, also tried from phone). Nothing is working always going on GSA errors

@HSBC_UK My local branch, with counter service was walking distance, now it's over 7 miles away thanks. And apparently the nearest coin deposit machine is a mere 30 miles away. So how do you suggest I get these coins paid into my account please? Will you pay for my petrol/parking?

@HSBC_UK can someone actually help or give me a correct number for corporate credit cards, the number on the back of the card and your advisors on the phones just send me back to business banking who refuse to help. shocking service as usual!

@HSBC_UK why my has the est. interest on my credit card gone from £23 to £40 and now up to £60. I make more than the min payment each month, haven’t spent anything on the card & the balance has been going down. At this rate, the estimated interest will be more than my min payment

Just calculated all the service charges for having a Basic Bank account with @scotiabank. 162 CAD for the last 2.5 years. Basically I've paid them for their business and gotten nothing other than **** service and issues with my Amex. @HSBC_UK charged me 0 and earned me interest.
