@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK Is the payments being declined or the card not accepted? If it is the payment not going through, try contacting customer services of the cred.card company. It might be a security issue where they have to manually unblock the company you want to book. Keeping my fingers crossed.

@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK Although I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years I don’t find the world’s local bank to be great at being either global or local. 🙈

  • saddad52 Classicalman BA (Hons) MA (@saddad52) reported

@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK They obviously don’t want you to leave Blighty, wasn’t this the same crowd you had problems with getting euros? Global banking indeed - trades description problem?

  • AbnerBrowne Andy Weston (@AbnerBrowne) reported

@HSBC_UK I’m having issues with payment notifications *again*! They’re either intermittent or not coming through at all! Why does this keep happening?

  • Lancashirezulu Tim Samuel (@Lancashirezulu) reported

@HSBC_UK Business Banking down again. Literally the worst online bank in the world! 🤬

@phenomemum @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK It does sometimes help to clear the cache - I've had this issue twice with trying to make a payment and a login and clearing cache and browsing history solved it. Might not be the issue of course but...

  • JTowndrow Jayne Towndrow (@JTowndrow) reported

@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK Mary, it's time to move your bank account. @HSBC_UK are making so many problems for you. Apply for an account at Coutts, I'm sure there'll be no issues with them.

  • AggieCrank Alison Pedley (Dr and proud of it) (@AggieCrank) reported

@SophieMHistory In the end they couldn’t help over the phone so I’ve had to come to Reading (30mins drive) now waiting for poss another 30 mins to be seen. @HSBC_UK can’t cope with anything- you’re losing a customer of 45 years AND an ex employee. Stress levels through roof.

In other news, after 20+ yrs as an HSBC Premier customer, I’m looking for a new UK bank. One that is capable of servicing international customers rather than the lip service of @HSBC_UK, with a track record of great customer service. Who do you bank with? Why are they awesome?
