@HSBC_UK - new screens for paying & transferring money are painfully slow and not intuitive. My observation is the old system was better and more user friendly. @JCEET1

Who would’ve guessed that the catalyst for me to stop using @HSBC_UK @HSBC for day to day bills and purchase would be the fact that their mobile app is the only app that stopped working when upgrading to iOS 15 beta.
