    @HSBC_UK what an absolute farce it's become banking with HSBC. Your Customer Service is a joke, telephones not answered, chat takes 20 minutes each line of response, I've now been waiting 25 minutes for an auto call back. Pitiful!

    @HSBC_UK I am now about to loose my patients!!! 2 days wasted on the phone. Been told to now go into branch. I can’t find local UK number for Runcorn branch. Can you help? Very poor customer service the past few days. #hsbc

    @HSBC_UK my 15 yo son has lost his HSBC debit card. He didn’t have phone/online/mobile banking set up and it appears impossible to cancel his card. Your emergency phone line wanted his long card number which he doesn’t have as it’s on the card.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks but my point was having been part of your customer studio panel testing the new app prior to general release that for you to end the beta with no support on reverting back to the release version is incredibly frustrating!

    @HSBC_UK Hi there is an app error where the security code generator does not appear. 1 hour holding and then cut off need another way to get support please
