Banks used to value loyal customers - literally got off a phone with @HSBC_UK customer service and was told there is no benefit of my having a HCBC account - that hit a spot - now to shop around after 10 years

@HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds

@HSBC_UK I have been locked out of my account,on my iPad with your mobile banking app. I have been on the phone trying to speak to someone,in a different country,to rectify this problem. Unfortunately the people who you employ, have not been able to help me one bit 1/2

@HSBC_UK I’ve already ordered a new card but it’s unbelievable that two staff members failed to advise me to cancel and order a replacement, rather just “see what happens” attitude. The customer service and care is truly appalling.

@HSBC_UK I can’t access my business banking AT ALL. The app keeps saying “server down” and I can’t log on desktop as I needs to use the app to get a secure code! This is basic banking 101, access. It’s clear hsbc has known about this app issue for months. @TheFCA
