@HSBC_UK block my card for possible fraud. Fair enough, ask me to ring the fraud team. Fair enough. Can’t put me through to the fraud team due to technical issues your end but my card will still be blocked ! Very poor service.

@HSBC_UK, do all your customer service staff tell fibs? Spoke to them on 30.3 and told I'd receive a call back in 5 working days. Today is working day 7, and obviously, no call has happened.

@HSBC_UK Last week my wife was wrongly informed that closing her savings account would cost £4, instead we can now see in the account that it has cost closer to £400. Customer service said this will take 6-8 weeks to investigate, but we need the money back now!

@HSBC_UK So I wasted money getting to my closest hsbc. It also doesn't help that before this I was told by your live chat that I can go through your online verification which I've done but your customer service has no acknowledgement of such a thing being done.

@HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!

@HSBC_UK I want to open an Advance account using the account switching service but at no point during the application process do you request my old bank details. Not sure therefore how you’re going to manage to switch it! Please can you explain how to do this?

@1988Harrington @Barclays @HSBC_UK I don’t think any of them want to employ actual staff anymore sadly. It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.
