@HSBC_UK Trying to get an issue resolved with the transaction disputes team, have been trying over the course of the week to be kept on Hold for over an hour Cant get through to the team with the number I was provided and and concerned I will lose my money

.@HSBC_UK Online/phone/app banking are all very well, but if you can never get through to speak to anyone & if your app does not offer all the fucntionality of a website, it's all a bit pointless.
