    Tried to open @HSBC_UK childs a/c. As I'm not a customer I need to take her to the branch to apply. No problem if Caerphilly branch was open other than 9.30 - 3.30 Mon to Fri (schooltime) and my other local branches weren't digital & unable to process her application. 🤔

    @MarkBlakely75 @MetroBank_Help @HSBC_UK No problem. I tried all the high street banks and without a BRP they all wanted a letter from a GP to verify address. Ridiculous. HSBC was by far easiest.

    @HSBC_UK Are there any updates to this. I still cannot load the app on my Android phone. Keeps crashing so I have no access to my accounts.....

    @HSBC_UK What's the point of that? When I try to reset the PIN there is no OK or anything to move on/ log in. Why do I need a PIN anyway? Everything worked fine before. Husband can log in without a PIN.

    @HSBC_UK Is there an issue with the banking app? Can’t make any payments / move money as it just says ‘You have no eligible accounts to move money from’. Been like this for a few days now.
