@HSBC_UK Still not working, inconvenience is an understatement, shocking that you can say it is working and on your service status show everything is fine. If our business gave out such false information we would have no clients. You need to get your act together! Appalling

@HSBC_UK I am trying to get log on to sort a urgent HMRC payment. Cannot logon because the site was down, then cannot logon because of this error (GBB-LON-1686). Have been on the phone on hold to HSBC for 40 minutes!!!! What’s going on?
