@HSBC_UK @Markleshark Your app doesn't work because you chose to disable it on beta versions. Apps w/o an update for months work fine. Of 7 banks across 3 countries, your app is the only one that doesn't launch on iOS 15. Yes, you can choose not to support betas but your competitors all do.

@StuartMansour @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin It doesn’t have any bearing on why we help someone, no one said that hence why a little common sense wouldn’t go amiss? Can’t you understand that sometimes targeted advertising is needed to help reach specific groups, especially those with such high levels of homelessness?

Having an absolute nightmare with @PayPalUK & @HSBC_UK… Unauthorised transactions on my HSBC account from what looked like PayPal, but wasn’t. HSBC couldn’t help but instead tried to get me to contact a random PayPal address in Bournemouth. Couldn’t get through, seemed dodgy.

@Cumbriapolice Whats the use of reporting a crime if you do nothing about it? Or take forever to get to it to allow fraudsters and banks like @HSBC_UK to get away with broken regulations. These delays sends a message to criminals that crime is ok.

@HSBC_UK @Markleshark I am not suggesting anyone here has the power to fix this, but blaming this on "the beta breaking the app" is misleading and suggesting downgrading is kind of funny. It's also a moot point as all of your competitors have apps that beta testers can use on their phones perfectly.
