    @jonmutchell @HSBC_UK So freaking annoying!! Can’t even access normal online web browser as @HSBC_UK have changed it to Digital Key ONLY which you need the APP for… you know, that APP that keeps crashing 😡 Almost like they don’t want you to access your own account 😡

    @HSBC @HSBC @HSBC_UK I upgrade my IPhone to ios16 and hsbc app stopped working. I complained about this 25 june but no action has taken

    @HSBC_UK hiya, the cheque depositing on the app seems to have been broken for a while (certainly on pixels), any update on this? I see from the app store that others are having similar issues. Thx

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp I would imagine that some bank don’t have the logic active to detect what version of iOS you’re running and blocking launch with it detects a beta version. The point I am trying to make is HSBC have decided to not support pre-release and as a beta tester that’s the risk you take.

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp that risk. For example, if HSBC was to support the beta and the beta had a security vulnerability that allowed a malicious actor to take control of your account, you’d be happy with that? No you’d blame HSBC. Accept the risk that not all software is supported or use RTMs only 2/2
