    @HSBC_UK I am a premier customer and had to undergo the most horrendous experience trying to get a tiny increase in my mortgage. Never have I felt so victimised or undervalued. Totally disgusted in HSBC

    @HSBC_UK get ya App sorted out for iOS 15. Can’t login anywhere as app crashes at splash screen and can’t get a code to logon the web.
