    @HSBC_UK any idea when the app is going to be fixed? Since the latest update earlier this week, it keeps crashing when I try and open it. Don't want to delete/reinstall as lots of ppl saying this still locks them out. This needs fixing ASAP as I can't access my acc info

    @HSBC_UK My daughter has a new phone and can’t log in to the HSBC mobile banking app, because it says she can’t be logged in on more than one device. The screen on her old phone is broken so she can’t de-register it. How can she log in on the new phone?

    @ZubyMusic @HSBC_UK did the same. Had to deal with fraud protection in the Philippines who could barely speak a word of English. I’ve used @HSBC_UK for 17 years but about done with them. Service is spiralling down.

    @HSBC_UK Good morning. It would have been nice to have had some warning that you were completely changing the Mobile app. I would like to report an issue. 'Fast Balance' has completely disappeared. This was the one feature that I used. As I refuse to set up Digital Secure Key.

    @HSBC_UK Not at all helpful - I’m capable of using the Internet. I’ve been to a branch, used chat, visited your website. I’ve done everything suggested and been unable to obtain service. @HSBC and @HSBC_UK have utterly failed. If you didn’t already have my money I’d have washed my hands.

    @HSBC_UK That link was useless, inasmuch as she was locked out of the security questions. We finally got through on the phone and a very patient assistant took us through the most convoluted process to restore her entire login: email & SMS codes, etc. I've advised her to change banks.

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK The article ranking @HSBC_UK as one of the worst banks in the UK for customer satisfaction is current as well. It's dated January 2022. I'm not surprised in the least either, given I've had to resort to twitter to get HSBC to look at a complaint made 6 months ago. Disgraceful.

    @HSBC_UK Youv'e locked me out of both the app and website...I can't chat with you because your brainless tech guys have set that up so it only works if I can log in which I can't. I've already had a disconnected call using relay or in ancient times NGT.

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK A joke. I spent an hour yesterday on your helpline after trying and failing to make an online purchase. In the process my account was suspended. Security were not there and I was told to ring back today to presumably spend another hour on the phone. Terrible service.
