@HSBC_UK I'm not sure how productive a discussion with you would be. As a customer, I am thoroughly disappointed, more than a month without being able to use the app for more like a glorified dashboard. Use that time to discuss with your development team, this should be top priority

@HSBC_UK With respect, I might feel more assured had my concerns been addressed on any of the first five occasions I requested escalation and support. I was told “there is no escalation and no mechanism to address your concerns”.
