  And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!

  @HSBC_UK I'm a new Premier Account and World Elite customer - not a very good experience so far. Messed around on the phone, transferred to the wrong department, rude person on the phone who basically hung up on me. Not a great start!!!

  @HSBC_UK please traine ur employess on the customer service putting people who cant understand english language and he just blocking bank account it doesnt make sense they dont even know reson of calling they just block my bank account ? Is it way of sense u shame on banking.

  @HSBC_UK This answer shows you actually take no notice of concerns. I need no help, I was trying to help your customer who had been scammed. Not a single helpful protocol enabled by your fraud call centre.

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK Why oh why when I call your service, first of all your employee can’t even say my surname correctly and they can’t even deal with what I asked for. An absolute total waste of time dealing with offshore employees. Why can’t I speak to somebody from the United Kingdom?
