@HSBC_UK I am absolutely sick of the incompetence of this bank following a chat with your agent Rashmi who took no notice of my request I am now left with no access to my account until a new pin which I DID NOT request arrives. Time to change banks

@HSBC_UK Hi, after 3 attempts and a restart of the app I seem to have sorted the issue. Just very frustrating that the process was extremely long winded & took so much time which tonight I didn’t have.

@HSBC_UK are absolutely useless these days. Business customer for 15yrs, need to speak to someone on the business team. Been on hold for over 4hrs combined over the last 48hrs. Now I've been told I'll get a call back "at some point between now and Monday" Absolutely awful service
