    In the queue for @HSBC_UK Business Banking. My call is "important" to them but so far been waiting 39 minutes. And we're going to be paying charges for this too! You'd think some of the $4.2 billion from Q3 could pay for a few more customer service agents!

    After two weeks of being persistent in trying to engage with HSBC, online, in-branch and via the customer call centre. I've admitted defeat. Now moving my business account elsewhere. Really shocking customer service. @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK It's both... and a new commercial card... 5 days is now two weeks... your commercial card phone number is being routed to personal accounts who can't help... business customers... I'm getting dizzy from going round and round in circles...

    @HSBC_UK do you have a fix yet for your mobile banking app so that it’s compatible with iOS 15? My phone forced an upgrade last night & I can no longer access my accounts. Please advise.
