    @HSBC_UK @HughMcJames how is someone supposed to call you when you don't have a telephone banking security number???? DMs are not read apparently. Customer Service is an absolute disgrace.

    @HSBC_UK You now have a truly awful Move Money system. Trying to set up standing order to a new payee and only getting option to make an initial payment. why? Chat service not available and no longer able to use message service either.

    @HSBC_UK The battery on the physical key I had died. Went and got a new one but my online banking wont let me access that without first accessing my mobile app. See my problem!! Should be easier. Is it fixed now please?

    @HSBC_UK Dear HSBC, I have an extremely distressed elderly Mother who cannot use the HSBC app. I have been assisting her since Friday and have spoken many times with HSBC staff via the telephone. HSBC confirmed there is a problem with the app on Friday and it is still not sorted.

    Email from @HSBC_UK reducing, yet again, their interest rates on savings. There is absolutely no incentive to save now. 30 years a customer but now looking elsewhere. Next to zero interest. Zero customer loyalty

    Update on the "caring business bank" that is @HSBC @HSBC_UK Finally after 2hrs on hold, a young lady answered, sorted the problem, she was great. Obviously more staff needed for manning the service that's advertised. Piss poor performance 🤬🤬

    @HSBC_UK still cant use mobile app, deleted and reinstalled, no change...what is going on as the issues are clearly not resolved

    @firstdirect I am not able to send you a DM - I can't work it out (even with Google). This is exactly why banks should continue to offer a proper high street service to their customers. Between you and @HSBC_UK @HSBC, it's not looking good

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to access my online banking app and it crashes and closes every time I open it?? Can you please work to resolve the issues with your app as I can’t access my account.

    @HSBC_UK Please roll out the previous version of the mobile banking app so we can access accounts. The delay to finding a fix is unacceptable.
