The worse customer service! No one can fix my digital key issue and I cannot log onto online banking… so they pretend to get “cut off” and hang up! They never call back!!! @HSBC_UK

@DrSelvarajah @DrSimonHodes for info @HSBC_UK now offer a No Fixed Address bank account. Should also help others like people leaving abusive relationships where economic/financial abuse has been one of the forms of DA included

@HSBC_UK Spent an hour and a half on the phone again today, service is a shambles.. I've probably clocked up 10 hours now in the last week and a bit... Probably more tomorrow... I will be moving bank next week

@HSBC_UK Well…What can I say! I received a letter on the 29th March from @HSBC_UK fraud team to notify me that my case was being investigated and they would provide me with an update in 35 working days which would have been 19th May. I hadn’t heard anything so I called them on 4th June.
