    When @HSBC_UK (and too many other banks) will you realise how infuriating it is to get an email telling me to login to read an important secure message only to find, after 10 minutes of login procedures, it is a public message about your products that would help no fraudster?

    @HSBC_UK I have already phoned and, after being on hold for 20 mins, spoke to someone who said I have to fill in a form and it will take 10 working days to unblock my account. I just want access to my money!

    @MissFoxxFD @HSBC_UK 1) Well perhaps it's the wording that's ambiguous. No point arguing if we agree on the principles. All people should be treated with equal attention and given personal opportunities for career development. This could take the form of talking through any personal issues...

    @HSBC_UK I feel like I've not explained myself properly. The scam was a phising one, since they didn't have access to my card details and expected me to call their fake line to give them my full information.

    @HSBC_UK If HSBC is fuelling climate breakdown with ferocious levels of investment, and if that breakdown hits people of colour (and the poorest) hardest, then is HSBC's support for Black History Month attempting to divert our gaze in order to continue maximising profit?

    I challenge all CEOs and Leaders of Councils to take 5 minutes to phone their own Contact Centres…just as a vulnerable person with no internet access have to….maybe you may wish to invest in these services.RT if you agree.@HSBC_UK as an example.There are many more poor examples

    @HSBC_UK Help. My partner. Is stranded in Crete. Accounts have been frozen. Spoken to fraud department who says she has to visit a Branch. No Branches on Crete! No fraud on account. Only genuine transactions but they won’t help her What does she do?

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve, your colleague in store was very helpful in the end… and provided a great service. It’s just a shame she was left completely on her own, facing a large number of customers. I cannot understand why you closed the counter service rather than having everybody squashed 1/2
