    20 wasted minutes on (2nd) call before being cut off by @HSBC_UK call centre. Dreadful background noise & almost impenetrable accent of operative didn’t help.

    @HSBC_UK trying to get thru to an actual person is the most infuriating thing ever oh wait no getting thru to a person then them saying they are transferring u but they actually cut you off is way more infuriating. Worst customer service line ever

    @HSBC_UK have poor customer service. Put on hold for nearly an hour before the woman hungup on me. She made no effort to call me back. Advance account offers no incentive for loyal customers and the benefits with the account are out of date and many no longer offered. Total joke

    Trying to set up a business account with HSBC for our management company they got my mob wrong, name wrong, so no call from them and can’t call anyone and now have to go through another chat online - dreadful service @HSBC_UK @HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Social media – no But you can improve your mobile app so that I almost never need to open a web app And you can improve you chat support so that less people will need to use calls And you can provide direct number to fraud alert calls, so I need to wait in a general queue

    @HSBC_UK Hi Team, trying to contact customer care and all they are doing is transfer my calls from one person to other from last 2 hrs. Can anyone please help me?? Its irritating and I have other work to do than to deal with this incompetency.

    @HSBC_UK thanks for duplicating 2x balance transfers onto my new card, charging me transaction fees for the duplicates, leaving me with large negative amounts on my currents cards, then telling me it will take 10 working days to look at it and get back to me. Crap service!!!
