    @HSBC_UK And its widely known in banking the HSBC has little interest in its UK retail operation - compare the services on offer with its dedicated account Chinese Communist Party for example and phone based access to cash machines in HK for all account holders….

    @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I want to share some feedback. I am really disappointed with the place of response on the Premier chat. It takes more than 45 mins to explain the problem to your team and the final response is usually call our number. Very poor experience over the last two times.

    @HSBC_UK Your customer services number has been hacked. It is asking for details no bank would. I want you to sort this out now.

    3. Most concerningly, we are currently unable to process staff salaries. Our employees should not have to suffer because access to our company’s funds has been restricted without a clear reason or a timely resolution. @HSBC_UK

    @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

    @HSBC_UK I found a hsbc cheque on my driveway, I've tried calling the bank its not going through to anyone. Is there anyway you can help me return this cheque to the right person?

    @HSBC_UK My Global Money account is not working, I get error message in the App "You are trying to convert less than £0.01, please change the amount" I've tried different amounts to many different currencys, same error message in a yellow banner. Can you raise with tech team?
