@HSBC_UK And you think j didnt try the web? The link you probided ended up with a need to put a secure ID, which must be taken from the app, which i cant access at all bcs im locked. Maks sense?

Worst customer service I’ve had in years. Completely unhelpful plus security to get to talk to anyone on the phone is absolutely insanely frustrating.There’s security and then over the top.@HSBC_UK as soon as I eventually get my replacement card I’m transferring.

@HSBC_UK Hello, I have just updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 15.1 and now the HSBC app crashes on startup. I can’t use banking through a browser either because I use the app as a secure key. Is there any other way to access my services? I need to transfer some money ASAP. Thx.
