    @HSBC_UK Hi, Is anyone having issues depositing cheques on the moblie app, I have been trying for 2hrs to deposit a cheque, it's saying the amount shown on cheque and amount entered must be more than zero, I have now given up as it's so frustrating and annoying.

    @HSBC_UK I'm Shelley. I'm an ordinary person - a f/t student & p/t employee earning £9.50 per hr. Every month HSBC charge me £50+ on an old account I have no access to. Today HSBC have refused to take off a £55.05 charge. THIS HAS TO STOP. How many people is this happening to?

    @HSBC_UK Can you please help with internet banking log on which has completely changed this morning , I can’t get any help on the phone numbers not having the correct codes , this is so frustrating! 🤯

    @HSBC_UK It’s all very well having extra security for payments but this bank makes it impossible to pay an invoice online and now aren’t even using this account apparently.
