  @HSBC_UK can I raise a complaint about your gdpr team? They have sent emails asking for confidential information without providing proof of who they are. The email also has grammar errors and despite providing details to match me to my account 100% they say they can't.

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   The only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.
