    @HSBC_UK Updated latest software on iPhone 11 last night. Since then the HSBC banking app is crashing. I have the latest update of app so I’m guessing it’s a problem at your end.

    @HSBC_UK Inconvenience? There is no way to access online banking without the app. This is beyond an inconvenience.

    @HSBC_UK I’m seeing other tweets by HSBC Twitter accounts saying the problem is at your end. Can you please clarify. The app being down is causing me a real inconvenience.

    @HSBC_UK really poor service to the elderly. You have taken £10,000 out of her account and then not responded to her calls and visits to the bank. Can’t believe that you would discriminate against elderly and steal from them. Two hours on the phone and you can’t help them!

    @Tafadar_ @HSBC_UK Still no resolution. This is shocking that HSBC UK app users cannot access their accounts. This impacts a large number of customers. @HSBC_UK please resolve or let us know who we can escalate this to.
