    @HSBC_UK telephone banking is so poor, 3 customer reps have put the phone down on me. If they cannot answer questions you need to train them rather than ending the call. As a company this is clearly a fault in training, & you clearly have a vacancy because the current setup is..

    What an awful service from @HSBC_UK went to the branch in December with my daughter to open a bank account for her….Spent an hour signing all forms for them to tell me now that they can’t find the paperwork!!!

    @HSBC_UK how many fraudulent transactions involve criminals paying off a persons credit card? You've stopped mine twice for this in one week alone so I assume it is a real "problem"?

    @HSBC_UK it's VERY disappointing to read you're closing the Brighouse branch. Especially when reading the report it's says 39% can't access banking any other way and 22% have needs, that you'll have to address. That's about half your customers. Surely that's enough to stay open?

    My daughters @HSBC_UK new customer experience so far- Almost two weeks to open account More than six weeks(and counting) waiting for her cash book 35 minutes with customer services on the phone, 25mins of which they were attempting to ‘access the account’…. Continued below

    @HSBC_UK Hi Alison, the agent is raising issue with the manager and other internal team but still what I can't understand is why can't I access my own money. I have raised a complaints form and would like to talk to someone who knows what they are doing and help me with this situation

    @HSBC_UK We got a letter from u that visit any branch n provide address proof Ur own letter was not honoured at ur branch n Hv been told that this letter is not valid start the process all over again R u guys not sure about ur procedures. Is this for real. R u guys customer centric😡😡😡
