@HSBC_UK I know where the branches are, it's just incredibly difficult and a real nuisance to get to the nearest one. Can't understand why you close so many branches when there is obv still a need to access them for things like this. Can I close my account without having to go in branch?

@HSBC_UK I’m trying to get an update on a section 75 claim for a week now, a call back was requested but no reply, a complaint was raised, managers spoken to and I’ve held on on calls for over 45 minutes with no message. Can you help please, this isn’t what I expect from HSBC.
