I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

Luke Holbrook (@Holbrookshots) reported@HSBC_UK hi guys. Is it possible to get a custom bank statement generated? A support agent told me yesterday that it was possible, but now another one is saying it isn’t. It’s 2026 & other banks do this - especially since it’s for a business loan application.

Gary C (@HamstringTownFC) reported@HSBC_UK why have I lost the ability of OTP and have to authorise every payment know the app. Its impossible as everytime i return to the site after authorising on the hsbc app the payment page has gone back to the homepage. Give me back the OTP option
