@HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

@HSBC_UK I'm hard of hearing and last time I rang customer services they wanted to know about recent transations from certain dates thats precisely why I need online banking, I get sent via email my monthly statements but cannot view them because I am locked out of online 😫😫😫

@HSBC_UK Hi. I’ve made 2 small payments/transfers recently to friends over Internet/Mobile Banking, and both gave failure/error messages, but both payments went through. I thought the first was a one-off but having had the second it would suggest there is a bug!!

@HSBC_UK why has HSBC become the worst bank in the world. 21st century trying to do online payt , payment error rang up after 20 min wait to be told oh no declined payts showing, to try again tomro. No answer to what do I do if it happens again.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I have an account that I've never used with my PIN so I'm trying find out what it is. I checked the help pages and it says I can check in the app, but that option is not there. What's the best way to retrieve the PIN? Thanks.
